I heard about this place from a social media reviewer, and I was eager to try them out. They're usually packed, which is a good sign, but I was lucky to come in at a time when they weren't. Their offering includes a lot of varieties that I hadn't seen in other tacos in Mexicali, including different tacos, tortas, and many other things that I wasn't able to try. They have a lot of great toppings, including delicious refried beans, all kinds of salsas and pickled onions with habanero. The aguas frescas were delicious; I had tamarind, which is fantastic paired with tacos.
The bad: prices are definitely high (paid like $160 pesos for 2 tacos and 1 large agua Fresca), the guacamole was super watery (aguamole / watermole style), tortillas weren't hand made.
I may give them another try once they open across the street, but I'm a bit hesitant since there are better taco offerings around.
