Not a True Gated Community – Security Concerns The website claims this is a gated community, but anyone can easily enter through the vehicle gate or the open walk-in entrance. There’s no proper access control, which raises serious security concerns. Definitely not as secure as advertised.

I've had a great experience living here! The customer service here truly stands out. From the moment I moved in, the management and leasing team have been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Cecilia was my leasing agent and the process was very fast and easy. Any time I've had a question or needed assistance—whether it's maintenance requests or general inquiries—they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-managed community. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place where you feel valued as a tenant.

Misleading gym hours – not 24/7 as advertised. The apartment gym is advertised as being open 24 hours on their website, but in reality, it has only been available during office hours for several weeks. This has been a major disappointment and a real inconvenience, especially for residents who rely on early morning or late-night workouts. The management should either fix this issue promptly or update the website to reflect the actual hours to avoid misleading residents.

I've had a good experience so far living here, and one of the main reasons is Earl from maintenance. He always completes work orders in a timely manner, takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and is always friendly. The complex itself is a nice place to live, but having reliable and positive staff like Earl makes it even better.

Cecilia is amazing! She was super friendly and so helpful every step of the way. The whole team here has great customer service, but Cecilia really stood out, she knows her stuff and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares and wants the best for you. Highly recommend checking this place out and asking for Cecilia!

Very professional! Cecilia Martinez works with you, is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She did her best to respond for any questions or concerns management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. All things considered, I heartily suggest these apartments to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live.

I’ve lived here for about 3months now. Quite community. Dwelo has been down for over a month so the gate has been open to the public and they need to fix this asap for the safety of the community. Parking here is no joke! There is literally no where to park after 9pm

I’ve been a resident here a little over a year and I can say Earl you’re the MVP! Any work order to be done on my unit he’s here the next day! Very informative, super friendly and always bring good energy. One of the main reasons I will be renewing my lease. Keep up the great work!

Before I move out (time for a house) I want to take a moment to review the property. Since Asheville took over they have vastly improved everything over the previous ownership. I've lived here through three management companies and Asheville has been fantastic. They're making a lot of great improvements through the property. Ahmed in the leasing office has been outstanding to work with as well. If you're considering moving in please get with him and he will take care of you. He's very personable and attentive to residents needs.

Don't move to this property They don't care about their residents You can get your windows broke stole your tires and they don't care They have camaras but they don't work And corporate office never answer They said they have a garage that it was going to be available on January 10 we paid for the garage then they call us it wasn't going to be available until Friday 13 So now they saying the garage is no available for Friday 13 MAYBE UNTIL 16 and that's not for sure We have squirrels on the ceiling and they never did anything about it we still hear them running at nigh making noises on the wall We have a baby squirrel running on the kitchen And they never send pest control

I want to shout out a maintenance man in particular. Earl is by far the kindest and most approachable maintenance guy. He always comes to my apartment and fixes issues within no time. I really want to let management know that he is OUTSTANDING. Very professional, knowledgeable and organized. He's is definitely one of the reasons I will stay at Asheville. He also speaks whenever we run into each other. GIVE HIM A RAISE and PROMOTION!!!!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE I am a current resident here at Asheville and They have 2 star rating for a reason. Possible the worst apt complex you could ever live in. As a current resident I will not be resigning my lease. Not only is management beyond poor the staff is constantly changing, in my 10 months here at Asheville it has been nothing but stuff of nightmares. My 7mo cannot sleep at any point as our apt constant temperatures is 76-82 degrees(at night and middle of day) no matter what I say Or do no one has came to fix the issue. I call daily now they ignore my requests and emails. My sink fell in while they were here're trying to fix the dishwasher. Which also doesn't work and water spills everywhere anytime you try and use it. There solutions for me ? "Don't use the dishwasher we have someone to come fix it " that was June it's now august . My A/C hasn't worked properly since before June. There solutions? Change the filter it was clogging air flow now I can't get a single response for this issue. I'm told "they'll send someone " my baby is now developing heat rash from constantly sweating and suffering through this heat. Since the A/C fails to cool the unit at all it says on constantly. For a 2 bedroom apt I'm paying 386 dollar light bill. Still they refuse to come fix the issue at all. Replaced the filter 12 times in 3 months but will continue to say it's the filter. My sink fell through the mold. Luckily the maintenance technician was trying to fix the dishwasher when it happened or else they wouldn't have came to fix that either. They also have zero maintenance employees that have knowledge. Or understanding of their job. Mostly all temps that only ever stay here for a couple months. With no ability to actually fix any issue or problem. The units are rundown and the renovation is nothing more than patchwork. Everything is falling apart Careless poorly managed community. I am speaking with the Houston apartment association. They're criminally negligent and I will say again possibly the worst living conditions and community you can come to this is a scam designed to torture you and your family throughout my stay nothing pleasant about this community management or maintenance.

I've been here for 2 years and it's been amazing the workers are so nice of course we have had little problems but nothing big we are all girls that live there and we fell very safe the when getting home late,plus all other people that live there are all so very nice she has to move to a different apartment and some one gave us a basket to carry all are thing.and my 2 dogs love it they love going on walks there and they love the dog park,

Honestly. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. So so sad , i currently am living here so I will do an update once I move out with all of my horror stories. But at this point I'm very very tired of this place (month 7) i don't remember a WEEK this place didn't give me problems. I cannot wait to write the book review I have to give this place once I move out. Do not live here. It is an overpriced roof over your head and they DO NOT care about you. At all. Corinna is the ONLY one I'll give props too. She's very patient and kind and almost always willing to hear and deal with all of my problems I've had so far - very annoying for her to hear from me so much. I also had someone completely different sign me and although she's gone now (Daniele) she was not that great and only gave me the lease to sign and gave me and my problems to other people. LOL this place is a mess and very pathetic. Like I said - can't wait to leave a very specific review about this place in 5 months when I move out!!! Counting down the days !! :D

Great apartments, convenient location, and overall value is hard to find in this area. Our apartment hasn't had any problems since we've moved in and the apartment staff is always friendly if we have any questions regarding monthly utilities such as water. Would recommend to anyone looking to move to Spring Branch area.

I lived at Asheville for two years paid my rent ahead of schedule and received multiple evection notices placed on my front door when management billing software had hiccups, new management informed me that it was not their responsibility for the security of the property after multiple vehicles broken into near gate, constantly informed that management had "no obligation" when it came to customer service needs. I would not recommend living here, check out Graystar's property just up the road for better customer service and comparable rates.

if i could give them 0 star rating i most definitely would!!!!! these are by far the most unprofessional and worse apartments i've ever been at. maintenance is sooooooo trash. the leasing agents are trash! they don't know how to help a resident when having problems with other residents. they just simply try to evict you. the parking sucks!!!!! everything just sucked!! do not come live here if you dont want to be disappointed. im very upset about spending a year here but im so happy to finally move out !

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I am so unhappy in these apartments worst experience by far in any apartments I lived in! Do not move here save your self the hassle and the money! They have gotten way to expensive and you don't even get your money's worth! Mind you I have zero pets and this is my 7th month with FLEAS!!!!!! 7 MONTHS yes it's insane I have had my apartment treated 4 times already and nothing has been solved! I vacuum everyday wash my sheets and blankets every week and 1 always seems to pop up somewhere!!! This is my second year and they don't care to even help us out we have called so many times and no one has been able to help us and they offered to move us but want us to pay the prices they have now! It's insane because we have zero pets and I know for a fact I wasn't the only apartment that has had fleas in this building so no I did not bring them in! These apartments are the worst!!! My kids and I have bites all over our feet it's insane!!! They say they will help you but do NOTHING!!! They have so many rules and dont even abide by them!!! It's insane that I pay $1,260 a month for this! They do not care how much you pay or who you are they will not care after you move in here they just want you to move in and that's the last of good customer service experience you will receive!!! Don't get fooled by them telling you they invested a lot money in improvement when they can't even spend a little of that money to help you out! This is not it, their is MORE the stairs are discussing always trash everywhere poop on the sidewalks! I had a leak in my roof since 2019 and till this day they have not painted over it all they did is spray some white spray over it and never came back to paint! Because they only have the "new paint" since that's all they care about their new remodeling apartments! I have put more than one request for maintenance to come and fix my tub and they have not fixed it! It has been like that for 4 months or more I lost count of time and also mold building on top of the roof of my tub it's insane these apartments are the worst I have so much more to say but I will save if for later because trust me I can write a whole 3 pages over how horrible these apartments are! I pay my rent on time all the time but yet they can't fix the things that need fixing in my apartment or move me to another unit with the same rate ‍ FYI The only good person here that is always super helpful is the mainance guy Alberto he is the best always trying to help!!!!

My experience with the new owners of Asheville has been terrible. They've shown that they don't care about providing even the slightest bit of customer service. Getting a hold of them through a phone is almost rare. Everything is done online (rent renewals, maintenance issues and even asking question via email.) Its a great feature to have but they've used these as an excuse to avoid my calls, sometimes a call is more convenient than waiting for an email reply. Even the emails I've sent have rarely ever gotten replies. The times I've had interactions with the leasing agents, they've given me the wrong information, such as prices on other units (units change price everyday not hour to hour.) They didn't even have the decency to walk me through my rent renewal, they asked me to do it on my own online. There's a lot of remodeling going on and what Asheville should be putting money into is better training in their staff and more security. These apartments have an issue where cars are having their rims and tires stolen. I understand theft happens everywhere and to try and avoid it I tried getting a car garage. Ahmed was horrible in providing me with this service. It took a month to get the garage and when it was given to me it turned out it belonged to someone else. They issued me a new one and sent me on my way. The next day my car was not in the garage. I went to the office to see if they towed my car and I got lucky and they were able to find it. The second garage I was issued belonged to a worker in the apartments and they had it moved to an empty parking spot. After this Ahmed told me that even the company doesn't know what garages are open for availability. If you don't know what's available then don't tell people that there's car garages available for rent. I spoke to the leasing manager, Omar, about my issue and he didn't care in the slightest all he told me was that Asheville is not responsible for any towing fees even if it's their fault that I was issued an occupied car garage. Even getting them to re-program the remote to open the gate is a hassle, over a dozen times I've gone to try and ask them to do it. They've just told me to keep coming back because the maintenance worker In charge of that was busy. I tired asking the maintenance manager, Carlos, if he could update me when he would be available but he was rude and walked away for me. This is no way to treat people, there's very poor communication within the staff and it's causing major problems within this business. My experience might be different from yours but please look into other options before moving to Asheville.

I moved in at the end of November last year. My guest toilet has been an issue ever since. They have cam by and unclogged it I don't know how many times. And oh they don't come right away it takes them about week to come fix whatever problem you have going on. After having the same issue I spoke with Carlos who is the maintenance manager. He's been saying he'll get my toilet replaced for about two weeks now. I lastly spoke with him yesterday and he GUARANTEED me that it would be done by the end of the day. Well not to my surprise it didn't get done!! I call today and Carlos along with all managers will be out until Monday!! Do not move here unless you want to over pay and receive crap service when you need something and on top of it you need to call at least five times if not more before anyone answers the damn phone. I would give them 000000000 stars if

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! Now it is managed by Knightvest Residential. They put residents first in everything they do, very customer - oriented company! I was excited when I signed my 1st long lease and now I feel even MORE excited when I signed my 2nd lease agreement now that I know that this beautiful property is managed very well, managed better! Make sure you come by and check all the amenities they have , community amenities and apartment amenities. I absolutely love the space, huge windows that allow plenty of sunlight, built-in bookshelves, real wood flooring, great appliances, convenience to express ways (Beltway, Hwy 10, Hwy 290). This property is wonderful, after viewing so many other ones, this is the one I fell in love with! Another big plus is the property was just remodeled. I highly recommend this property to families. This is TRUE luxury apartment complex. Many thanks to them!!!! Keep up the great work! I love coming home.
