10/10 overall, I’ll be coming back here regularly! I discovered this quaint little asian bakery on the sidewalk because I was craving coconut cream buns and I stumbled on this place. First impression— the atmosphere was cozy, warm, nostalgic, and smelled like freshly baked goods. There are so many options here for whatever you’re craving, I saw cakes, buns, moon cakes, tarts, and different kinds of pastries on shelves. To my surprise, I also saw that they sold puto—although I wish they could also sell ube puto, it looked yum. I ended up getting a coconut cream bun, and some sponge cake. The sponge cake was absolutely delightful—fluffy, airy, rich. I liked its slightly eggy flavor. My sister had the coconut cream bun, and I didn’t get to try it because she kept it to enjoy for herself. Judging from her reaction to the bun, the bun must’ve been great… Also, the lady who was working at the front was very kind and funny. She gave great recommendations for what to get— the vast amount of options made it a bit overwhelming to choose, but she was very helpful.

Very, very kind owner. There's a variety of Asian bakery. The bun is average with huge size but small filling.

I used to come here when I work around ct. The owner is a wonderful person and honest, but the staff not so much. I pick out 4 pastries and she charged even 3.75 each. I didn’t understand why till I asked how much each, I asked cause I bought them before they weren’t that high till that staff checked me out. I still got it, then I checked online pricing, yes what I figured was correct I was overcharged like a dollar each. I don’t think I will go back again.

I ordered a 7” chiffon cake with mixed fruit and it was perfect. Good amount of fruit, cute decoration. The cake was fluffy, soft and most importantly, not too sweet.

Wonderful place to get BBQ Buns, BBQ crisps, and Chinese bakery goods. Of course, their specialty are the BBQ Buns and Crisps. They also have frozen steamed BBQ buns available as well, but you need to ask for them. Owner is friendly, and can communicate in English and Mandarin. Cash or credit card with small fee. Store front is not large, and you may miss it if not paying attention. They also can do custom bakery if you call ahead of time.

Authentic and good-tasting pastries. The service is also "authentic" - brisk, but it works. 😄 No obvious seating, signs are sometimes unclear, but just point and ask. Not expensive.

This is my go to bakery and I’ve been coming here for years. The prices of everything has definitely gone up and it’s a lot more expensive then it used to be, but that can be said for all the other restaurants/shops. The ladies working here are direct and will rush to take check you out. This is typical behavior of most Chinese bakeries I’ve been to, so don’t feel as if you are neglected. My favorite items here are the roast pork buns, bahm mi, pineapple bun, egg tarts, and the hot sweetened milk tea Tip: bring cash. There is a minimum charge to use a credit card.
