Stayed here for one night as a little break. The hotel staff were immediately welcoming and friendly which was consistent through our stay. The rooms are modern, clean with all the amenities you might need. The rooftop infinity pool is an absolute gem with beautiful views of London. It's very windy up there so the hot tub is a perfect place to warm up, enjoy the skyline and have a drink. The hotel provides towels, gowns and slippers for guests which is very handy. We didn't have time to check out the spa but will definitely return to try it out another time. The breakfast is quite expensive but you get a lot of food with a lot of options. It was good but not outstanding but the restaurant vibe is really nice.

The staff made me feel welcome with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, thank you to Tiamael, he was very welcoming and we even got a high floor as requested! ||Our room was spacious featuring quirky touches like a record player and curated artwork that added character to the space. We had a lovely surprise as it was our anniversary (a bottle of bubbly). ||The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a Nespresso machine, and high-quality toiletries. The view from our room was stunning. ||The rooftop infinity pool is a standout feature, providing breathtaking views of the iconic Battersea Power Station and the London skyline. It was the highlight of our stay! ||art’otel London Battersea Power Station exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in London. I can’t wait to return!

Had a lovely mini staycation here for my husband's birthday, the staff were lovely and upgraded our room and threw in a free bottle of bubbles to make our stay extra special! Our room was clean, stylish, comfortable and even had a baby cot for our newborn. The rooftop pool was the highlight of our stay, it is heated nice and warm, and the view was absolutely gorgeous at sunset.

Oh my goodness! This hotel is great! I don't think it's been open long and there appears to be a few teething issues when calling the lifts, but on a whole the stay was amazing. Greeted at the door by lovely staff, reception staff couldn't be more helpful and restaurant team were a delight. The room (level 5) was lovely. Bright and bold theme throughout. The rooftop pool is a great feature too. We were made to feel welcome and valued the second we walked through the door. Thank you.

We stayed for 1 night before the London Marathon. Check in was swift with a lovely upgrade to a higher floor. Once we worked out the strange lift arrangement ( you need to request your floor on the pad outside the lifts) we made it to our room, which was stylishly decorated and a good size. The bed was really comfortable and the shower large. We appreciated the coffee machine and kettle. The one thing missing was a full length mirror. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and we would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room was incredibly well-decorated and the build quality of everything was amazing. Stayed in an Art Room Plus which is on a slightly smaller side for the price but not too bad at all. Note that pretty much all rooms will face towards the railways and not the power station itself. The hotel is very well-located just across from the power station on the south side. The room comes equipped with a mini fridge, half of which contains your standard mini-bar items and the other half is empty for you to put your own stuff. There’s a steamer in the room for your clothes.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, the experience was decent. The terrace was absolutely wonderful, offering a fantastic view and a beautiful pool. The location is great, and the bed was large and very comfortable. However, a few issues affected my stay. I was particularly looking forward to using the steam rooms, but the temperature there was only around 40–50°C, which made them ineffective and disappointing. The breakfast was also underwhelming. I ordered an avocado toast, but the smashed avocado didn’t taste fresh—it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, so I couldn’t finish it. Additionally, I found a blue swimming pool wristband in the pocket of my robe, which made me question whether the robe had been properly laundered after the previous guest. Hopefully, that wasn’t the case, but for a hotel of this level, such details really matter and should be thoroughly checked. In summary, the stay was fine, but there’s room for improvement.

I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday. It has a 5 star price tag but sadly in some ways doesn't live up to its 5 star status and we were disappointed. Checking in was fast and even though we were early our room was ready.|On arrival in the the room it smelt of drains, I had to run the shower and sink tap to clear it. The view was of the train tracks, the hotel was clearly not full so a complimentary upgrade would have made a big diference. The room was only adequate, but the bed was very comfortable. There is no where to hang the large towels and wet bathing suites and no heated towel rail. The hair conditioner bottle was empty and still not filled up after housekeeping had been the following morning. We decided to eat at the Tozi restaurant, the food was expensive but very average and the staff forgot to bring an item we ordered. I wish I had not paid £25 in advance each for breakfast, it was not worth it.|You have to order off a menu there is no buffet. I just wanted a traditional breakfast and tried to order egg, bacon, mushrooms etc but was told I can only order set pieces from the menu. I then tried to order white toast and marmalade! I don't think they knew what marmalade was and the only bread they do is gluten free or sourdough! |One of the staff coughed in their hands then carried on serving. The coffee I ordered never turned up until we were leaving. I could not get the coffee machine in the room to work and the water container was grubby.|There was very few sachets of coffee/tea/milk and tiny cups. |The rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi were exceptional. It's a great pity because this hotel has the potential to be outstanding.
