Asado & Wine Experience

Let the “sommelier,” aka Brian, cook your asado, believe me you don’t want to miss this experience. Originally, we had only reserved for the asado, not the wine pairing, but after the complementary pairing with chipan, we knew we had to do the wine pairing as well. It did not disappoint. The wine pairing choices were thoughtful and the wine selection just excellent. You can order by the bottle, but believe me when I tell you that you that they have no bad wines. From the first to the last sip, we were impressed by the quality of the wines. The asado was also amazing, that chipan really set the tone for what would come after (pure deliciousness). We felt the timing of each serving was perfect and the meats were cooked to perfection. There is truly something for everyone. The ambiance was what you would expect from an asado argentino, family driven, fun, friendly. The experience is great for a family gathering, but it will make a fun date as well. Thank you for bringing a piece of Argentina to Miami 🩵

This was amazing. A backyard bbq but Argentinian style. The meat did not stop coming, the service was very attentive, the conversations with the chef where he explained every course was great. You can even stand by the grill and hang out like if was a true bbq session in a backyard. Everything including the bread, chimichurri, desert, etc were all from scratch. Definitely do the wine paiting as well, it's worth the money. Thank you for a great evening!!

Incredible! The food, the wine, and the service were all excellent. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to bring friends. Brian did such a great job leading you through the experience and sharing his Argentinian culture with guests. It was such a fun dinner where you really got the true Argentina asado experience. From starting the evening with cheese bread, empanada, and Estrella, then moving onto delicious meats that were paired perfectly with the wine flight. Dinner was complete with the most delicious chocolate dessert. We left full and very excited to return!

Loved this place ! For valentines days they had us separate but usually people are all seated together at a long table or 6+. Food was insanely good.

I came to Asado and Wine Experience during one of their first services, and I absolutely recommend it. The value for money is excellent and very hard to find in Miami. There are very few places in this city where you can have such an authentic culinary experience, directly interacting with the grill master (or asador) and even joining in the cooking process. The food was plentiful and excellent. As an Argentine, I’m very picky about meat and asados, and I can honestly say the quality here is outstanding, even compared to what I’ve had back home in Argentina. The service is amazing, and the wine flight is really well thought out and perfectly matched to the menu. It’s also worth mentioning that Brian, the asador, is not only a great asador but also a top sommelier. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys great authentic food and wine.

Great place and very nice atmosphere. It really feels like an Argentine asado. You can start with empanadas (including salteña style) and then enjoy cuts like entraña (skirt steak), vacío (flank steak), and costillar (ribs), all cooked on the grill. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they have good wine as well. Definitely recommend it if you want to try an Argentine barbecue experience in Miami.
