The Crown Season 3 Star Olivia Colman Visits Annabel’s Mayfair | Eater London

"An upscale, buzzy club and dining venue that can get especially busy on weeknights and often attracts television personalities; one notably crowded Monday evening saw Britain’s Got Talent judges Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden dining together, with Nicole Scherzinger also in attendance." - Guy Pewsey

This is our usual date night spot, and Paulette is always an amazing server. We request her every time! They recently updated the menu a bit, but all of our favorites are still fantastic. We love the tuna tartare, shishito peppers, and of course the star of the show: the Dan Dan noodles. This time, we also tried the pork belly bao buns and ended the night with all three of their mochi flavors (mango, matcha, and passion fruit). Everything was delicious! To top it all off, they had a pianist playing beautiful music, which made the evening feel even more special.

For my birthday, we kicked off the night at the Arts Club. I had the Hearts of Palm Salad (green papaya, toasted peanuts, and thai basil), the Arts Roll (spicy tuna, avocado, hamachi), and the Zero Gravity drink (disco, drazzle, bubbly oasis, Patron el cielo, banana, plantains, clarified lime, champagne and salt). The food was great, and the drink was delicious! The red decor and red lighting coupled with the music was such a great vibe! The music is turned up, but I had no problem hearing anyone speak. I’m looking forward to going back and sitting near the DJ the next time around for a different experience!

We really enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant—it had a sophisticated, romantic vibe. Of course, we brought our two kids along, but the staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring there was something for everyone. The crispy chicken (which I regret not taking a photo of) was absolutely delicious, and they were thoughtful enough to serve the sauce on the side for our little ones, making sure the whole family had a great experience. One note—the noodles were truly served at room temperature, just as advertised. A bit warmer would have been preferable, but overall, we had a wonderful dining experience!

I am not sure why this place does not get a better rating, but maybe people have the wrong expectations. Let's start off with the price of things. I found it to be in line with everything else at The Edition. You are paying for the ambiance of a more private club inside The Edition hotel, so don't complain when you get the bill. There are two different rooms with a beautiful bar that separates the two different rooms. Each of these (3) places have completely separate vibes. The red room is in the back and for my personal taste, is not the place I want to hang too much. The bar seems to be the spot if you are single and looking to mingle. It's the place most people without a date are going to crowd. The black room in the front is where you will find the DJ and couches, think VIP lounges, for enjoying a great date sight or time with friends. Since that is my vibe and I'm not single, nor am I looking this is where I decided to sit. If you ever get a chance to meet Nihat, he will make your night extraordinary! Knowing my love for music and my personal vibe, he sat us at a great table/couch right in front of the DJ. Not only that, but you have to get off your wallet and ask him to bring the martini cart to order a drink from him. One thing to note, I definitely am not a martini guy, nor would you see me holding a martini glass on any regular occasion...but this is not a regular occasion. He taught us the history and simplicity of what a real martini is and should be. Not only that, but learning that the oldest form of marking a martini is "thrown"...not shaken....not stirred! You have to watch him do this table side for you, what a cool experience. Also, he probably is one of the most kind and genuine people to meet in life. Our main guy taking care of us was Alex, and we enjoyed him very much. He guided through the different things on the menu, which we ended up trying a lot. How else will you really know if it is worth it? I can say we loved the Wagyu Rice! It was amazing and the sushi was enjoyable as well, but the show stopper is the Wagyu Rice. I felt we had amazing service, especially remembering this is actually a night club, not a Michelin Star restaurant. The vibe and music were killer! The place was killer and the people watching may have been the best I have ever seen. This is the pace you wanna be at if you prefer an upscale, private experience with the people and vibe to match. For my personal taste I would rate this place 4.7 stars because it was that good.

I loved every minute of this hidden gem in the Tampa Edition!!!! Note I went at 6:30pm on a Friday and reserved the red room. I enjoyed the Channelside Roll, Salt and Pepper Prawns and the Custom Martinis. The staff were friendly. The drinks were delicious and the food is superb! This is Asian cuisine by the way and it’s worth it! @explorewithritz_

Ivanka was simply amazing super attentive and such a fun-tastic bar tender. She's great for conversation and makes you feel heard and make sure you have a great experience. Her drinks are delicious and has a soothing pallette . She made my experience after long day of work worthwhile. Definitely come on Thursdays food is 50 percent off and worth trying. Has a lounge vibe that feels like a speakeasy with a nice view and relaxing jazzy ambiance.

I recently visited this establishment and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was lovely, and the place looked great. However, the service was just average - nothing exceptional, but no major issues either. Unfortunately, the prices were steep compared to the flavor and quality of the food. I expected more bang for my buck, but it didn't quite deliver. However, the desserts were a different story altogether! I was thoroughly impressed with the variety and quality of the sweet treats - they were all delicious and definitely the highlight of my visit. The music was decent, but it could be improved. It didn't particularly enhance or detract from my experience, but I think they could explore better options to create a more enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, it's an okay spot, but I wouldn't rush back due to the high prices and mediocre food quality. That being said, if you're a dessert lover like me, it's definitely worth stopping by for a sweet treat. Perhaps with some adjustments, they could live up to their full potential.

Google
The Arts Club inside The Tampa Edition is a total vibe—elegant, moody, and just the right mix of upscale and relaxed. The atmosphere alone makes it worth checking out, but the food seals the deal. I tried the gyozas and they were so good—perfectly crispy, flavorful, and honestly addictive. The service was on point too, super attentive without being overbearing. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to for both the scene and the bites.

Yelp
My partner and I went to the Art Club this past Saturday night and wow, we were very pressed! It was definitely giving upscale, adult vibes and very intimate as well. Although the music was a little on the loud side. We both had the California roll since it was the only cooked option and that's all we'll eat in terms of sushi. It was delicious! We also had the same drink, but unfortunately, I cannot remember what it's called. It had tequila and grapefruit juice in it and was pretty strong. It wasn't my favorite drink, but it was still cool craft cocktail. I would definitely like to return another time for a girls night, but it's noted that reservations do need to be booked out in advance because it does seem to fill up pretty quickly. Lastly, the service was excellent and very attentive.

Yelp
Top notch restaurant with amazing service. Stopped by here before a Lightning game and basically had the whole place to ourselves! First walking in it is super dark but your eyes start to adjust throughout the night. The ambience is amazing and our server was kind enough to show us the red room even though they weren't seating people that night. The menu was limited but still had really good options - the wahoo fish small plate was so good we ordered TWO! Would love to come back when they are serving their full sushi menu.

Yelp
While drinks are pricy, I do enjoy this shiny disco ball room. They make sure to come serve you at your seat or you can ealk right up to the bar. No food is available up here. I come here for comedy shows, and almost all of them have been good and entertaining. I would recommend trying it at least once. Drinks will run tou about 20$, but it's topshelf. Although the space is bright, it's kinda cool and can be dim and fun when the disco lights are not on. I would recommend street parking or the garage. There are 2 parts to the Arts Club, and one side is a sexy dimly lit lounge when you enter, then you have the bar and then the disco ball room.

Yelp
Finally tried this place on the 2nd floor of edition, punch room required reservation but we were directed to arts club that had a decent amount of free seating, you seat yourself anywhere and servers come to you for orders. Drinks are pricier but expected for the area. Service is decent, one side had louder music the disco ball side is a little more quiet, overall good place to relax, sit down / catch up over drinks. It was also not too crowded on a Friday night which was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
Can only comment on drinks/dessert, service and ambiance. We walked in on a Saturday night around 10 PM and were able to snag the last first come first serve table in the cocktail area right after walk in. Vibe was chill, intimate and the DJ was playing good music. We were then asked if we wanted to move to what I guess is called the disco room? The ambiance there was super cool - lots of disco balls on the ceiling and the room is an all red theme, which makes for cool pictures. No live DJ but you can hear the music through speakers from the front bar area. I ordered a French 75 and for the $28 price point it was so disappointing and honestly gross - I was kind of shocked. Our server was awesome and gave me a white lotus to try which went down soo easy and was stronggg. Not sure why my French 75 was such a bomb but I guess I know what to get next time. We also ordered a chocolate cake for dessert and it was delicious. There wasn't a stage that I noticed when we were there so maybe the set up is different each night? Definitely a cool spot for a date night or just for late night drinks.

Yelp
AMAZING FOOD!!!!!! Delicious food I went to celebrate a birthday and I'm not a sushi lover but the Arts Club had the most amazing sushi. And the service was amazing 100/10 recommend. Also the ambience was out of this world I love the vide and the music and great atmosphere.

Yelp
One of the more intimate bar areas of the new Tampa Edition. Reservations are highly recommended, and a weekday reservation was easier to procure than a weekend one. We were seated in the booth/entry area pretty promptly once arriving and service was spot on throughout our time here. Our server made sure to give great food and drink options for everyone and their particular tastes. The secondary room contains a larger bar/high top area and the famed arts club private room with the disco balls is connected to the bar area. This area is available for rent, and they have separately ticketed shows in this room as well. Fancy cocktails and small bites are plentiful in the menu. Pricing is a bit steep so make sure to bring your cash or credit card and expect to splurge here.

Yelp
What a fun late night scene. We came here for drinks after a late Saturday dinner and were all so impressed with the ambiance. It was almost like a speakeasy in that the illuminated stairs leading to the entrance is such a stark contrast to the black and red that devour you behind the unassuming double doors. We were all taken aback but dove in and made a beeline for the bar. The place definitely had DC or NY nightlife vibes but with friendlier bartenders :) As a former night owl who doesn't go out as often or as late anymore, I'd say this is a special spot for late night drinks. There's no other place like it in Tampa.

Yelp
Ok so here's the REAL REVIEW. Anyone who says this place is anything but amazing has the taste of a 5th grader. Ambiance was fantastic and harbors a young fun crowd. Every course that I got was a phenomenal experience. I live in Miami and this food definitely competes with some of the best there. Stop the hesitation. Book the reservation. Love you bye.

Yelp
With the prices at this bar, you would expect it to feel very high end, but it was anything but that. The drinks were fine at best and the atmosphere felt like we were sitting in someone's blacked out basement. I was so excited to try this place since everyone has been hyping up the Edition, but I could not have been more underwhelmed. There are much better bars in Tampa that are worth the price point. Also the disco ball room that they advertise as being this place, is in a completely separate area of this bar, and can only be entered for a special event or for buying bottle service on certain days. Just take a photo on the stairs downstairs for free and go across the street to something better.

Yelp
Arts Club is by far is the best club in downtown at this moment, the vibe is very sexy and grown and the ambiance is amazing! I've come here a few times and each time it gets better and better! When I approach the Valet, I tend to see Roc who is the Security Manager, always great seeing this guy and takes great care of me, as well walks me up to the Arts Club and that is when I see Masha and Gigi. Two stunning woman who lights up a room with their amazing smiles! Both are so welcoming and I love seeing them. They always look out for me and ensure I have no issues at the front, thank you ladies! Thank you Tampa Edition for hiring such a welcoming and amazing staff! I will see you this weekend!

Yelp
I made reservations here expecting it to be the sparkly gorgeous disco ball room they keep advertising themselves as. Instead, it's an intimate, almost pitch black, dark bar with nothing really special going on about it. I was incredibly disappointed that they would advertise their bar as a completely different space that was unavailable. We ordered two rounds of drinks and the lobster roll and tator tots. I would just skip this place altogether for now until they figure out how to spice it up. The food was mediocre and the drinks were just okay but if you've already made it out to the edition, there's plenty of other in house bars that would better serve you. Took another star off for service as well because we sat there for about 15 minutes without being greeted by a single person. If I'm paying 24 dollars for a cocktail I fully expect to atleast be acknowledged and not walked past a bunch of times.
