Asad’s Hot Chicken

Between the 6 of us we tried lots of different items. The hot honey sauce was my favorite. The loaded fries are enough to feed multiple people as an entree. The sliders are big sandwiches (I'm a fairly big eater, couldn't finish 2) the tenders are juicy and filling. Highly recommend (possibly my favorite chicken to date, sure beats Daves) service was very friendly as well. This location definitely lives up to the hype!

Been meaning to go here for so long & finally got to today. Def lived up to the hype, sooo delish. Chicken was piping hot & super juicy, sauce was sooo yum, & the fries were crisp & fresh. Prices seemed high at first but the portions are actually massive & you could easily split an entree. Will be back!

Assad’s chicken… what can I say? Clean, warm, colorful, and a beacon in the dark January nights when you need juicy tenders and pickles. Electrolytes, bright lights and bright faces. Everyone was so friendly and calm. Our fellow patrons included. This is great!

I stopped in for some plain fries and they were the best fries. The portion size was also large IMO. However, the best part was the service. The woman taking my order was very kind and patient as I tried to figure out if I wanted anything else.

Food was outstanding! Even for a mild order, the spice really kicked amazingly! Not too spicy, but good enough for a first experience! The service was excellent too; after a very easy introduction and preparation of the order, it felt relaxing! And the atmosphere, quite beautiful as well; eating where I sat by the windows too; catching a glimpse of trolleys go by as well, felt right at home to me, as I do enjoy SEPTA a ton; even as a kid! Overall, I would love to eat here again; at 47th+Woodland, and everywhere else! Shame I couldn't try the Cherry Hill Free Food since I had a time crunch at that moment, but hopefully when new places come around, I can get to them soon! :D Thanks for the service Asad's! love Asad's! Consistently HIGH quality HUGE tenders and friendly service!! their prices seemed high until I realized the portions are huge! this is my go to place for a quick substantial delicious meal 🙌 Maria is so helpful and sweet!

Eating out is not cheap right now. People are conscious of their money and health. My first time in the establishment because I seen on Google good reviews. When I first walk in, the young lady was very helpful. While I was deciding what I wanted, another customer came in. The young lady helped him. As I am preparing to now place my order, a middle age looking female came in and to the register counter area with her coat and hat on. Nit even a minute passes with her standing there and she coughed out loud without putting the back of her hand over her mouth, nor the front, or even inner arm! Disgraceful! Turned my appetite off. Since she wasn't packing food yet or didn't wash her hand yet, I was gonna ask the young lady to pack my order. The middle aged female took her coat o6f and moved back closer to the food area and coughed again...in the same manner of no manners!! I thanked the young lady and kindly let her know I can't order because the female was coughing out loud and I walked out. Turned off before I was turned on from their food. It's one thing if you didn't see that but to blatantly do that is despicable; no good behavior. I value good health.

The vibes are great. The place is brand new, shiny and clean. Service was great and quick. The loaded fries are a 10/10! I’d try it again! The wait wasn’t as long as I thought and the prices were the norm for a hot chicken spot. I’d like to see a homemade lemonade or so type of signature juice offered. The place is stunning! I love the art!

I frequently visit this place when I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich, and it is probably my favorite in the area. The service is consistently quick and respectful. I highly recommend trying it out.

We ordered the Mac Attack on the kiosk near the front and got our food in less than 10 minutes. It's definitely not overhyped like some say it is. The food was delicious - the fries were crispy, the Mac n' cheese was cheesy, and the sauce on everything was really good. It's really heavy though so I recommend sharing this between two people or you could get overwhelmed fast. Anyway, we enjoyed it a lot and can see why it's popular!

We were on a hot chicken run and heard about Asad's but never got the chance to try it until now. We ordered the Asad's #4 slider and tender with fries and was impressed with the juiciness of the chicken in both the tender and slider. The fries were crispy and just to my liking. The order came out fast and the establishment was no frills and quick.

There quality & service has gone down and is longer the same anymore. It disappointing to say I no longer will return to them for my late night fix. The Chicken is not fresh anymore and fries are super soggy. Plus they didn't get my order right.

When I heard about the buzz with Asad's a while back ago so tried to ignore it. I am not into fried chicken, it's unhealthy, it's over hyped, etc etc. However, once day I was coming home later than usual from running an errand and was passing by Asad's. I thought, why not? Just give it try. That was such a fatal mistake. The hype is real... After the initial visit I went back again after a week. I need to stop myself before it's too late. I like the sliders a lot; when you think of a slider you think of smaller sized hamburger buns, but these sliders were regular size. The chicken is big! After experimenting with the hotness/spiciness, I found that mild spiciness was just right for me. Their loaded fries are almost too much (tastes good), but for me that is once in awhile splurge. Next time I want to try their wraps. The service is friendly and efficient, but ordering on the kiosk makes it really convenient. The inside of this place is kept nice and clean. No seatings, just enough space for you to stand and wait for your order.

The quality has gone down. Soggy fries and tough chicken. It honestly tastes fake and NOT halal.

Another tasty dinner in Philly. Love the chicken! Great service and local ambiance makes you feel welcome. I'll definitely go back when I visit Philly again! Appreciate the choice of spicy levels. Next time I'll bump it up a little more :)

The food is delicious and fresh, and the seasoning is excellent. The service is great love the atmosphere of the place.
