Loved the service and the product! Very professional install. Couldn't expect anything better. Both demolition of the old fireplace as well as the wall repair and the install of the new pellet stove.

Very helpful with choosing the right-sized burner, and the installation was amazing. It included the demolition and making good of the previous chimney (tiling, plastering) and I was extremely pleased with the high standard of work carried out. An excellent job, can’t recommend highly enough.

First we bought 5 bags of Pellets here for Eur 10 each. Its more than most. Then we bought more 2 days ago but I had to take them back because they where full of damp!! The Lady only said they are A1. I replied si A1 agua they are full of damp. She said she will talk with the man .......Then nothing!! Look at my Pellet burner after half a bag!!!!
