I came to Asado and Wine Experience during one of their first services, and I absolutely recommend it. The value for money is excellent and very hard to find in Miami. There are very few places in this city where you can have such an authentic culinary experience, directly interacting with the grill master (or asador) and even joining in the cooking process. The food was plentiful and excellent.
As an Argentine, I’m very picky about meat and asados, and I can honestly say the quality here is outstanding, even compared to what I’ve had back home in Argentina. The service is amazing, and the wine flight is really well thought out and perfectly matched to the menu. It’s also worth mentioning that Brian, the asador, is not only a great asador but also a top sommelier.
I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys great authentic food and wine.
