"Everything on the menu at Arthur’s Nosh Bar is a little different than the deli classics you’re used to - and you’ll definitely appreciate the creativity once you see things like latke smorgasbords, a challah grilled cheese, and cottage cheese pancakes. While the brunch menu is shorter, it’s one of the best in the city (and the long weekend lines reflect that). Though once you have a stack of perfect pancakes in front of you, it’ll be worth the wait. Just don’t forget a sprinkle cookie on your way out." - Ashley Joseph

Very classy. There was a live music singer/musician and the atmosphere at the small dance floor in front was nice. The food was absolutely fantastic. I usually get salads but the “champagne” soup was amazing. Glad I got it. The steak and lobster meal was delicious. The best steak I’ve ever had. Very tender and savory. The waiter, “Dekota,” was very nice and welcoming. It was my first time there, and he was very helpful. The gentleman refilling waters was also very kind. Both of them made my party feel comfortable and welcomed. The dessert was delicious. Feel free to dance, everyone was having a wonderful time.

Celebration of birthdays and anniversary and Arthur's did not disappoint. They treat you and feed you like royalty. So good!

The most underrated steakhouse in DFW…is Arthur's Steakhouse in Addison. From the second I walked in, I felt like royalty Hamid was one of the most incredible servers I’ve ever had at a fine dining establishment This was a Thursday—there was live music with two musicians; both talented singers and one epic guitarist The ambiance…was like a scene out of the movie “Casino.” Elegant, classy, refined, and stoically decorated. 🤌🏼🤌🏼 I’ve worked in fine dining, sales, and customer success for over 15 years…and this was an absolute treat. Thank you Hamid, for slowly coursing out our dinner, not making us feel rushed, and allowing us to enjoy the most perfect date night

NEW REVIEW: Had another good dinner there. We had another private room and our server was very attentive. Food and service was very good. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Hubby decided on a nice meal for NYE. We ended up here. Food was good and we had a nice private dining room. Very nice 3 course NYE meal.

Google
Good food and better service. Live music was nice, set up for older people for sure. We sat at the bar, and had outstanding service from Mo and the other bar tender. If you are looking for a place oriented to youth this is not the place. At 59 I may have been one of the younger customers in the place. My 3 stars for atmosphere is only due to its dark lighting, and "classic" decor. Still food, service and drinks were outstanding.

Can we just say wow?! Who knew a routine girl’s night out would be so much fun! I mean, me and friends have fun every time we get together but our dinner at Arthur’s Steakhouse was next level fun. Let’s begin with the service. From the time I walked in the door to the moment we left, everyone was so pleasant. My friends say the server might’ve had an instant crush on me. 🤭 Now we can discuss the meal? I ordered the Cioppino (seafood dish). It was loaded with fish, scallops, shrimp etc in a light tomato both. It being topped with lobster was an extra treat! Yummy! 🦞 After dinner my girlfriends and I headed over to the lounge next to bar. We listened to music by a fantastic singer named Vero Voz. It happens that she and the keyboard player were wearing animal print just as I was! Of course we got a photo. With Vero singing, me and friends danced until closing time! 💃 My visit to this restaurant with all its old world glam was a perfect GNO!

Google
Arthur’s is a top notch restaurant in Addison that has been around for a while. High end steaks, fish, lamb, and many others I want to try. If you’re looking for a white cloth dining experience or a good date night this is perfect.

My friends, husband, and I came here during restaurant week. Three of us ordered from the restaurant week menu and one ordered from the regular menu. The restaurant week menu items were amazing since it’s want I got. I got a crab cake and it was full of crab. Entree I got shrimp stuff crab and dessert I got to go because all the food took soo long to came out. My husband was the one that ordered from the regular menu for some reason his food came out first. His lobster bisque tasted a little funny to me, but the that calamari was amazing.

Yelp
Service good. Ambience is great. I sat in the lounge area where a duo was playing on the stage. Was craving some beef Wellington which has become a rare find on menus. Was disappointed with the dish here. The pastry was not cooked properly. Large spots were uncooked and soft in texture. Almost like a dumpling. To their credit the server took it off the bill when I told him about it. The beef was ok. Will return and update

Yelp
Came here for the first time and was excited to try this steak house. The place was a bit old style and was greeted as we entered. Then came the waiter who was not professional at all and really gruff. His demeanor was that he was only there to take orders and that was it. When I asked for a hot tea because I was a bit cold, he told me they didn't have black tea. When I told him I didn't say I wanted black tea, he spoke to me incoherently and said that he can bring me hot water and lemon. When he finally brought it, the lemon was a lime and the lime was so old that it was sticky and slimy. I also had to ask multiple times about refilling our water. The food was decent and that's why I am giving it two stars. Needless to say, we won't be back!

Alyssa R.

Yelp
Service is always amazing. Food never disappoints. This is our second time here and we will be back!

Yelp
A friend and I went to Arthur's steakhouse for restaurant week. Our food - Crab cake, prime tenderloin of beef with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and chocolate mousse were excellent! The crab cake was all crab! All three courses were generous portion sizes. Our server was also very good! I highly recommend this restaurant for the high quality food and service! The dining area of the restaurant is nice and upscale. The lights were too low. I could not read the menu or bill without a flashlight. I'd recommend turning up the lights one notch. They have a lively bar area and dance floor with live music which is an interesting contrast. The Sat night my friend and I were there, a husband and wife team were the live music. From where we sat in the dining room, it sounded like Karaoke- not terrible - but not upscale restaurant music. The clientele is mostly 70+, so my friend and I were the youngest people there by far. Based on the clientele and bar area, the ambiance is interesting.

Yelp
Excellent service throughput by Henry. Ordered the filet...cooked as asked. Finished up in the lounge listening to band and having a couple drinks with friends

Ashleigh L.

Yelp
Food was delish. I ordered a filet, wedge salad. My husband ordered the chefs special of lobster with scallops, shrimp and redfish with a white wine sauce. It was so good. He won! The service was good. We also started with a crab cake that was rich but was on a bed of coke slaw so it wasn't as rich. Apparently, on Friday nights, the bar area becomes a little dance party for those ripe in age. We had fun watching the dancing and it was packed, we couldn't find a seat (it was 9:30pm) so get there early.

Yelp
Came here for Valentine's Day with my husband! We have been here many times and it never disappoints! The food is to die for. The service is spectacular. The atmosphere is so beautiful and romantic. It's always a treat when you go out for a very special occasion and are treated like royalty! I also loved that there was live music playing throughout dinner. Just a very wonderful night spent at the place I love with the one I love.

Yelp
My go to place !!! Holidays or any day I've been eating here since 1980 and all in all it is the beat of the best.

Yelp
Me gusta mucho. Y lugar que entras a otra época. Por lo menos voy una ves al año aquí me gusta mucho. Los mesero. Excelentes. La comida es sabrosa. Daría más de 10

Yelp
When you step inside Arthur's, you step back in time! If the ambience of Dirty Dancing and Great Gatsby had a love child, it would be Arthur's. I adored watching the boomers dance their behinds off! I ordered the filet mignon and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had. The patio is fantastic for dessert. There is a fire pit for those cool evenings. The service is unmatched and it felt like we had known the servers forever. I couldn't help but notice that someone reacted with oh no and I can't figure out why because for me, Arthur's is like stepping into my favorite book!

S T.

Yelp
We came for July 4th and we had dinner and the service was wonderful and the food was excellent. Also easy to just go right to the patio and enjoy the fireworks.

Linda J.

Yelp
I loved this restaurant! Loved the food! I don't drink but, our server did introduce several wines! I passed! But, the steak was very good! The veggies, superb! The appetizer was good as well! We had squid. Fabulous dining and attention to detail.

R D.

Yelp
Avoid this restaurant. It's a steak house and my medium rare steak came out almost well done. Dry and tough. The waiter never came back to check on us and see how our meal was. We had to ask another waiter to get him so we could get our check. When my husband told him about my awful steak, he said it was our fault that we didn't send it back when I discovered that it was over cooked. Too bad he said. Really, we will never return.

Yelp
I met a friend for dinner and drinks, and we ordered calamari and crab cakes more of appetizers. The food was flavorful and hot. The wine list is limited, but I chose the Battle Creek Roe Pinot Noir and an Old Fashion. For dessert, we had crème brûlée, which was reasonably priced. The venue features live music, but it's quite loud inside, making conversation difficult, especially near the dance floor. I hoped to talk on the patio, but the loudspeakers there made it hard to converse as well. The place is very clean, but not ideal for a relaxing post-dinner chat. I did not pick the table, that choice was already made before I arrived. I guess you go with the flow. I was dressed nice, but it was apparent I was over dressed for the other clientele. It appears they have a very casual dress code. The wait staff was dressed professionally and I would say dressed for the clientele as well. When I go out, I dress up; some go out and dress down. This was my first time there. It was fine, but borderlines to not have a dress code at all. I expected more. It's not going to be on my list for another visit. But, I did have a pleasant time until the music played.

Yelp
This was my first visit to Arthur's and had never heard of it. I went with a few friends. The crab stuffed salmon was really good and the mashed potatoes were so creamy. I didn't really like the green beans, but I never really like green beans at restaurants. I always find they lack flavor. It was no exception here. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu as well as wines. He allowed me to try a couple wines and I settled with the Moscato. I didn't get a picture of the bread but it was also good. The ambiance was so inviting as well. My friend told me they also have happy hour so I want to go back to check it out.

Yelp
Fabulous food, ambiance and service. Lamb and sea bass both wonderful. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Went on a date here two weeks ago and it was nice, though I definitely felt like I was overdressed compared to the rest of the people there Our server was very knowledgeable of the food menu but I wish there would've been a sommelier available to give pairing recommendations and pour the wine for us while giving us history on it. We had a private booth and it was so intimate and lovely for me and my date. And our server checked on us plenty! We had the escargot which were yummy, I had the veil which was very tender (though flavor wasn't out of this world or anything) and my date had steak which he was sadly not impressed by, but it wasn't bad at all. I think he just had higher expectations for it. The only thing I will say was BAD were the cocktails. Please, whatever you do, don't order cocktails here and stick to wine. My Negroni was anything but and so was my date's Manhattan. We took a few sips of our drinks which were super watery and then never touched them again, and the server's response to me saying we didn't like them was "I can't take those back" which I didn't ask for but also, not a great response imo. Probably won't come again for a nice date but maybe just for something chill with friends and some point. And will definitely wear jeans lol

Yelp
Wow. What a unique experience. Old school all the way.... And that's good. Experienced staff. Henry was our waiter. World class service. Without feeling stuffy. Warm family feel. Beautiful building. Then...... one side is a bar w live music and everyone is "not young loud and stupid"...... A mature place that isn't trying to be what it isn't. Not hip. Just perfect. Like going back in time in all the good ways. Less phones. More people!!! A nice experience.

Yelp
Dinner at Arther one night during our visit in Dallas. Love the vibe, the retro decor, dimmed and intimate dinning room. Very friendly staffs and delicious food. The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake was so tasty, and Champagne Brie Soup really delicious. Pretty good Prime Tenderloin of Beef and the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat Stuffed Grilled Norwegian Salmon was flavorful, but a bit salty. For dessert we tried Chocolate Mouse & Tiramisu which were okay. The Homemade Tres Leches Cake was good and not too sweet. Overall we had a pleasant and lovely experience.

Yelp
Foods ok. The restaurant reeks of sewage. Hire a plumber! Come on now! Our server seemed super irritated

Yelp
Most of the family came here for Mother's Day and this place hit on all areas! It was my first time here and I was impressed! They had a fixed menu for the day, which I completely understand for efficiency sake. The menu still had some great choices on it, and I do not regret any of mine. For starters, I had a champagne and brie soup. It was absolutely delicious. For my main entrée, I ordered the tenderloin château Briand. It was flavorful and tender and absolutely perfect. For dessert. I had the crème brûlée. Once again, it was a perfect delivery. The service was good. A little slower than I would've liked, but not so slow that it was painful. Our waiter was friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit. The ambience was beautiful as well. It was as though you were eating in a very nice dining room at a house. They were nice chandeliers and bookcases, and it was perfect for a family to all sit together and be able to visit with each other and share the blessings of having the mothers of the family at the table.

Yelp
Hands down, the best restaurant overall that I've ever been to. From delicious food to service that teeters on perfection, I can't say enough good things about Arthur's Steakhouse. For starters, my wife and I have a hard time finding food we can eat at the same place due to our strict diets. Most of the time, your server doesn't know what's in the food, or the kitchen can't accommodate you. Not Arthur's! Our server Rich knew every ingredient in every dish and helped us find the right meal for each of us. Mario was also great, and offered excellent service. Their food though is on it's own level. From their steak to their Brie soup, our meal was solid all around. Make sure you know how you like your steak too! Mario waited for us to confirm our steaks were up to snuff, but knowing how you like a steak is an art form you definitely want to get right. We ordered our steaks medium rare (pink inside). What's cool about each course is how the servers give you time to enjoy each course. This isn't a place you go to have a rushed meal. This is a place to sit down for 2-3 hours, eat a great meal, and enjoy the company. If great food and service aren't enough, the atmosphere inside this place is top notch. A great place to feel relaxed, have a good time, and leave happy and full. Look forward to seeing you again Rich and Mario!

Yelp
Service, food, and drinks were great. The atmosphere was nice and live music on Saturday night. I definitely recommend it.

Martin C.

Yelp
Great food and service, our favorite spot for birthdays & anniversaries Live music and bugvdance floor, full house Friday and on weekends. 70 & 80's music.

Ryan E.

Yelp
A step back into world of Frank Sinatra. Very beautiful decor on the inside transports you to the 1920-1940s. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff ensure you feel welcomed and taken care of. Perfectly crafted cocktails. Food was amazing. Crab cake was more crab than cake. Surf and turf is a meal and a half. Steak was great and perfectly cooked. Cheesecake was delicious and had a special message for my birthday guest. Very unassuming exterior, go in and dine in elegance.

Yelp
I actually was first introduced to Arthurs in 2009 on a first date with now my ex husband. We had a booth with an exclusionary curtain. Very romantic and the service was impeccable. A slide knock then the curtain slide open by the service staff upon entry. Second was on the night of our engagement and received the same amazing service. It was wonderful. Life happens as does divorce. Fast forward to 2024 and a date invites me to first date here. We again get the curtained booth. Service this time was crazy rude and creepy. We sat across from each other(not on the same side) and yet the server consistently(once I had asked him to close the curtain) rip it open quickly like he was expecting to walk in on something. It was crazy uncomfortable and startled us each time. He then proceeded to ask how the appetizer was and upon seeing my date finished with his took not just his plate but mine as well. I WAS LITERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF A BITE! Then the main course came I ordered the filet and my date asked if I wanted it Oscar style(knows my love of crab) I agreed. The steak although perfectly cooked was very tough with grizzle. The potatoes also were more like cement than light and fluffy. Being on a first date I said nothing. He said his salmon was amazing. All in between the first dinks of top shelf martinis then a very expensive wine with dinner I can't imagine what it all cost but all I can think of is how creepy the service was and how embarrassed I was to recommend the private booth. Not sure I will be back but definitely won't ask for a private booth again!

Yelp
Here on business and Arthur's was convenient from my hotel. From the outside waking up I was impressed and expecting somthing special. Once inside it's dark, but ok...went to the bar to eat and this is where it went down hill. The bar was sticky and I asked for a towel to wipe it down...expecting they would do it...nope I was handed a towel. I ordered a bourbon and was listening to the music. The duo was actually quite good. I looked at the menu and ordered an appetizer, but held off on dinner until I finished my flash fried calamari- it was way over cooked...but not quiet burnt. It was greasy and not good. I was asked if I wanted a water and said yea with no ice...bartender walked away and forgot. Had to ask the bar back (the one who handed me the towel) for a water Bottom line this place is dated, has a musty smell inside the bar and really needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. Oh yeah, maybe change the chef. Probably won't go back

Carlie ..

Yelp
I booked a private dinner event for 15-20 people on June 12th and prior to the event, the coordinator was responsive, service went well as I didn't hear any feedback from my party. During the contract signing, I asked for the final invoice/emailed to me post event and it is now the 26th of June and no one, including the manager can get me this invoice because my point of contact left on PTO for a couple weeks. She won't be back until this Friday and the manager cannot guarantee that I will get it in time for closing month end. Note that I called a week after the event and the same manager told me he can't do anything. I asked the manager that is available "so if she decided to leave the company, who would get me this invoice?" He replied "no one". I asked to talk to the owner and the manager said "the owner is never here and it's a small business" I don't think an upscale place like this is a small business and I am very frustrated with their billing process. I will not likely host another company event here for this reason and wouldn't recommend it.

Yelp
One of the best steakhouses I've been to in the Dallas Area. Definitely worth your while...

Taletha W.

Yelp
3 stars only because the waiter was so nice and attentive! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Came in on a Wednesday night, i was on a work trip. Arthur's was right beside my hotel. Convenient! I was a walk in which they seated me fairly quick. Plenty of open tables. It was around 5:30-6pm. The Host was very delightful and courteous. The restaurant has an old homey feel. Like it's been around for ages, and if you move a picture frame to the side, you may see a dust ring around its original position. Lol but I actually liked that about it. It's a comfortable feeling. Only thing was, there is a smell either from old carpet or old pipes. That wasn't too pleasant, but once you get past that, you're fine. My waiter was Christopher, very nice, very respectful, and very attentive! He offered water options, gave wine, appetizer, & entrees suggestions and checked on me very often! I asked for a Riesling, which they didn't have, so he suggested Moscato. Everything i chose was from his suggestion, so I thank you very much for your hospitality ! Now for my food....... I started with the Crab Cake. I see the reviews are very positive and it is one of the more raved about options. My crab cake in particular came hot & steamy! Lol but lacked flavor. I definitely knew there was crab meat in there but the whole cake tasted like flour. Not sure if they use flour to hold it together, but wasn't the best taste. There was a slaw underneath that i would eat with the crab cake that helped a little but eventually the tangy, mayo & flour combination became too overwhelming. I think a little seasoning and maybe bread crumbs instead of flour would go a long way there, but maybe it was just mine. Next i had the Lobster Bisque. I wasn't a fan. I'm sorry to say. There wasn't a tad bit lobster nor flavor in it. I thought there was a piece of lobster on top but it turned out to be a piece of crunchy bread or cracker or something. The bisque tasted very peppery. Maybe i should have taken the Sherry he offered, but i declined. I attempted to eat more, but i couldn't. Then lastly I had the Chicken Fried Lobster. I was explained to that it wasn't deep fried, it was lightly pan fried where i can still taste the freshness of the lobster with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Now! Im not a fried food fan, but i love a fresh lobster tail. When my plate came over, it was steaming! Lol beautiful presentation, but i could tell my lobster was fried hard. Although the taste was ok, I tasted more crispy batter than lobster meat. If you look at the picture, the lobster looks thin. I didn't finish all of my food, i took it back to my room. All of this to say, I think this establishment is doing well with or without my review. I think the staff is doing a great job. I think the decor is perfect for the feel of the restaurant. I just wish the food had either a little seasoning or a fresher taste for seafood items. Hi

Holly H.

Yelp
I read through the reviews (starting with the most recent) and noticed the comments about the food not being cooked right, the smell, it's outdated, etc. I told my husband the reviews didn't look good so we looked for another place. That's when we found out the other restaurants we were considering had a 2+ hour wait, and Arthur's did not (my initial reaction was "it's because the issues I read about ) , but my husband insisted we go to Arthur's, so we did. Oh my goodness!!! One of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The "dated" decor is not dated - it's classic! So beautiful! Maybe the reviewer likes modern restaurants? Those are a dime-a-dozen - this one is a rare find! The wait staff was as friendly and attentive as other reviewers mentioned. We never lacked anything at our table that wasn't supplied long before needed. We started the meal with delicious fresh baked bread with butter. So good! Next we had Caesar salads - large, fresh, and the perfect amount of dressing with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Next, they brought orange sorbet before our meal to cleanse our palette. While this might be a norm for most restaurant goers, our family found this additional touch a perfect compliment to all we had experienced thus far. Now the meal! Someone mentioned a dry steak. They must have got it cooked more the medium or without the sauce, because not only was my ribeye juicy, but the sauce put it over the top! And I usually don't like sauces on my steak! My husband got the Chilean Sea Bass. Initially he thought he would get a steak like me, but then decided to get the Sea Bass. He said the moment he took a bite he no longer desired my steak, the Sea Bass was far too good!! He cleaned his plate! My mom ordered the scallops. She said they were cooked perfectly (they apparently are easy to over cook) and pared wonderfully with the rice and seasonings. Last, my two sons ordered the pork chop with an applesauce glaze and a New York strip with a different sauce then the ribeye came with. Both thought their food was very good! All in all this is one of the best and most enjoyable meals we've had in a long time, and already have plans to return the next time we are in Addison!

Yelp
We went to Arthur's for the first time to celebrate a significant life moment. We've dined at countless steakhouses in DFW and hoped this Arthur's could be a new favorite. Unfortunately, it just didn't stack up to expectations. The food quality was average - the filet cooked medium was stiff and the sauce pairing seemed dated. Scallop potatoes were as bland as they could be - absolutely no flavor (similar to all other parts of the meal). Even the interior seemed out of date / out of place. The service was solid - it seemed like the wait staff has been there for a long time. Looking back at the experience, it felt like a classic steak house stuck in the 1990's. That's not a bad thing - felt like a very "old-time Dallas" experience from a time before the metroplex grew so large. Reasonable prices plus solid service might make me return but most likely for the live music in the bar rather than table service.

Jeff M.

Yelp
Attended an event tonight. I enjoyed the filet, mashed potatoes and asparagus. The chocolate mousse was also tasty. We started out with a ceasar salad, it was good but not great, too much anchovy taste for me. The server was the reason for the less than 5 star rating. He was very short with the other customers. He had too much of an attitude for my liking. Even though we asked for our desserts to go from one of the other servers assisting him, he told us we should have asked him and he would have brought it in the to go containers. (We placed our desserts in the container ourselves. He was offended when asked for to go drinks saying something about TABC rules that would not let them serve diet cokes to go. Will probably go back but not if he was waiting on us.

Yelp
First time visiting there a couple of weeks ago. Went Saturday night before Mother's Day. I had heard very good things from several people I know. Seems like they were probably having a bad night that night. The soup came out and it was barely room temperature or better. I ordered the filet mignon and it tasted like it probably died in the window. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked medium rare, but it was tough and the plate was very hot which tells me it probably sat for a little bit before I got it. The waiter was having a hard night I guess. Several times forgot to refill my drink. The dining room was barely 30% full so I know they weren't "slammed". I look forward to going back and giving it another try. Like I said, hopefully it was just a bad night.

Gina P.

Yelp
Hidden gem! I just wish they didn't remodel! We loved the old world feel it once had. Still by far the BEST champagne soup, soufflé and service in the Dallas area!

Ray U.

Yelp
It's was a nice place. Little pricey, steak was good. Definitely a date night place. They had live music and a dance floor.

Alex W.

Yelp
Beautifully remodeled, with new piano bar, dance floor , and additional tables for dining in the bar. The food is delicious as always. Great atmosphere and vibe. Love it. A.W.

Yelp
It's restaurant week and we decided to try Arthur's. The champagne Brie soup sounded like an exciting adventure. We had check it out. Arthur's wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. It needs a little bit of an update. It was super dark inside, I mean dangerously dark- I could hardly see where I was stepping. Another table had a flashlight shining on their menu by the waiter. I waited for a friend while a tall man with pony tail took my drink order. They didn't have blue cheese stuffed olives for dirty martini but brought regular olives instead, which was fine. My friend arrived and we ordered our courses, I checked into Yelp and noticed their was a discount for restaurant week. I realize a portion of the RW proceeds are donated to the Lena Pope foundation and North Texas food bank but the coupon was there for a reason and I had to ask. They did honor it but they were awkward about it and it made for an uncomfortable feel during the whole dining experience. Initially when I showed another server he cut me off and said "no coupons during RW" I asked him if I could explain- The soup arrived and it was delicious. The beef bourguignon was not my favorite. I ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert to go but received the creme brûlée, it was all broken by the time I got home and a little too soggy. Our server was kind enough to pack up my friends food because she had to leave early, he was very nice about that and I could tell he felt bad. It just wasn't what I expected, I was a little bit disappointed with the lighting, there was a smoky smell and the food.

Yelp
Food quite good. Service good. Staff and management very pleasant and welcoming. Prices reasonable for the quality of food. Have been many times. Always an enjoyable evening.

Yelp
Have been going to Arthur's for years. However, I was there a few weeks ago and had a very disrespectful encounter with the "manager." I wasn't even complaining, merely trying to explain something on the computer. He became very nasty. Whoever the hell he is you can't miss him....he is about 5 ft 2 (so you will need to look down to find him) and that is being generous with the worst toupee I have ever seen and it is mahogany in color. This little garden gnome, this little troll spoke to me so nastily that I was shocked. Too bad my husband, who stands 6"4 wasn't with me because I am sure he would not have been such a "big" man then. Even the maitre'd was shocked because he sent me free wine. I am a 66 year old woman and will not be spoken to that way, especially by someone who comes into MY country and want to make his money in MY country. Wherever the hell you come from you need to go back there because you are nothing but a misogynist. He is a very rude little turd and Arthur's has lost my business because of him

Yelp
Great food, fantastic ambiance and amazing service. Filet mignon is always choice, rack of lamb is great. Salmon is par excellence. Hamie is always attentive and punctual.

Yelp
Aesthetically speaking the ambiance is very old world steak house, very dark with lots of statues not completely my favorite setting but it wasn't unexpected, they also had very loud live music which sounded more like bar music than fine dining. However I can't complain about the food, the lump crab cake was the best I've ever had, their miniature beef Wellington's were good but the puff pastry was underdone. The Filet was cooked to the perfect temperature but I wasn't crazy about the sauces but I'm biased towards compound butters. If you like sauced filets it was very good! Service is slow and because of the music it was hard to hear our waiter but we didn't have any wrong dishes so not a big deal either. Overall we had a nice dinner and sat outside for easier conversation

Yelp
Ive been going to Arthur's for a while but i never eat dinner there. On a rare occasion ill have a caesar salad or their scallop appetizer (i always ask for it without the bacon wrap). Those are ok. I normally go to listen to the band and sometimes dancing. That is fun! Ambiance - Now i went there for NYE this year. It was going to be a fun party and it was! Service - the bartenders are always pretty good and were so again for NYE. Food - i decided i would have their NYE dinner. I selected the steak ($68) and a caesar salad (~$18). Well the salad was good as expected but the price was higher for NYE i guess. Now the steak was pretty awful! Its probably the worst steak ive had. It was a bit over cooked and it was just plain bland. Absolutely No flavor! I can cook a better steak than that and I Don't Cook! It was like throwing away my $68 which again was higher than normal - i guess for NYE. Come on people - get your kitchen in order or better yet - Get a New Chef! I had a feeling and i think thats why i had never had dinner there. I won't have dinner there again. Ill just go for the music.

Yelp
Been going to Arthurs for 15 years and the food is consistently delicious, the service is outstanding and the ambiance is very romantic. Had dinner with family at Arthur's on August 10th, 2024. Great martini with a generous pour, perfect steak, medium rare, and a decedent chocolate dessert. One of my favorites in Addison.

Yelp
The ambiance is cozy and the service is impeccable Their famous Champagne Brie soup is out of this world. A signature of Arthur's. I ordered Seabass with a crunchy onion coating that made me feel like I was in heaven. I am going back for one of my favorites Osso Bucca. This is an excellent restaurant for those who want a grand experience.

Yelp
Great party spot for birthdays or any celebrations that you wanna have amazing entertainment with live music. 10/10 for fun dancing. Really dark inside, like need to bring a flashlight dark. Food was okay. Definitely not worth the prices. Same with the drinks. I had a sad sangria. Otherwise great atmosphere, vibes & music! Will be planning more parties soon!

Yelp
This was our first visit to Arthur's. The ambiance was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary...romantic, quiet, and a beautiful aesthetic. The food was delicious--from the French Onion Soup, to the Stuffed Salmon to the dessert! The service was excellent; our waiter had a great sense of humor, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to our special day! We plan to return to this spot for our next special occasion! Great job Arthur's Steakhouse!

Yelp
So hard giving this a bad review. The service was amazing. So thoughtful and so kind/attentive. The ambiance was sweet & dim perfect for a nice dinner. However, the steak was so so dry. So were the potatoes. Super bummed. But 10/10 for service & ambiance
