Deeply rooted in one of San Diego’s most diverse neighborhoods, this certified market centers wellness, culture, and affordability. City listings and local groups note SNAP, WIC, and community programming with refugee and immigrant growers.

This Farmers Market is suppose to be about helping the local community. However they had no problem towing local cars from our neighborhood parking lot. The lady who organized the farmers market said she put out signs the night before and someone must have stolen them. When she arrived that morning she placed new signs and called the police to tow cars. I had no idea this farmers market was even happening until my car and about “10 plus “ cars were towed. If signs were properly posted and the local area was notified about the farmers market I would have respectfully moved my car the night before. Unfortunately myself & others had to call around San Diego towing lots to find our car and pay a 400 bill to take out of car plus a 60 dollar parking ticket. This neighborhood is a low income area and you can imagine the impact this made upon the local community. This farmers market does not even use the entire parking lot as it’s always empty and not filled with vendors . Personally I will not be supporting this farmers Market because they did not care about the impact they made on towing locals cars for their farmers market.

I came to this market expecting a fun and community centered experience, but it was honestly a mess. There was no clear layout and part of the market looked half finished even after it started. Communication and coordination were clearly lacking it was hard to even find basic information like where certain vendors were located. Overall, it felt really disorganized and not worth the time. I would skip this market all together.

Small but a lot to offer. Passing by this farmers market was a nice opportunity to walk around and get fresh air. They had several resources like info for getting medical care, and cal-fresh. They offer yoga, music, small shops, and let's not forget their fresh produce! The strawberries and rainbow chard made my taste buds happy!
