Terrible follow up and communication. I went to visit this place and was able to sit and talk with someone about what I was looking for. I went home with a bunch of fabric sample swatches which was great. After a couple weeks, I decided to go with Asher for my fabric needs. But after emailing them to inquire about their stock and prices on the swatches I was interested in, I waited a week with no reply. I emailed them again, and after 3 days from that I finally got a reply, but only to half of the questions on my initial email. I emailed back right away asking for answers to the rest of my email which honestly couldn't have been answered during the same business day. But after 2 days, I finally got a response. I chose to let it go.
Then when I was almost ready to place an order, I did have some final questions regarding minimums on custom dyeing, so I emailed the person I was in contact with and I waited another whole business week for a reply... no answer. So I called the following Monday, they transferred me to her phone, which led to a voicemail (I wasn't surprised). I left a voicemail early that day and got NO call back and NO email reply. It has now been 2 weeks and still no reply. I'm not going to keep contacting a business that doesn't even want my business. I absolutely would not recommend this business to anyone. And absolutely would not do business with them for future projects as it seems they don't care about creating new client relationships. It's really a shame because they seemed very professional at the initial meeting and their showroom was clean and abundant. I loved the fact that all their fabric was made and custom dyed in house. But their actions speak louder than words.
