The delivery men that delivered my furniture from Ashley were friendly and very nice and we're very quick and good at putting the furniture together... They removed all the garbage and took the old furniture away. They did a fantastic job! I went to the Ashley's in Bay plaza and when I came up the escalator I was greeted by Tiana. Tiana made me feel like I was the friend next door she was professional yet made me feel like my purchase matter to her. Tiana did a great job and the managers as well that I spoke to. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and my first experience with Ashley and it will definitely not be my last.

My experience with Ashley's was AMAZING. The quality of the furniture is great, and the prices are fantastic. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store. The workers there are amazing and kind. David helped me purchase a sofa and a mattress. He was super sweet and assisted me throughout my entire visit. I had the best experienced at The Ashely Homestore in Baychester. John Souffront was friendly and extremely knowledgeable with the types of mattresses they have for sale. My mother is extremely picky but John had so much patience and made her feel so comfortable. He even got a pillow for my mom so she was able to lay down and try one of the mattress. The entire staff were friendly and they made sure we were well taken care of! I highly recommend this place.

Delivery was excellent shout out to the driver Joseluis he was very thorough in explaining and professional, the entire process was smooth and I am loving my new mattress. it's definitely worth the amount that I pay for I strongly recommend the getting AshleM58921 mattress.

In the process of moving and need a nee mattress. Wasnt sure what to get, but after trying out the tempurpedics, i made my selection. Sales Rep John Souffront was amazing! Great guy and didnt need to "persuade" me into anything. The mattress spoke for itself. Thank you so much John!

BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!! SALESPERSON ANGEL MORA LIED ABOUT CREDIT CARD PROMOTION TO MAKE A SALE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was sold a couch by Angel Mora in June 2023. I opened an Ashley furniture credit card and Angel repeatedly told me that the card was 2 years interest free, and I felt that 2 years to pay a $2000 couch was doable. I felt rushed to sign the pages and pages of paperwork and asked him one last time about the interest and he looked at me and firmly said yes, no interest, 2 years. I have since then paid off around half of the price of the couch. A couple of weeks ago, I received a $600 interest charge on my account because Angel lied. The promotion was only one year long, and there was a deferred interest charge on the SALE, not my balance. So everything I have been paying is pretty much erased because he wanted to make his sale. On top of that, the couch SUCKS. I live in a 2 person household and we are rarely home to sit on the couch for extended periods of time. There is extreme pilling on the cushions and they look way older than 1 year old. I have the 5 year worry free protection plan, but of course it doesn't cover wear of the cushions. I have called the store on a number of occasions to speak to a manager, but I am met on the phone by people who tell me "they don't know when the manager is coming in". Save yourself the stress and avoid this store, and all Ashley Furniture stores in the future.

I ordered TWO bedroom sets. The first one - the 5-drawer test was broken. They couldn't replace the item because it's been discontinued. Next is the Master Bedroom, the 5-drawer chest had to go back because it was broken, along with TWO nightstands. The mirror to my dresser was the WRONG MIRROR. Now I'm waiting on all those items. As far as the discontinued item goes, I ordered another piece from that specific bedroom collection and it will be delivered in two weeks. WHY DO I GET A FEELING IN MY GUT that EVERYTHING I replaced will be broken again. I should have gone to Raymour and Flanagan. BTW, the customer service is very nice. I have no issues with anyone at the store. I just think that with all the bad reviews you guys get, that you would make sure that stuff like this doesn't happen.

So i ordered a rust-haven SIX DRAWER bed frame along with a chest to match in the beginning of February. Hufsa ( keep that name in mind ), sold me this furniture under Vanessa ( the agent i originally wanted but was out ) name. I left with no delivery date , no contact info for this agent nothing at all. It is now mid February and I haven't received any updates via email or phone call. So i decide to call them and NOW they tell me February 25th i will review A INCOMPLETE BED FRAME BECAUSE OF TWO DRAWERS. It is March 13th and I have been sleeping on the floor for almost a month now. I bought a $100 foam topper for my mattress to sleep comfortably. Hufsa has been horrible and I've called numerous times asking for some sort of update or compensation and every time I've been told " we will get back to you ". Bottom line is : AVOID ASHLEYS FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS!! Horrible customer service , filled a complain with BBB & i will continue to call them every single day for an update.

This store is the worst The furniture doesn't last You put warranty when you need service they tell you it's not under the warranty. I bought a small dinning room table the screws came apart. It had scratches on the table and they came and colored it in with a marker Can you imagine that. Horrible Living room set the seam is coming out I was denied repairs, it's not under the warranty Then what is I hate Ashley's Furniture Don't spend a dime in that place big mistake I made Extremely disgusted beyond disappointed!!!

My daughter an I went to Ashley's home store to purchase a recliner for my birthday gift. We finally settled on a recliner rocker for me. I just love it. The representative Christian was great even though I knew what I wanted he was great to work with. The delivery was right on time on delivery day. When the guys delivered the recliner while they were there they called the store. The gentleman I spoke to asked me questions about my delivery an about the recliner. And if everything was OK. What a nice way to do business. Will definitely shop there again.

I ordered $7200 of furniture from Ashley and these are the results of my making the biggest mistake ordering from them and how the installers they use destroyed my furniture and my home. 1. The 2 chairs have holes 2. the loveseat has scuffs from being dragged as well as holes on the back plus the headrests do not work 3. the bench has a scuff that looks like wasn't painted properly. 4. all the bedroom furniture looks like it was dirty I think as all the creases have this black grim when the color is silver-grey, of course pending for them to come and look at it. it is acceptable but not at full price which is for new as I know this is discontinued. 5. The installers damaged my bedroom ceiling in a few places, the minimum repair cost is $300 daily for the handyman 6. the installers scratched up my brand new 20k floor in a few areas, I have to call the flooring installers as they will need to replace about 8+ floor pieces, each box has 4 pcs and costs $55.26 per box plus whatever the labor will be which I am sure a couple hundred so guessing about $8-1000 in damages to the home. I haven't got any answers from Ashley as of yet but I made sure to tell the drivers/installers when they got here before entering my home, that they need to be careful not to scratch the floor or the entry door, of course, he assured me it wouldn't be an issue. This is the worst nightmare ever but glad both financing is done thru the same bank so they can see what I paid for the flooring

After a year of Covid and sitting more than usual on our couch it was time for a new one. 3 children can really take a toll on leather. We decided to take a trip to this Ashley home store. We arrived around 5 p.m and departured around 6:30. We were greeted nicely and assisted instantly. Kiana had the best personality for the job. She was amazing and patient. She provided us with knowledge on the many types of leather and different styles of couches. Because of her, we had a remarkable experience. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to wait almost two months to receive the couch. It was delivered this morning and exactly what we expected. Ashley furniture needs more employees like Kiana.

Poor customer service. I purchased a dining room set and was under the impression that the price included the warranty. I contacted customer service because one of the chairs tore and was informed that I did not have a warranty. I was informed that the store had a 12 month warranty and it was 12 days after the 12 month warranty expired and I was denied further assistance. I have two bed room sets and living room furniture from Ashley and have always purchased the warranty and I was still denied assistance. I will never purchase anything from Ashley ever again. They have lost a customer. I wish I could give zero stars.

I purchased Tempur-Pedic Adjustable Bed from them. I chose the bed I wanted and told them the bed I wanted when in reality they sent me the wrong bed and said that's what I wanted. I did not think they were that absent minded to not confirm that I wanted the third bed I was shown and to cover their error the blame me by saying that's what I signed for. I was never informed of the model each adjustable bast was only of the quality of the mattress. The purpose of the purchase was to accommodate my needs after a surgery I had to have. I requested an exchange for the one I wanted which now I know was an enhanced or smart base and was told no refund or exchange. The thought that they are willing to lose thousand dollars extra just to save face is amazing. I will never purchase from Ashley Furniture if they are the last furniture store on the planet.

If I could give this location a negative-0 I would, they are so inconsiderate with peoples time lack of professionalism thee worse customer service experience I've ever had. My order was placed back in August and today December 2,2020 is the date I hadn't received my order I understand COVID-19 but to add on the mistakes they kept doing to my order to just keep getting it pushed back is out of this world. I would most definitely take this to other platforms or reviews and email Human Resources because the lack of everything it's mind blowing, I work in the customer service departments and I know fist hand base from A-Z all the mistakes they did, I would strongly recommend this store to be under evacuation by headquarters and send everyone back to training, they are making the brand Ashley Home store look horrible. Please DO NOT VISIT this location try another location even if it's at a distance because I promise you this one isn't worth it. .. and one last this they try to cancel my progressive approval so I would have to do that process all over again.

UPDATE. The store has not helped me one bit. Do not buy anything from here. I repeat, do not buy a single item from this store as you will get home and find 100 issues with your item. Then when you try and get your money back they are going to ignore all of your calls, send you through loops for a year, and then tell you it's too late to return the item. Well I made a negative review Couple weeks back and still have they uey to resolve said issue, still haven't fixed my broken furniture they continue to charge me full price for furniture I can't use Because it's broken ect.. please don't buy furniture from Ashley, they don't even have the courtesy to make a price adjustment or nothing. Horrible experience, but will be contact bbb and lawyer, ps all this has been since day one ....!!!!!! Be wary

I am completely disgusted with this company. I purchased a sectional from a location in The Bronx and I was super excited because it's so beautiful. The sofa part of the sectional was damaged and the delivery person advised so they sent it back to the warehouse while I still kept the luv seat and wedge. The delivery person placed the wedge and luv seat where we would like (against the wall) but unfortunately as they were headed back to do other deliveries we noticed the wedge was broken as well. The luv seat is torn as well. We reached out to Corporate office in the Bronx and the store and they said my only option is to have someone come to repair it because it was already placed in our home. There is no way for this wedge to be fixed. February 15th 2021 I received my delivery. February 16th 2021 the sofa was returned as a full refund. I did not ask for a refund I just wanted it to be exchanged for a power reclining sofa but they took upon their selves to fully refund it with no anticipation to send a new one. Ashley furniture Corporate advised it will take 7-10 business days to receive the full refund for the sofa. Still have yet to receive the full refund as it already has been 7-10 business days that has passed. Every time I reach out to Corporate not only is the person really angry and possibly hate their job, they also give me no solution to the problem. Their suggestion is to go to the store where I purchased the sectional. Basically I have to go to the store to find out where my refund is. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Professional and made purchase quick and easy, even found a discount they could apply to reduce sale price. Huge selection of furniture at amazing prices. Delivery was also fast and delivery crew was very friendly and handled my furniture with care, and also set it up to my liking. Please see my previous review- the headache with this company sadly continues. After I spent over 5k on furniture that was not received until 2 months later in addition to frequent issues around delivery- upon adding the extension on my dining table I noticed it was damaged. I sent the attached email to customer care as instructed by a phone rep in November- still no response. Horrible customer service- run away. Do not do business with this company- it's not worth the headache.

My mother and I went to this furniture store with the entent to make a large purchase on. As my mother (who is elderly) and I were walking around looking for what we wanted. I explained to the employee My mother is elderly and does not care for people to follow her due to her taking her time because she moves to little slower. The employees then haves a seat . A few minutes later I came up to her politely and mannerably to ask for plastic to use to test out beds. As this is the store policy to test out furniture. The young lady turns around with a smirk on her face and says " oh now you need me?" I informed her your response and your actions are very unprofessional as we only asked a question politely. I came to this store because I moved into my new apartment and needed the entire thing furnished. Upon arriving I was greeted by Justin Riccio whom then proceeded to offer me options for the color way I was aiming for. He, along with Jeannette Sena, were both tremendous help ! They were professional, friendly and humorous as well as extremely patient with me. Within an hour I was able to pick out my furniture quickly and efficiently and not once did I have to double think about any of my choices while there. The smoothest process ever! Make sure to ask for them both as they made my shopping satisfactory. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO THERE. Worst customer service ever. We have been over charged for all items purchased at the store during the Memorial Day sale weekend. I have contacted the store directly to request a price adjustment via price matching, but have not heard back from them yet. This is my first experience shopping with Ashley Homestore and it's been very disappointing. We were told my Patrick that higher management would give us a call but it has been over a week. And we still have not hear anything from them. In terms of delivery appointment, it was conducted very unprofessionally. The delivery men did not take care of the furnitures when transporting them from their truck to my living room and have even damaged walls within my house. As a result, we had damaged scuffed up sofas and damaged walls. When I told them I wanted the sofas returned because of the damages, they refused to accept the sofas. I had called customer service and had them on speaker so they can speak with the delivery men directly. The delivery men still refused to comply with customer service agent. We were forced to stay with the sofas against our will. This was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Terrible.

They have ignored me for the last 2-3 months and this is a entire USA issue as they are doing this to all there customers, just google them, there are millions of people exposing them, getting damaged goods and they refuse to refund any portion. Ashley did give me an unauthorized refund of $350 which I have a recording as I refused it as it was too low. I have 2 power chairs damaged/patched, 1 love seat damaged/patched, 1 dresser draw they tried to replace 3 times which all arrived damaged, 2 siderails which I mentioned were peeling one side and cracked the other side which was ignored and all the furniture has that black grime in the corners or creases which was sealed and this will never changed the furniture from used to new and I am not paying full price for used garbage. I also informed them while they were jerking me around that once my kitchen cabinets show up, I can't get the furniture out of the apartment so I am stuck with it and need a reasonable refund offered of 30-50% off per standard used furniture market down prices but they choose too ignore me and are more worried about what I post on the internet, YouTube, social media as I am a blogger and expose bad companies not only for myself but for others as well. Every conversation has been recording so I can prove any lies they choose to tell. I have also showed many people the images of the dirty furniture(facebook, youtube, contractors in my home) and all determined this is not old world patina but dirty grime from like showroom furniture or furniture sitting unprotected in a warehouse. They are giving you a bunch of lies and I have it all recorded as I recorded every conversation. I was the one who was present and signed for the furniture. I told the delivery people who put it together how to put the furniture after it was assembled and they refused stating it was too heavy in which later I found they refused to move it as they used the furniture to hide the damaged they did. I called Ashley the very same day it was delivered and reported the damaged to my home and to the furniture. The staff was super helpful especially Priscilla who gave us all the details and price information we needed. She was super professional, patient and very helpful. However, our couch was supposed to be delivered today. Took the day off from work, wasted personal time off and all and they never showed up. No call, text or email to say the delivery wasn't happening today. The store was professional however the delivery portion is proving to be a different story so far.

The worst furniture store ever. Had to return a dinette set that ended being damage. Had insurance on table and 6 chairs. I was told to go to the store pick out something else. Did that table that came with 4 chairs and I had to pay for 2 more. Well last Saturday they delivered the set only 4 chairs did not take the set. Now they came this Saturday before 7am and again only 4 chairs this time and received the set . I called and no one can help me they told me to go to the store for their mistake I have to go to the store. Now to the credit for the first table was not on my invoice Ashley credit card, they are charging me for a table and 6 chairs which I am not supposed to be charge. When I went to the store the manager helped me but he was more interested in a sales girl then helping me. I can go on and on about the horrible experience I had with Ashley and it is still not resolved. So today back down there cause no one can help me on the phone. Why do they have customer service. People do not shop at Ashley. BTW Bronx Store Lets see what is going to happen today when I try to call the store oh and you have to wait at least 30 minutes to speak to someone. Horrible the worst. SO MANY OTHER FURNITURES OUT THERE SO CHECK AROUND BEFORE YOU GO TO ASHLEY HOMESTORE

Ashley home store in Bay Plaza has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER CARE I bought a bedroom set and a Desk for my son on Aug.12 2021on Oct. 2 my sales person called and set up a delivery date for the Oct.9th 2021. On the 9th I called Customer care to only find out the "RL" did not schedule the delivery for the 9th, After talking to 4 ladies and 2 hang up's a Gentleman name Kareem fix it be delivered on the 13th at 9am. The delivery driver called ask if I paid the walkup fee I told him I did, he asked me how much I told him it was no of his business, he said " we will see" I call customer care right away to find out what was going on? the lady told me the walk up fee was paid and stated the there dispatcher would call and verify with the driver. When the delivery driver got to the apartment They asked my son to come down, when he went down they demanded that he Zelle them $80 or they would not deliver the furniture so after STRONG ARMING MY SON FOR $80 they took furniture up and set while installing the desk there was only half the desk, my son asked where the other half was and the told him that's what he bought my son showed them the catalog on the store web site that showed the other half. The Ashley at Bay plaza Are rude to there customers after you buy your furniture, they have hung up on you and never return calls or e-mails. I was promised that management would call me and never a call back. Shop at LIVING SPACES Because Ashley Home store has SHITTY customer service.

TERRIBLE!!! I recently placed an order online and then decided to cancel my order so I can purchase something else from them ( an upgraded item ). Ex. Placed order 11pm at night next day Monday morning 9am called to cancel and re-order something different, spoke to representative by the name of Brenda, she reassured me that she cancelled order and refund will be given. Three days later, no refund and the item still was delivered. I called again, spoke to another rep, who apologized, seen notes in system but somehow they messed up on their part. She then told me I will be given a refund, item will be picked up and a manager will contact me. Well... that was TWO weeks ago. Manager NEVER contacted me, refund not issued and item not picked up. I called and called over and over, sent online chat requests, like tried several different ways trying to reach this company and NOTHING. I am very disappointed with their service and lack of care especially during this very stressful time. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again and will NEVER recommend them!!!! Service is a complete DISASTER!!! Avoid this place, it's not worth it ! You'll have nightmares!

Last August I purchased a power lift recliner chair from Ashley Furniture Home Store, At the beginning of May this year the chair stopped working stuck in mid air. I contacted their customer service spoke to several representatives and followed all their instructions. I was assured parts were being ordered and on their way. After waiting six weeks with no parts being sent, no communication on Ashley Furniture part, I was informed that the part needed had to be sent from Vietnam. The fact that this very expensive chair motor died within Nine Months of purchase leads me to believe that the chair was defective and not the Ashley Showroom quality. It is now going into the second month without the use of the chair purchased for my husband who needs it because he had a stroke. After speaking with Reps and decisions made by managers nothing has been done. Do not believe any promise they make you, they are not true. I really want this chair replaced. I wish Ashley Furniture had a customer service dept. that considered the customer after the purchase.

if i could give -0 stars i would. i strongly recommend please do not come to this store. they are inconsiderate. they lie to you. and they do not give a crap about your money or how hard you work for that money. they will lie to you and you will suffer from their mistakes. i am trying to save all of you from this headache of a disastrous place. stay away and find yourself a much better reliable furniture store. horrible service horrible horrible service.

so i went to the baychester location and ordered a bedroom set. in the process of ordering i made the two sales reps aware that i was just moving into my new place. explained that we went to other places and they could not give us any delivery days for the time we needed. they two representatives continued to help and agreed that there would be no problems. i informed the sales rep that we must have and coi placed in order to get any furniture in the building. the coi is building insurance just in case anything is damaged they would have to pay. so a couple days before my delivery day i reecive a message stating my items will be delivered but i had yet to receive the confirmation from the building stating they approved the order. so i started calling the rep she refused to answer any of my calls and began to text me. i asked her if any information was followed up she said yes of course everything is looking good and being processed i said ok dont forget we cannot do a delivery without any coi. she again told me everything should be approved dont worry. the next day i contact my management and they tell me they didnt receive any information from ashleys homestore. long story short i get in contact with ashley homestore and they tell me a coi was never placed by the sales rep. wow ok how do we go about fixing this, i spoke to a very nice manager who helped me out and promised to have the coi approved. as im on the phone with management the delivery people are outside my building with a delivery. then we finally get a new day for delivery and coi gets approved after i had to come down to the store and speak to them in person. so my delivery day comes and not only was the delivery late after spending 2400 cash i didnt receive my full bed set. i received my dressers and mirror but where is my bed all they brang me was just a mattress and a metal bottom . it took hrs trying to contact someone. after all this i get in contact with the store manager to try to figure out where my pieces are, i was told that they will contact customer service to see when i can get my bed. im so hurt and upset i slept on my floor for almost three weeks and my order still isnt complete. this sales person isnt someone who should be representing your company. not one time did she make me feel like she was helpful. thanks for nothing. no i wont give them another try.
