Ascott IFC Guangzhou

We have a very good stay in Ascott IFC. Its in the center location near by Huacheng square, just a few walk to the big square where you can enjoy the view of Canton tower. Nearby is big restaurant mall called Mall of the world. However if you go metro its little hard to find the location. The hotel room is very spacious for a family, the room was clean, full of ammenties, indoor swimming pool and the breakfast was nice. We stayed for 2 nights, they changed the breakfast everyday. No difficulties for the language. cause staffs can speak english. They provide very good cake for my wife birthday. The hotel service was excellent. I wanna give 9.5 ratings only due to metro distance. I would recommend this hotel.Hope to stay again in this hotel, if I come back to Guangzhou again.

We had a great stay at the Ascott in Guangzhou! It’s a very family-friendly property with spacious rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, and genuinely kind, helpful staff. There’s a fun outdoor play area for kids and also an indoor playroom that includes a ball pit — a big hit with our little one! The pool area is also very nice, and the locker rooms feature both a dry sauna and a steam room, which made for a relaxing break during our stay. The only real downside was the bathroom design in the room — outdated and poorly laid out. It definitely needs a remodel and was the least comfortable part of the stay. Still, overall, this is a great option for families visiting Guangzhou, and we would gladly stay again.

Stayed at the 3 bedrooms canton view family room for 5 nights and the view was awesome! The sales manager Grace was so helpful with all the questions I had before booking and upon arrival, the check in process was smooth. Rooms were super clean with daily cleanup services. Grace also prepared a birthday cake for my nephew. Thank you for the kind gesture. Many food and malls available within walking distance. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here who are travelling with family.

Super convenient. With a lot of food choices and near canton tower. Walk a short distance to the walkway for a nice photo of the canton tower. It is clean apartment and wirh all necessary amenities in the apartment.

The room was spacious and the bed mattress in both bedrooms were comfy. Air-con in the rooms was strong too, however, there seems to be no aircon along the corridor. We felt the lift was slow too.

Had a fantastic stay at Ascott IFC! Check in to room service was seamless and considerate. When we asked the reception if we could use their reception number to order takeout, they gladly agreed and even helped us send the order to our room through a robot! Really cool and advanced service!

This serviced apartment is located in GuangZhou IFC. Location is excellent as within 5 mins walking distance can reach metro, shopping mall and GuangZhou tower. The room itself is specious and comfortable, it is worthy to spend the price.
