I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking refined Bavarian food in a relaxed, classic setting.

Excellent evening in a cosy atmosphere. Highlights came with the dishes. The tomahawk was perfectly cooked and served with great veggies and pommes. Paris butter was the cherry on the cake. Nothing better than a red wine to pair with. The wine card is quite extensive from glasses to bottle, counting on French, Italian, German and Austrian vineyards. The hazel dessert was delicious with fondant Williams pears and hazel ice. From service to plates, I would recommend this place with no hesitation !

What a hit this magical restaurant was! The food was fantastic in every way, the environment incredibly beautiful and the service of the highest quality! A special thank you to Khaled El Sayed who served us in the best way but also to the woman who welcomed us at the door and arranged a seat for us even though we hadn't booked! If you’re in Munich, don’t miss this exceptionally great place to dine. My friend and I reserved for dinner, arrived 30 mins early but was seated immediately. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, food came fast and in the right temperature. Food was delicious and flavorful, even the French fries. I am not big on apple strudel, but this one, I want to bring a whole pan back home! Price is reasonable too.

Decent but not spectacular Bavarian fare - there are easily half a dozen restaurants in Munich‘s city centre itself that serve up better food and the prices at this place ain’t any cheaper either despite being out of town. The upside is the nice quaint location though I’m not convinced that it’s worth the price premium or the travel time.

A bit pricey but absolutely worth to visit! Exceptional food, amazing interior and exterior, so nice atmosphere. Building itself is a living masterpiece! Great service, despite the full house. Our waiter Mr.Hischam was so much helpful, explained details of the menu and made our evening even better!

I would be careful here. I came here tonight for some traditional Bavarian food, which was good. The atmosphere was nice, and we generally had a good time. However, when I went to pay, the total was 47 euro. I am from a part of the world where we don't tip, so I'm unaware of the exact tipping culture in Germany. Nevertheless, I asked the waiter to round the bill up to 50. Clearly the waiter thought this wasn't enough, because after I had walked out I see on my banking app he had charged 53. I get it's only three euros, but I didn't like the practice of dishonestly taking without consent.

Great place to dine, food is top, service with a smile, owner on premises. Had a great meal and enjoyed the seating in the garden. The inside is so traditional and authentic its worth a look just for that. A must check-out in Munich!
