Me and my fiancé stayed 2 nights at the Art'otel and we loved every minute of it. Amber, who checked us in at the front desk was so welcoming and knowledgeable. All other staff we interacted with were also great! The hotel's interior is really cool, and the bar on the rooftop and the pool is very stylish. The room had everything you need, and the location is perfect for exploring London and wining and dining! :)

This place totally exceeded our expectations! The rooftop pool was such a vibe — sunny days, great drinks, and gorgeous views. And the staff? So kind and always smiling. We felt genuinely cared for. Already planning our return trip 💕

Went to Joia restaurant to dine for my birthday. Service was not great. Told them when booking we were having a birthday celebration and if we could have a seating with the view especially as it was 6pm, mid week and there were plenty of empty tables and we were just two. Didn’t seem like a big ask but they said no, it was all booked, but I saw till the end quite a few tables were empty. Not sure why they would just lie so blatantly. The food was okay, the price was okay, the service was pretty bad. Had to wait a lot and wave our hands around a lot to get the attention of staff. Definitely not Michelin or upscale, as there is no attention to customers provided. At some point my husband had to get up and go to reception and ask for bill as we waited 45 minutes since asking the staff member to bring the bill and they hadn’t. The only person who I saw them fussing over was a table next to us who bought a bottle of champagne. So if you’re drinking it’s probably alright, but dinning service is appalling.

Great location, the service from reception and the restaurant was very good. However came away feeling a little disappointed. I had booked two rooms via the website and one room had been cancelled through no fault of my own. I was only informed of this upon arrival, another room was offered but it was an accessible room so not very comfortable as all appliances are adapted. The online room service menus difficult to navigate along with the high tech lifts. No access was allowed to floors other than the one I was staying on. I complained to management re the room and it was handled well at the desk but has not been followed up with a conclusion as instructed. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Oh my goodness! This hotel is great! I don't think it's been open long and there appears to be a few teething issues when calling the lifts, but on a whole the stay was amazing. Greeted at the door by lovely staff, reception staff couldn't be more helpful and restaurant team were a delight. The room (level 5) was lovely. Bright and bold theme throughout. The rooftop pool is a great feature too. We were made to feel welcome and valued the second we walked through the door. Thank you.
