They have ignored me for the last 2-3 months and this is a entire USA issue as they are doing this to all there customers, just google them, there are millions of people exposing them, getting damaged goods and they refuse to refund any portion. Ashley did give me an unauthorized refund of $350 which I have a recording as I refused it as it was too low. I have 2 power chairs damaged/patched, 1 love seat damaged/patched, 1 dresser draw they tried to replace 3 times which all arrived damaged, 2 siderails which I mentioned were peeling one side and cracked the other side which was ignored and all the furniture has that black grime in the corners or creases which was sealed and this will never changed the furniture from used to new and I am not paying full price for used garbage. I also informed them while they were jerking me around that once my kitchen cabinets show up, I can't get the furniture out of the apartment so I am stuck with it and need a reasonable refund offered of 30-50% off per standard used furniture market down prices but they choose too ignore me and are more worried about what I post on the internet, YouTube, social media as I am a blogger and expose bad companies not only for myself but for others as well. Every conversation has been recording so I can prove any lies they choose to tell. I have also showed many people the images of the dirty furniture(facebook, youtube, contractors in my home) and all determined this is not old world patina but dirty grime from like showroom furniture or furniture sitting unprotected in a warehouse.
They are giving you a bunch of lies and I have it all recorded as I recorded every conversation. I was the one who was present and signed for the furniture. I told the delivery people who put it together how to put the furniture after it was assembled and they refused stating it was too heavy in which later I found they refused to move it as they used the furniture to hide the damaged they did. I called Ashley the very same day it was delivered and reported the damaged to my home and to the furniture.
I never fixed the furniture, they sent J&N furniture services of Selden NY to do it.

Here is the Ashley customer complaints group where BRIAN Ashley has been trying to help me but there are tons of complaints. Ashley Home Store is more concern about me posting and speaking with Brian from this group than correcting my issues. I have a recording where Cornelius makes such a statement.

and no, the bedroom furniture isn't a design it is dirty and here is proof, look at the black they call design in the attached images, you can clearly see it is dirty and not a design as confirmed by many people who have seen the images, it is dirty grim from sitting showroom furniture not old world patina as they shipped me showroom furniture, I currently have 2 chairs and a loveseat that yes they said they would replace and never did just ignored me, see attached the last phone conversation I had with Cornelius where he stated he had the loveseat but refused to replace it until the 2 chairs came in which was November 10th which came and went and no phone calls, just ignoring me like the rest of the complaints around the world against Ashley home stores and now lying claiming I fixed furniture when they hired J&Nfurniture repairs to do it, glad I have recordings of every conversation.
