The 23 Best London Coffee Shops With Wifi For Getting Work Done - London - The Infatuation

"Artisan is a big, open-plan cafe in Ealing. There’s a communal table for group working, plus a generous amount of plug sockets, and it opens from 7:30am on weekdays. The food is pretty average, so head to nearby Park’s Kitchen for bibimbap instead. Best for: Zoom calls, solo work, group work" - jake missing, rianne shlebak, daisy meager, sinead cranna

Really nice atmosphere, good music and definitely recommend trying their baked goods (Banana + pecan loaf!!) Their Cranberry + walnut slice is really good as well! Coffee is really good here and they have multiple milk alternatives

I go to the Stamford Brook Artisan a lot, and was still blown away by the quality of service and coffee at this branch. The space is huge and comfortable, and the coffee is delicious. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable about their goods.

This was such a cute cafe. The macchiato’s are served in tiny cups like true macchiatos should be. Coffee was delightful. I got an almond croissant which was amazing. Will definitely come back tomorrow.

Great character of a place with it's clever lighting shades, and had a lovely flat white oat coffee! Recommend!

Abrupt staff! Coffee was great, cannot be faulted. The staff however, were abrupt. Ordered two coffees, a decaf and a long black, both with oat milk. I was asked how much oat milk I wanted in the coffee, and as we ordered two different types of coffee with the same milk type, I asked to clarify that the coffee being served to me was the long black, only to be told abruptly that it is the coffee I ordered. Not friendly customer service at all, particularly on a fine sunny morning.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been a frequent customer this year and did enjoy until today. One of the quirks of this coffee shop is the friendly chatter you get from the barista as they will ask you more questions rather than a simple how are you? If this was outside of London, it does sound weird but it's not usual to get that level of customer service you'd get from a coffee shop. Reason why I'm writing this review. I saw another customer leaving and as she did she was smiling and saying goodbye to each of three workers. Cute, right? Something you would do as the energy they gave is very personable and nice - so it's not unusual to match that energy back. This person was trying to say goodbye to the man and it took a sec for his attention. He smiled and said bye and they went and said goodbye to the last person and left. I was waiting for my coffee and could hear him making a snarky comment about this person to the other worker in glasses. When I tell you that was the most disgusting thing to encounter. I don't usually make reviews about bad service usually because the server might have had a bad day, horrible customer etc. However this was clearly a rude and insulting joke amongst workers. At your big age you think it's appropriate to make fun of someone. Do better. Now seeing this, their whole bit of talking to the customer and asking questions is a way to get customers to comeback as a regular. Which is fine because we all need to make money. What I don't like or tolerate is the belittling of your customers. To make a joke at the expense of another person. Pro tip: Be a decent human being.

I always visit this independent coffee shop when I'm in Ealing. The espresso is great and the welcome is warm. I noticed on the last time I was there that it was their Birthday and the atmosphere was lovely, it was raining and cold outside but inside was warm and inviting with a great buzzy vibe. The barista took their time to dial in my espresso just right which resulted in a very balanced and enjoyable shot. If I lived in the area I'd definitely try their barista school.
