My wife and I went here while her family was in town over the past weekend. We'd seen the place a couple times and liked the look of the Burger Madness deal, so we decided to stop in for lunch after church.
We were seated as soon as they pushed a couple tables together for the eight of us, and our server was prompt in taking drink orders. Overall, our server, Sara(h) was very accommodating, helpful, and polite. We had several additions, removals, and preferences for foods that made the table's orders fairly complicated, but (almost) everything came out exactly as ordered.
Many of us got the Burger Madness, including my wife and I. The price was very reasonable, $9.49, for a burger with basically any toppings desired and a side of fries. I didn't expect much from the fries, but they were actually very crispy and had great flavor.
For my burger, I got sauteed mushrooms, bacon, Greek olives, chipotle barbecue sauce, and pepper jack cheese. I like my burger medium well, and when I got my meal, everything tasted pretty good. The burger was juicy and the toppings were good. Nit-picky complaints were that the Greek olives were fairly bland, when usually they have a really strong flavor that I enjoy, and I thought the burger itself could use a little more seasoning.
My wife enjoyed her meal, but she ordered her burger medium rare and it came out pretty near rare. She scooped a little bit of the inside out because it was just too raw for her.
Everyone else in our party seemed to enjoy their meals. I would say that the food was probably a three or three and a half, but with great service and my wife and I having a bill of $25 between the two of us, I had a very good experience here.
