I’ve been to a lot of Farmers Markets and the Arvada one is excellent. There’s a wide variety of vendors. Perhaps they could have a few more farmers with fresh produce. Regardless, it’s still a great thing to do with friends and family.

Bubbas cheesecake just started last weekend slinging these little bundles of deliciousness!! He’s Doing the farmers market here every Sunday til the end of the season & you do not want to miss out on these … At 7$ a piece they aren’t small by any means, you can have a few bites & put it away & save it for later !!! The pictures don’t even do them Justice but having been a long time buyer of these I can say they are the best in the city. If you haven’t tried these I suggest that you stop by on Sunday before the season ends!!! While your there, I HIGHLY recommend that you stop & see this vendor the Sugarcane Man!! This kind individual squeezes fresh juice a myriad of different fruits!! With no additives no sugars JUST REAL FRUITS!!! This isn’t the only location, he has a spot at the south west plaza mall on Saturdays as well as inside the Mall itself.. From bowls to drinks this one vendor I suggest you see if your craving a nice fruit drink on a hot Sunday morning..

Fun outing with my teenagers to the Arvada Farmers market this morning. I had to parallel park for the first time in a bazillion years but no cars were harmed in that frustrating procedure. 😂 I loved all the vendors we talked to. And boy did I ever do my part for supporting local business today!!! We got much more produce than what's pictured here and 6 bars of soap. I want to hold the cinnamon coffee soap in my hand and just keep sniffing it! We also got a jar of Blackberry Serrano Lime jam, 3 jalapeno pretzels and a pair of earrings. The day set me back a chunk of change (plus my dignity trying to park) so I won't do it often but it was a nice experience and my kids enjoyed it too. ☺️

Google
Great vendors with excellent products. Business owners always eager to tell you about their products and their passion about them. A fun atmosphere- and excellent spot to get a produce / baked goods / unique treats / craft gifts.

Google
Small healthy & organic farmers market with great products from raw kombucha and fresh smoothies to cbd and many fruit/vegetables to choose from. The Turkish food truck had the most amazing & friendly staff also. I will make sure to stop by next time I’m in Colorado, it’s great!

This farmer's market is not that big, but has a great selection of fresh produce and baked goods. It is open Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. I recommend the ham & cheese croissants, pick up some tamales, and cool off in/near the fountain with your snacks! It is also dog and kid friendly.

Google
Disappointed in the selection. Lots of bread and pastry but small selection of fruit. There was Miller farms, that had no fruit this time and the one fruit stand was over priced. The farmers market at Pearl Street and Southwest plaza were better. Even the grocery store had cheaper prices.

Google
Great farmers market in old town Arvada! Great selection of foods and goods to purchase. Get there early because it gets crowded quick!

Yelp
I am so glad to live near this farmer's market. Great for something local, and honestly a decent size and variety of options for a smaller town market (relative to Denver). I loooove Tlaquesalsa, I get a breakfast burrito from them every time and slap on a bunch of their salsa. I also love the build your own bouquet stand, though be careful as the price adds up quick. If I'm strategic I can usually get a decent sized bouquet for $25 or less. Also love the produce stand where you can fill a bag for $15. Some great deals depending on what you're getting. It gets crowded for sure but if you wait and go a tad bit later it's not so bad.

Yelp
Farmers markets are always great places to discover new businesses, support local creators, and pet some adorable puppies. This place is no exception: happy people, loads of sunshine, and tons of options! Definitely love pie cookies, so you should go eat all of them. And the fancy cheese stand is very worth it (yes it's cheese, so not always a necessity, and yes it is expensive, but it's some of the best truffle gouda I've ever had). Not a fan of the fact that you have to park quite far away, but it is what it is (since the Old Market block is closed off).

Yelp
Summer is for Farmers Markets. In fact, it's been my goal to find a different market each month to explore because I'm all about shopping local. Our first stop - Arvada Farmers Market! Located off 57th and Old Town Wadsworth, the market is easy to spot and full of life! Street parking and local public parking is available, making a stop in, easy as pie. We quickly found parking and meandered into the market. Although small, the market is well laid out, featuring various booths surrounding the outdoor water feature - which the kids love to jump through! We visited each booth, chatted with owners, sampled goodies, created our own flower bouquets and picked fresh veggies and fruit - all in a solid hour! It's definitely the place to stop, recharge, grab a coffee and a snack while catching up with friends. Various seating can be found without - high tops, low tables and tables moved into the street for social distancing and conversation. Definitely gives off the quaint charming city vibes without the hustle and bustle of downtown - which I totally enjoyed! While I'm not usually on this side of town, I can see why Old Town Arvada is becoming somewhat of a hotshot in the area! The painted streets are filled with graffiti art, shop doors are open, and new restaurants are aplenty. I can easily see myself returning soon!

Yelp
Terrific market. Not that much produce sadly but still a great market. Wish they would move it back to the park instead of in Old Town. More room.

Yelp
I think this market is better than some. It's not as big as the pearl street market but it has two fresh produce vendors, a breakfast burrito place and two coffee stands so idk what else one needs?? Bonus, there's a splash pad for the kiddos. Dogs are cool but it can get a bit crowded. Pro-tip: there's free parking by the library but don't park in the church lot! Although they could totally charge for parking and make a killing imho.

Yelp
A fun time for the whole family. Vendors with a wide variety of quality items, good food, and a fun splash pad for the kids!

Yelp
You can't come to the Farmers Market without fist going to Rheinlander Bakery for some delicious pastries! I love it down here. Its small and I would say Boulder has the best Farmers Market. They do have a good offering of everything you may be looking for. I counted only two or three fresh produce booths. Like I say, it's small, but quaint. Parking is easy, it runs until 1pm and plenty of restaurants close by if you're in the mood. Great for the entire family!

Yelp
I enjoyed this farmer's market while I lived in Arvada. We were back in the area for a visit and were so lucky to be able to revisit it. The fact the street is now pedestrian only it is even more fun to go and visit the booths. Our favorite booth is still there, the Tamale Lady is simply amazing. Do not miss out on her tamales. We got two dozen frozen ones to take back home.

Yelp
My favorite farmers market around! I love all the veggie options and the cheese curd booth is my favorite!!!

Yelp
It's definitely a smaller farmers market but it's open on Sundays, it's easy to park, and they have the essentials. Kombucha on tap is a must have at a farmers market! Check. Great product stands. Check. Lady with tamales. Check. Candles, lotions, and bath salts. Check! I love that I am able to park a half block away, not have to worry about my child being pushed through a crowd in a stroller, and there is a produce stand that you get as much produce as you can put in one of their bags for $10. It's a smoking deal. The other product stand is also amazing and they have everything that the other one doesn't at a very fair price. Some of the stuff was even cheaper than the King Soopers down the street. There's even a craft area from 10:30-11:30 for kids inside the library! Mommy's be wary though, there is one problem with this location and that is the fountain. Keep a tight hold on those littles because they will be splashing in the water the second you let them go.

Yelp
I was surprised to see what previous reviewers said about this market. It is one of my favorites. Stapleton and cherry creek are closer to my house but I often make the trek across town to come here because of the variety of products and the affordability. There are three or four main produce stands with peaches, melon, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, poblanos, potatoes, green beans, onions, corn, summer squash, berries, apricots. I even saw some kohlrabi today which was fun. As others have mentioned the $10 fill a bag is a great deal. There are also lots of products including decadent saint sangria, CBD, great harvest bread, Indian spices and chutney, popcorn, honey, garlic, beef, spruce rubs, dips, tamales, bakeries, soaps, cheese curds, dog treats. There's also a great knife sharpener here. It's a great Sunday treat to get the knives sharpened, get a coffee and a breakfast burrito, fill a produce bag for the week, and watch the kids play in the water. As we are in Colorado, there are also lots of dogs. Arvada farmers market is a great, family friendly place where you can actually afford to buy your produce.

Yelp
It is a small farmers market, but the percentage of farmers to goods vendors is better than other farmers markets. The folks at True Roots Farm are awesome! Definitely stop by their tent to buy some fresh veggies. There was also a vendor tent of fruits, with a mix of conventional and organic and California- and Colorado-farmed. I was glad that they had each fruit type clearly labeled so that customers could be informed. Note: In general, be sure to ask where the food comes from and how it is farmed. Several places sell conventional produce (with pesticides), farm organically but do not have certification (so they can't post it), the produce is from out of state or out of the country, or it has been acquired through resale from major grocery chains (e.g., King Soopers) - so if it seems like too good of a deal, you may want to dig a bit deeper. It seems like a safe assumption that a farmers market that has local farmers would mean local produce that they farmed themselves, but that is unfortunately not always the case at many of these markets.

Yelp
Great farmers market, with good prices. I would be happy with a few more booths, but there really isn't space for it. My favorite are the cheese stand, and the $10-fill-a-bag veggie stand. I hope this farmers market has longevity! Parking is not straight forward, but typically a circle around the neighborhood will yield street parking.

Yelp
I remember when AFM was small. I'd show up around 11 AM and there would be 4 or 5 stands set up and hardly anyone shopping. It's still small because, really, that square outside of the Arvada library is itself small. However, now there are close to 20 vendors (more?) and about 20 times the amount of people perusing the goods. There are multiple fruit stands (all with Palisade Peaches!), a couple of veggie stands, Great Harvest is there, Vincenzas, a natural beef company, the list goes on. Plus they all encircle the fountain that kids can run through on a hot summer day. AFM: a great scene with some great stands.

Yelp
This market has a lot going for it thanks to its location. The fountain in the middle with the cute little children playing is very Sunday-afternoon happy times. However, I was quite disappointed in the overall lack of actual farmers. I do enjoy myself some homemade products, but I mainly go to these markets to get that fresh produce, which just wasn't very abundant. Having been to the Belmar market as well as the Westmoor Technology Center market, I guess I have been spoiled with the gorgeous offerings of fruits and vegetables that they carry.

Yelp
My biggest problem with Arvada Farmers Market is they have very little produce. I don't know about you, but I usually go to Farmers Markets to buy fresh fruits and veggies. I think there were only 2 stands with produce and I wasn't very impressed with their selection. Other than that, they have an interesting array of vendors ranging from jewelry, hand painted flower pots, tamales, ice cream, pasta, great harvest bread, honey, etc. I ended up leaving with half a dozen tamales and avocado salsa. The tamales were good and extremely reasonably priced. I don't think I'll be back because I didn't buy any produce but it's worth checking out at least once.

Yelp
Great selection, very fresh, inexpensive, and there's always something new. We get our veggies here and every once and awhile splurge on sauces.

Yelp
I went to the Farmer's Market this past Sunday in olde town Arvada, and had great experience. It's in a great location, everyone is really friendly and informative about their products. If you are interested in eating local healthy food, this is the place for you! I can't afford everything, but certainly got great deals on fruits and veggies for the week! Great selection of natural beef as well. Mmm, and goat cheese from a local farm! And I picked up braided garlic-- not only a great kitchen decoration, but very practical, because I use a ton of garlic in my cooking! There is a fountain nearby where kids are playing, people bring their dogs, and everyone is chatting. Great sunday morning/early afternoon activity! I will def be going back! I also went to the cherry creek farmer's market, and found that one to be way over-priced, and not as cool as Arvada Farmer's Market. I can't wait to go back next weekend!

Yelp
We love the farmers market. Right next to the library with a water fountain for the kids to play in. Thanks for a great year and hope to buy more produce and jelly next year!

Yelp
Great selection of many different colorado products. Honey, goat cheese, spices, breads, scissor sharpening, snow cones, bath and body products, dips, coffees, popcorn/peanuts and a large selection of produce! Miller Farms has a GREAT DEAL, $10 fill up a bag of veggies! Ride your bike and park it by the bike racks at the square while you walk around.
