Asda Kingsthorpe Supermarket

I was today to do my weekly shopping and I use the Rewards app.The lady named Karen show me that was 5 pound discount if you spend 35 pound .She was nice and helpful .Thank you

Local supermarket in the heart of Kingsthorpe, sectioned out nicely and good quality products with somewhat cheap prices. There is also good staff who can help out with any issues. Good bakery aswell.

Shelves are not so well stocked, prices always going up. And what is happening with the rewards app, no rewards, a total con. Better off at Tesco and Morrison

My name is Sean and I went to the Kingsthorpe store on Friday with my other Auntie and this Store is epic and Northampton has 3 Asda stores that is far cotton, Thornton Road and Kingsthorpe, this store was brilliant I actually went a few times my first ever supermarket was the Asda in Rushden because I was born in Northamptonshire, this asda has toilets, self checkout and its the biggest asda in Northampton Town. Last visited 12th of April

Its a well equipped supermarket. You do find most of the stuff under one roof. Had visited here many times and it deserves a mention in 5 star. I usually visit this place for groceries.The fresh produce for such a cheap price is great.It is like my one stop grocery shop.Beauty.Wide variety of fruits and veggies. Really good. its is famous in uk .it has many branches, the staff is very helpful, i like all the products in the shop.The placing of the products is very systematic, You can find anything many products are available in one mall with discounts they give every week is just awesome.parking place is available here.store range is very good products very cheap comparing to other Supermarket, so you get good value of money.you find here good ambiance and great decor. Need more collection of Liquer

Shelves are never stocked, freezers always broken or over frozen, always empty shelves and terrible customer service. This Asda is quite possibly the worst store

The girl on customer service was most unhelpful. She was chewing gum like a cow chewing cud. When I asked for help I was answer

My experience at Asda in kingsthorpe hasn’t been the greatest, I have no issue with staff at the check out and tills they are all very friendly. On the other hand the security guard is very rude, I tend to go to Asda in the evening as I work throughout the day and every time I have been in I have passed the security guard smiled and said hello but he will just grunt and stare at me. Every time I am in there he follows me around the shops and watches what I’m doing down the isles and this has been making me very uncomfortable and not wanting to go in there.
