pastrami omelette Sietsma: "I ordered the pastrami omelet ($20.95), and it was made on the griddle in the front window, which is usually crowded with frankfurters. It was cooked in a round contraption that looked like a medieval torture device, and the volume of meat outweighed the quantity of eggs — in other words, it proved an ideal way to enjoy the pastrami. On top of that, it’s a great deal, since the meal comes with buttered toast, steak fries, orange juice, and coffee. You couldn’t do better at a diner."
