This apartment is very nice environment. The neighbours are good and helpful friendly. Management office is always open and nice common area for residents. Office people are helpful and take care of you all the time. The location is so convenient. Always provide coffee and drink to residents. Highly recommend this place

We absolutely love living at The Artisan Apartments! The community is beautifully maintained and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One of our favorite features is the large pool area. We also really appreciate having access to the 24-hour fitness center, which is super convenient for our busy schedule. Jessica, the manager, is truly amazing. She’s always attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. The entire leasing and maintenance staff are equally fantastic—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Love, love, love living here. We couldn’t be happier to call The Artisan home!

After living here for over a year now, I cannot be more impressed with these apartments. For one, the grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. H, the groundskeeper, always does a fantastic job with keeping things clean and maintaining a watchful eye on the property. The maintenance staff, Alex and Gabriel, are attentive and extremely knowledgeable. They take pride in their work and it shows! I would also like to highlight the efforts of the office staff. Jessica, Vincent and Sam are always happy to help and assist you when needed. They are consistently offering their help, checking in with you and make each interaction friendly and welcoming. They truly put their best foot forward in creating community and it makes a lasting impact on the overall vibe and feel of living at Artisan. I’ve seen quite a remarkable improvement even from year 1 to year 2 of living here! The location is great, as we are just a short drive away from all the major grocery stores and shops. Amenities are another highlight, the pool area is one of the best I have seen in apartment communities. It’s never dirty, there’s tons of seating and loungers, and it has a luxury feel. Our apartment is quiet, spacious, and feels more like a home than a traditional apartment. Overall, I can’t recommend Artisan enough! Thank you team for all your hard work!

I absolutely love living here! From day one, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful. My two bedroom unit is much larger than I expected and offers plenty of room to relax and feel at home. One of the biggest highlights for me has been the incredible staff. Jessica, the manager, is phenomenal. She's always friendly professional and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed help, She's been right there with the solution. The rest of the office team is amazing and responsive. They are super helpful . The communication is top-notch and they really go above above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are another huge, plus the pool is absolutely stunning and well-maintained making the perfect spot to unwind on a warm day. The entire property is always clean and beautifully kept major shout out to groundskeeper, H. for doing such an amazing job. You can tell there's real pride and how the community looks and feels All in all I couldn't be happier here. Between the gorgeous apartment, the outstanding staff, well-kept surroundings, this place truly feels like home. I highly recommend

I have been living here for almost two years. I have a beautiful upgraded 2x2 bath apartment that beautiful. The bathrooms are huge plenty of storage kitchens awesome overall great place to live. Grounds are kept precise it’s quiet . Would recommend a great place to live. Management is always there to help. Love it here!!!

I recently moved in to the property a couple months ago and I love it here! The office staff is always pleasant and offer amazing guest service! The Christmas decorations this year were phenomenal and the resident event, for Halloween was spectacular! The Weidner management team has been a god send since taking over! We have beautiful new mail boxes; they look so nice and expensive! The property has a great location and the management has pretty much gotten out all the riff raff that the previous management, Sequoia allowed to move in and cause havoc! All and all a beautiful place to live!

My wife and I have been considering a move from Seattle to Sacramento. We visited Artisan 8282 on our recent road trip in a search for a potential new home. My experience was very pleasant. Management (Sam) was very friendly and professional. He was more than willing to answer the many questions I had. The complex has a gated entrance (something we were looking for). Artisan 8282 was accurate in the photos online. It is clean, has friendly management, and in what appears to be a safe location. Artisan 8282 will likely be our future home.

I can't say enough good things about Artisan Apartments! This is a wonderful place to live, and the management is top-notch. Jessica, the manager, and her team are thoughtful, responsible, and incredibly dedicated to ensuring the best experience for all residents. Without exception, the staff is always attentive and helpful. The grounds here are absolutely gorgeous—it's clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the plants and landscaping, which really adds to the charm of the property. It's also incredibly safe, and the sense of community among the tenants is something special. Everyone is friendly and it's very family-oriented, making it feel like a real neighborhood. We toured over 30 apartment communities before deciding on Artisan, and the pool here is hands down the nicest around. If you're looking for a beautiful, safe, and well-managed place to live, this is it!

I am new to the Artisan apartments but I am happy to call it my new home. Having moved from the Bay Area to Sacramento was a big move for me and I could not have picked a better place. Pros: - well maintained and visually appealing Pool - 24 hour fitness center - numerous grills on the property - Clean property (almost immaculate) - Modern and Spacious Living Spaces (Luxury Apartments) - Prime location (lots of good eats around the area as well as places to gather essentials) - maintenance requests are very prompt Cons: - none at this moment Shoutout to Vincent and Sam for assisting me through the application process and special shoutout to Jessica for all of your help as well. I look forward to my time here. Thank you Team!

I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional efforts of Jessica and Sam. Jessica, the community director, has gone above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. Sam has also been instrumental in resolving the situation. Together, they made me feel truly valued as a resident. They transferred me to a new apartment that met the proper standards, and the maintenance team worked tirelessly to ensure the new unit was perfect before I moved in. Thanks to their dedication, I now feel confident and excited about being a resident of Artisan 8282. The professionalism and hard work demonstrated by Jessica, Sam, and the maintenance team have completely turned my experience around, and I am optimistic about enjoying my new home here. While my move-in process was challenging, their efforts to make things right were remarkable. My son and I couldn't be happier.
