Had an amazing meal at Ashok And Ashok Meat Dhaba! Tried the chicken curry and chicken biryani, and both were absolutely delicious. The taste was truly unforgettable with perfect flavours and great quality. Definitely a must-visit for non-veg lovers!

Taste is one thing, but the experience? That’s on another level here. The people serving you are absolutely lovely. They genuinely make sure that you've had enough. It’s not just about food, it’s about culture. This is a true Dilli place, where the goal is to serve, not just sell. Ifykyk! And don’t even get me started on the mutton gravy, it’s nothing short of heavenly. The moment it touches your tongue, you know you’re tasting something authentically Dilli-style. Rich, flavourful, and unforgettable. Chicken Biryani with their twist is worth the shot. Such a wholesome, soul-satisfying experience. Highly recommend to anyone who craves flavours.

The mutton is good, it was soft, pink from inside, the gravy had finely micjed keema, preparation was full khara masalas and Ghee which all came together very well. After devouring half plate (4 pieces) with half a dozen of their mini 100% wheat Tandoori rotis which were served hot and crisp there was no feeling of stuffiness, bloating, burning etc. And it was not Hot ie mirchi was just right for me, my friend was expecting it hotter was disappointed bcoz he had been there before and claimed it should have had more heat. Some of the pieces had large chunks of fat attached to it which I found off putting, apparently you have to make sure all your pieces are right, which should ideally not be the case. If this is dhaba outside your place of work one can understand dropping in once a month or even more frequently for lunch but traveling to it as a destination which I did with a foodie friend who had been there 4 times before is questionable. Its a hole in the wall surrounded by not so pleasant sights and smell of Sadar

Traveled especially to tast the mutton.. reached around 1.30 they said you would get Mutton without prior booking. They offered chicken worth Rs.350 for 2 pieces which was absolutely taste less. Waisted time and money.

On the by-lanes of Sadar Bazar this hidden gem really stands out. They have both mutton and chicken options but the mutton is by far the star of the show, undoubtedly. At 400 INR, they offer 2 chunky pieces of mutton which was cooked to absolute perfection. The gravy was simply out pf this world, couldn’t get enough of it. They offer unlimited rotis and they accept payment only in cash. Don’t miss the place when in or around sadar bazar. They also offer delectable biryani options as-well.

The hype created for this mutton is just baseless. The taste of mutton is very bad. It is not a keema gravy. The gravy is full of hard garam masala. You will feel as you are not eating mutton but just ghee. Even 1 rating is not justified.

So we went there on 23.02.2025 since it was sunday so way to reach there was so much crowded due to sunday markets but the nearby around this shop is quite peaceful. So i want to give the real review so that if anyone goes there just by seeing some youtube videos or google recommendations just make sure you see this review Pros: 1. Taste of chicken is amazing as no mutton available that time. Want to taste unique non veg then visit here once. 2. Unlimited roti 3. Away from crowded place 4. Offer home delivery via different porter services and swiggy zomato also available Cons: 1. Overpriced 2. Quantity very less according to price 3. They serve very less gravy so that you have to compulsorily take extra gravy which costs you another 200 bucks which is not worthy. 4. If you are mutton lover then you have to go before 11 am as per they told us that day or book via phone otherwise you will not be lucky to eat mutton. 5. You have to eat while standing. No sitting place. 6. Surroundings are unhygienic. 7. Rice are overcooked which decreases taste of chicken and rice combo. So if you are still want to visit this place then no problem but keep your pocket filled with extra money if u want to enjoy their meal.

Nothing special about this place only hyped up by food bloggers. Though the service of the staff is nice, The mutton pieces aren't meaty and the gravy also has a generic taste to it. Very overpriced for the ambience and food quantity. Good for a one time try.
