I have bought many things from Ashley Furniture in Bryant. But my best experience there, EVER, was the other day when I met Angel and she helped me find a kitchen table for my son's new house. The way she greeted me was fantastic! And she just treated me like we had been friends for years. She knew the store and the inventory, which kept me from having to walk all of those acres looking for something that might not be there. And when we found one I liked she quickly checked to see if there was a sale price she could activate on it - and there was! I don't know how she did it so differently than the other times people there have helped me, but she made me feel like I was in and out but at the same time not rushed. She must be good because they had her training a new guy. She was so good at her job, so accomodating and friendly, that she made me want to buy the protection plan and even look around for more furniture I might need! She was just such a pleasure to work with! And I want everyone to go buy something from Angel so she'll still be there when I need something else!

New Update: Angel was great to work with. We're starting the process of transforming a space into a movie room, and this reclining double chair was the perfect color and comfort, with quality leather, a lighter color, and built in massager, it's a relaxation game changer! Old review: This rectangular shaped coffee table works well with my sofa and lightens the room. However, these laminate veneers they are putting on furniture these days do not hold up to normal daily use with easy scratches and the color on the edges wearing out so easy. Nothing is made to last anymore.

Here’s my message to them: Good morning Wali! Just wanted to let you know that the pillows are perfect now….we have been sleeping sooooo good and feeling well rested! Thank you so much for everything….. Now I need to know what type Good morning Wali…we have been sleeping so good since we’ve made an investment by purchasing our bed!!! We wake up well rested now and have more energy the day! Thank you for leading us in the right direction in our purchase! @Tim Wali is the best salesperson we’ve had. Even though it took us 4 years to purchase our bed. She never gave up on us and would check in through out the years and update date us on if you all had holiday specials during a particular time. I went to purchase some furniture at Ashley’s Furniture and when I say I had a great experience I did. I walked in was greeted by Ms. Angel and she made the whole process so easy for me and made me feel really comfortable. I bought a bed and a couch. I saw a couch online that I loved and found it in store for higher price and they honored the online price Which was cheaper. He took a very frustrating situation and helped to defuse it and resolve it. He helped orchestrate the picking up and refunding of our damaged table and chair set. If I could give negative stars, I would. As a Hispanic new to AR, this store is extremely racist. I've shopped at Ashley's before in Dallas, TX and I've never felt so uncomfortable at a store where my family and I are shopping for furniture while being watched like a hawk! Overpriced items as well, if you price match their furniture/items you WILL find it cost efficient that will also save you the trip and the gas wasted to this store.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in and immediately was asked what are you looking for, told him, he said we don't have those and no one makes them but let's look. I told him it's on your website and is your house brand. Continues to argue with me and and tries to wait on people coming in behind us. One of the rudest salespeople I've ever had and will continue to tell everyone not to waste their time. I've heard all the terrible stories everyone in Little Rock tells, and now I've experienced it. Go anywhere but here.

Will lie to make more money. Bad quality furniture. Be careful do not over pay. Check prices with other businesses. In a pandemic sales manager Sissy waited on customers.. me included without wearing a mask. She had one but didn't wear it even though they have signs up telling customers to wear them to protect their employees and the community. They do not resolve issues after saying they will. They make it impossible. Kevin in warranty deserves credit for trying to do good customer service. They just tie his hands and make it hard on him.

I found out that Ashley's in Bryant, AR will put their sales before their employees and their families. Even when given ample notice they refused to allow an employee to attend an immediate family members wedding. The employee only asked to leave a few hours early, they didn't even ask for the whole day off. I have purchased all of our furniture from them for years but I will never buy a stitch from them again and will tell everyone I know the same thing. BOYCOTT ASHLEYS.

My son ordered from Ashley's a couple of years ago with no problems. I ordered from Ashley's during the pandemic. Got a lot of back and forth on delivery dates, lots of confusion, and lots of personal deadlines before finally learning that one of the warehouses had been completely shut down due to the pandemic. Nothing you can do about that but better communication would've allowed me to have an entirely different understanding about my situation. Eventually everything was worked out. The store manager made sure we were taken care of. Today I even got a thank you note and text from my sales lady who was super sweet and the customer service/experience manager. I'd advise anyone shopping anywhere to ask about the availability of furniture and if there are any known factors that will disrupt the likelihood of the estimated delivery time. Find out where your furniture is coming from exactly. This will help you set expectations. At this particular Ashley's, if you run into issues, go straight to store management because I think they are in a position to explain things better and resolve your issues.

I've bought most of my furniture from this store but would never recommend that anyone buy a mattress here. I bought a mattress a month later it was sinking in. I was told that I had to prove it by placin a ruler across the bed. When I did that, they didn't think it was bad. It's AWFUL!!!!!!

Spent $8500 on a bed that we were expecting to be wonderful. The adjustable base has been crap from day one and we are having an impossible time getting it replaced. The extended warranty we paid for means NOTHING. Do not ever recommend buying it. It is sold to you with broken promises. I will change this review if they ever make it right. But for now I am just getting the run around. Feel very haggled and taken advantage of. I paid TOP dollar and we are getting 2nd rate service. UPDATE......DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! You are sold on the lines of if something goes wrong they don't ask questions, they just replace it...LIES!!!! My adjustable bed frame was only a month old and I am having to go through manufacture warranty and site visits, and red tape. They are just praying I stop asking. I will never do this again.

I would have given them five stars, but the delivery dates are crazy slow. I do realize this is outside of the hands of the local store. This is my second experience shopping at Ashley's Furniture store in Bryant. My most recent experience has been excellent. My store sales representative was Alan Davis. Alan was responsive, very helpful, and courteous. I explained my situation and told him I would return on a day, but called and told him I would not make it back until the next week. He had written my order information and I was in and out in around 30 minutes. He explained that delivery on some items could take up to 14 weeks, but when a delivery date was known he would let me know. I text him for an up date and he replied as soon as he returned to work. As promised he kept me posted. Finally, my delivery date was set for today at 11:45 they arrived a bit early and had attempted to notify me and I did not answer. I will be requesting truck number four for all my deliveries from Ashley's. Marcus and Daniel were the best. I was attempting to move furniture so they could enter easily and Daniel moved and replaced all furniture as I was taking care of paperwork. They were respectful, prompt arriving, respectful of my property and courteous. My first experience was an effective transaction. I was told of the delay in the furniture arriving but I did not hear from the sales representative and the only contact from anyone was from the delivery saying my order was on the way. It took as long as projected. I am just moving and will need several more pieces so I will be visiting Ashley's Furniture again. I hope to see Alan, Marcus, and Daniel again.

Buyer be aware. Made a big mistake buying it from the store. The price is not matching online, I am allowed to use the 20% coupon only if I pay for the original price, (not the listed discounted price). They don't have the model in the store. Ordered a side table, doesnt look like what shows in the picture online at all. Return or exchange with a more expensive item costs 20% restocking fee. Turns out, they have an ashley store online on Amazon. The price is much cheaper than in the store. Of course, the store is franchised. The sale people and the store manager need commission. I ended up ordered an extra one online without returning my original "look alike item showed online" and still cheaper than returning it and get one in the store...

I went in to view a full home setup anywhere from my five bedrooms to the kitchen and my office and I was first greeted by a Kenneth or as he said Kenny and he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about all of there products. He did inform me there was a back order on a few items but that wasn't going to be a issue and that he could help me which ever way he could. I viewed a lot of items and liked them all so I couldn't decide at that moment on what to get but the customer service was spectacular! I'll definitely be back to unload my bank account and take off with what I can! Thank you Kenny you were a great help!

First, as soon as you walk in the door a desperate salesperson will be up in your face. You wont even be able to take a breath before getting haggled. Some items on display will be priced separately but forced to be sold together. You will have to wait weeks for many items to come in. Then you'll be lucky if something isn't damaged. If something needs return, or even exchange, you'll pay a hefty 20% restocking fee. There is absolutely 0% customer concern or empathy. Maybe you make a mistake in your order, something doesn't fit or work with your house like you thought. You are screwed and AF couldn't care less. Expect to be met with either insincere politeness or insecure defensiveness (or both) in just about every conversation with most employees. Theres a very thin layer covering up a hostile environment.

My experience was great. Dennis our salesperson was not aggressive. He was very helpful and the place offer free refreshments while you shop. Some of the prices may be high but you get what you pay for. Some of the other places charge a lot for crap furniture but at least here I feel money well spent.

Worst customer service ever!!! My daughter bought a couch in March we were told 7 to 10 weeks for delivery, which we understood. But now it's been 16 weeks we called our sales rep Mark he was supposed to check on it and guess what never heard from him, this has happened twice now. They have no problem taking your money and not caring about you after.

The freaking thing doesn't even fit together and the store manager or whatever he refuses to make it right (without it costing us more money of course)! DO NOT SHOP THERE! There more I talk to people about them the more I hear the same complaints about them.

Buyer beware! Unlike another poster, I had a completely different shopping experience. I needed several things for staging properties so I was from one corner of the store to another. None of the eight employees I encountered wore masks. Two had them around their necks and the remainder had none! Upon calling the manager after leaving, he seemed unconcerned and dismissive, AND confused about what the business mandate is . Although signage requests/specifies masks for customers 'to protect staff', there seems to be less concern about protect shoppers! Make that NO concern.

Beware the finance department! They will con you into paying triple the amount for your purchase. They will withhold information and refuse to put promises or agreements in writing. When you make a payment they will up the amount to a number that males no sense and is more then agreed. The furniture selection is decent if ur not to picky, but I suggest you outright purchase your product and DONT FINANCE.

Purchased bar stools in December with an expected delivery of March, 2021(Which was already a little far out but with COVID, we bit the bullet). Called in March, no stools. But they thought It may only be a couple of weeks more. Mid-March, called and still no stools. And now the expected delivery is between May 20 and June 14. This is horrible customer service.

Prices were OK and selection was nice. Salesman have been knowledgeable and helpful. But delivery department...... miserable failures!!!!!! Lets start with the guy that calls to schedule the delivery... He needs a lesson in communicating courteously with customers. Hateful from the start and clearly not happy with his job. Then, delivery was scheduled for a Saturday between 12:00 and 2:00 a week in advance. I took off work and waited, no one showed. At 2:30 I called to find out the status, was told they would be there within a hour. At 4pm I called back with no answer multiple times. I called the store sales manager who simply said he would try to contact them but the department was closed. The furniture was finally delivered at 8:30 at night without receiving a single call back. I understand setbacks and delays happen, but not returning someone's call or letting them know when you won't meet a scheduled appointment is a CHOICE. Get your shit together Ashleys!!!!

I drove 70 miles to get there and when I walked in 2 girls were sitting behind the counter. I explained I was looking for a recliner for a friend who's going through chemo and I didn't have a lot of money but wanted one comfortable. One girl started telling me I needed an adjustable bed so my friend could set up. I said again I wanted a recliner. She said "there's some over there and some down stairs" After I walked around for awhile she asked if I wanted her to get someone to help me. I was already aggravated so I said I would just look myself. I went down stairs and was followed by the other girl talking in On her phone . I went to the restroom and came out and she was still there waiting for me. She followed me until I got to the front and a real nice gentleman named Alan offered to help. I explained what happened then left. I went down the street and bought her a recliner. I will never be back and neither will my family.

The saleswoman that helped us went above & beyond her job! She was not too pushy,and very helpful. However,we looked elsewhere,because to wait 3 weeks for delivery is ridiculous. Not to mention their prices were a little high. They use to have great deals. We went online,and found better prices. Also,we went to Hanks,and they deliver the next day! I think Ashely's would make a lot more money if delivery wasn't so far out,and they had better price ranges. I think the "Market Place" area is a scheme. Our experience was good,but I wouldn't give them my business based on the facts I listed above.

My experience was HORRIBLE! The customers service sucks and the managers are just as bad. I spent over $2500 in the store paying cash the next day I called them back because I went somewhere else and saw the exact same bedroom suit. I called to see if they offer price adjustments or price match. They told me not on the that had already been purchase. Then I asked to speak with a manager instead of her calling me they responded through text message with a lot of bs and did not do any adjustments. I will never spend another dollar with them ever.

So... over priced and pretentious sales people. They have NOTHING in stock. The sales and 30% off, nope that isn't on anything you want. 6 weeks later and ypu have to put up with Kevin, in the delivery department who is a jerk and an ass when you try to fund out when your furniture that you spent $3000 on will be there. I spent the extra money to have it delivered the 2 miles. I don't need to feel like I put you out. If I spent this much money anywhere else they would be kissing my ass, not here. You buy anything, you are treated like an asshole.

I ordered a dresser, mirror and 2 nightstands on-line from Ashley Furniture.com. I had to have them delivered ($75.00 - no option. Not a bad price, but still, no option.). When the delivery team came to deliver them, they were not able to mount the mirror to the dresser. They ended up drilling approximately 6 additional holes in the mounting brackets, and still could not get the holes to line up correctly. (No measurements, just eye-balling) In the process, they ended up damaging the dresser. (Due partially in my opinion, to the poor quality of the furniture.) Since the dresser was now damaged, the mirror could not be properly mounted and I was not satisfied with the quality of the furniture, I decided I did not want the furniture. After speaking to someone in their customer service department who told me it was OK not to accept the furniture, they loaded up the furniture and left, After several minutes had passed, I received another call from Ashley customer service. A different person this time told me that if I still wanted to "return" the furniture (which I already had not accepted), that there would be a 20% restocking charge. I told him that I was looking at the return information on my computer, and that there was no mention of a re-stocking charge. He told me that it was up to each individual store how to handle it. After getting off the phone with him, I called the Ashley.com people, (a number by-the-way that was not easy to come by) and explained the situation to him. He told me that since I had gotten the furniture from the store, that I had to take it up with them. I explained (again) that I had made my purchase on-line. He responded that since I had the furniture delivered (again, not an option) that it was considered a store purchase. NICE SHELL GAME! Since the original charge for the purchase was over $1,500.00, I either had to accept a $300.00 charge and get NOTHING, or I had to allow them to deliver replacement furniture that I had already decided that I did not want. NICE CHOICE! They may have won this one, but you can bet I will never give them an opportunity to win another. (Kind of makes you wonder if they really won at all.) WARNING! - WARNING! - WARNING! - WARNING! - WARNING!

I made my first and last purchase from Ashley Home Store on Monday, October 17, 2016 at approximately 7pm. At midnight, there was on online coupon published on their website that advertised 15% off total purchase. I called my sales person and asked her to please honor the 15% discount since it was published only about 5 hours after my purchase. She told me she couldn't but would ask a store manager. I had to call her back to find out what the manager said and she told me that he said no. I asked why b/c I've not known a reputable store to not refund the difference if was during a specified time period. She stated that her manager told her that "they don't usually do that." So I asked if they would in this circumstance and was told that they would not. I was frustrated and didn't pursue it again, although I should have. By the next Monday, October 24th, I realized that I still had not heard from them about the delivery for which I had paid an additional $75. I called and was not even on the schedule. I asked what would have happened had I not called and was just given a generic answer that they would have called me sometime. This answer was not satisfactory in the least. When it was delivered, a piece was missing. The delivery gentleman was very nice about it and offered to go back to the warehouse and get it but that was not necessary. He did bring it the next evening. I am disappointed in the customer service I received from Ashley HomeStore by not adjusting my total when I had only purchased the items 5 hours prior to the coupon being published. I do not consider this business to be customer friendly and would caution anyone from purchasing from a store that will not better accommodate its customers.

TERRIBLE customer service! So everything seemed great when we bought 2 yard tables, 2 chairs and a fire pit from here. But as soon as we started unwrapping everything we started to notice we didn't quite get what we paid for.... 1st our umbrella stand was broken almost in half. 2nd one of the seat cushions was mismatched to the rest on one of the tables.. 3rd our umbrella broke after the third time using it (no storms). When I went back to see if they would fix the seat cushion and umbrella stand I was walked around the back warehouse to look for it and spent about an hour and a half there, until I finally said I have to go. I also showed them a picture of the umbrella stand to which they said sorry, we can't do anything for you unless you want to pay $70! To which I said heck no! It was already broken! I eventually twisted their arm enough to give it to me (since we already paid for it!)! Darrel the manager was polite however did not solve all the issues I had with their furniture.

We purchased in the past from Ashley Furniture and I should have stopped right there!!!! I should have never bothered going back, because this time was full of BULL! This purchased was a Bedroom Set (that was advertised) we also got qn sz mattress and a shag rug with the matting, spending about $1500. We asked for a discount since we were military, previous customers and buying a lot. We were told they couldn't do much because the rug was coming from another vendor, but the Mgr Mr. Er! said yes on the rug, $100.00 off. We placed the order, was told 3wks because of the great sale, and coming from another vendor on the rug. I held my breathe, because here it comes, the items came early. BUT the rug was damaged to the core! It was DIRTY looking grey and black ALL AROUND THE EDGES, 5X7 shag rug; what we ordered was a Method White........The delivery guy immediately caught it! He at once called it in. Ms. Ss! said she will order a new one, we took pictures and it was written on the delivery ticket. Fine, right? Nope, because the very next day Ms. Ss called and said, oh no the floor manager said it was discounted because we got it off the floor, it was the FLOOR MODEL! We disagreed to that fact. They said, they do not have NEW RUGS! ONLY USED (here we go....) Lies and more lies (get it right Ashley people), so now we gotta wait on our sales rep Ms. SP and manager Mr. Er to return. The sales rep was told to tell us, it was discounted and they do not have new rugs, and she got off the phone, never heard from her again. Mr. Er blamed Ms. Ss and said she needs to handled it. We did this back and forth until I contact the bank, they got involved and Mr. Er told us they will honor Ms. Ss decision since she wrote on the ticket to order us a NEW ONE. They were nice, calling us every step of the way, it's been ordered and a new one and it will be here soon. (Remember, they do not have new rugs, right?) Then it comes in sooner, here is the KICKER and BULL: It's discolored AGAIN and not what we ordered. The delivery guy already knew what to say, telling us "it's the next best thing, Ashley told him to tell us" They could have told us that from the beginning, .... Come on Ashley, don't penny pinch us. They made the call to tell Ms. Ss, about the rug, then I get on the phone telling her they selling us BULL and then she begain raising her voice, I couldn't say a word and hangs up in my face. All 3 workers witnessed her attitude towards me, the customer. So the delivery guys took the discolored, used, next to the best thing rug back! Wow! what an experience. Never in this life time Ashley, no more, get you some more people that are not concern with just selling anything. Never should this have happen, never should Ms. Ss raised her voice and attacked me verbally. She the representative/spoke person for Ashley. Never should Mr. Er made a deceitful promise just to pacify the customer. Bad service, bad experience. Never will shop there, take me off your email, adv list!

Ashley's repair time is an insult. Bought a recliner and the seat bottom droops on one side. Unable to sit in it and causes lower back pain. This recliner is approximately 6 months old. Was to by repairman would order part and should take about 4 days for it to arrive. Called the store and was told it would be 4 to 8 weeks before the recliner would be repaired. The Ashley's in Bryant Arkansas has a no return "policy" for defective merchandise. Buyer Beware!!

Buyers beware! Very aggressive (smooth talking) sales people who fail to tell you all the important information you need to know before you make your purchase. They fail to mention that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You cannot change your mind for any reason even before anything has been delivered to you. But wait...you can change your mind if you will give them 20% of the cost of your purchase. You get nothing and they get to keep 20% of your money. They call this a restocking fee for an item that never left their store.

I bought a bedroom suit. Upon delivery, the bed was missing the box springs. I attempted to contact the store and could not get in touch with anyone. I've used Ashley in the past, and had great service. But will absolutely will not use them again. Paid way too much for a bed that can't be used.

Beware of the "real leather" trap. Bonded leather is reconstituted leather made with pulp from shredded leather and large amounts of synthetic materials, then coated with polyurethane. We purchased a "real leather" sofa from Ashley's two years ago. Within a year, the "leather" began to crack and peel on the cushions. True leather doesn't peel. Sales Reps are pretty much lying to you when they tell you their furniture pieces are a 100% genuine leather.

I bought a beautiful sofa and love seat from your Bryant Ar location. The sales lady was very helpful in showing me the sofa style I was interested in and I got a good price. I was totally impressed with the two delivery men. Both young men were very clean cut and very nice and friendly, they even ask permission if they could walk across grass to make delivery. They protected the door facing also and were very careful with the new furniture. Great job!

Aaron Davis is a jerk and looked my friend & myself dead in the eyes and lied. My friend came in there to spend 6K in cash and then told him we would be back in another few months to spend another 4K; this a**hole tells us that we are going to have to pay $1700 for a entertainment center that is clearly marked at $1600; plus the idiot was standing in front of the piece with the price clearly visible. When my friend said we were leaving due to him lying and the "bait & switch" tactics, the idiot told our salesman that he couldn't believe we left over "just a $100".

Don't ever buy anything off the website without seeing it in the store...for measurement purposes! My husband & I bought the Rayville bunk bed set with intensions of it being a full, measurements are not true to bed. In other words it was a $1100 mistake that can not be returened!! I dont understand why returns can not occur when product is still wrapped in packaging it was delievered in? We've bought plenty from Ashleys before without any problems, but I think we will consider going somewhere else first before I give my money to people that can not work with you under these circumstances.

absolutely positively the worst shopping/purchase experience i have ever had at this location. when i drove over an hour to this location to inquire about a purchase i was badgered to death by a sales person named deborah. i had to tell her 5 times that i did not want to deal with her. she was horrible. horrible horrible. i made a purchase with the sleep manager tim who i told 1st thing that i didn't do business that way and didn't appreciate her not leaving us alone. come to find out i was charged for items that i didn't purchase and then received a nic thank you note from this horrible sales person deborah taking credit for the sale and thanking me for making a purchase with her. with the person i told 5 times to leave us alone. also when i got the call earlier this week that the items were ready to be delivered i told the caller that i disagreed with the bill and asked for someone to call me. no one did. i have asked for a refund because i don't do business this way. i was told that there would be a 20% restocking fee and that they were happy that deborah wrote me a thank you note. i asked for the name of the person over the sleep manager over tim and i was told that his store didn't have a manager only department managers and he "was not at liberty to disclose the name of the person over him". i have contacted corporate,and my credit card company. next call monday morning is the ark attorney general office and better business bureau. this is absurd and ridiculous and absolutely the worst service ever. ever. i would never have made the purchase had tim not insisted that deborah would not be involved in the sale in any way shape or form. i don't do business that way.
