The worst experience ever. The first time I ordered 4 corned beef and Swiss egg rolls I received 2 corned beef and Swiss 1 corned beef and cabbage 1 corned beef hamburger and cabbage. I called and they agreed to replace my order and they were burnt, hard, and dry. I will say, the Wyoming location is the best so far.

Google
Terrible. The food portion was so small for the high price that was charged. I called and the employee said the owners measure everything so it's nothing they can do. One employee yelled in the back hang up on her. They gave me spoiled dressing. The dressing portion were so small it's terrible how they treat the people who are the reason they are open. I wish people would just stop giving them their business. The company owners do not respect the proprietors.

Google
I really don't like the way how they say they open but they never be open on time and that's bad for business I'll be needing my corned beef first thing you guys need to really improve in your business

Google
I still haven't received my refund for the bad experience I had a month ago. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this location. They open whenever it's convenient for them, and the restaurant is dirty. Don't waste your time or money. Update: They're finally closed.

Nisha Walker

Google
One of the workers got upset with me because I didn't want to answer a question. Trust that I would never go to another Asian corned beef restaurant. And the 7 mile location is only open when they feel like it. Trust you will miss my money. This is an add on comment. They never refunded my money from this transaction. Bad business.

Google
Man everyone else tries to keep up with Asian but the eggrolls are the best in town by far.

Google
Corned beef and cheese steak egg rolls! Comfort food you can eat with your hands! My only issue is, they can run out of certain kinds quickly, so place your order early!

Connie Percy

Google
This was my first time there and stopped by because I was hungry and a friend told me about the place. I ordered one lobster egg roll and one shrimp egg roll. The shrimp in the egg roll was plump and juicy and I throughly enjoyed it. The lobster egg roll, I wasn't so sure about. I couldn't figure out exactly what I was eating. However both were hot and tasty. I think I will stick with the shrimp and the corn beef egg rolls. In all it was a pleasant experience.

Yelp

Yelp
It's closed with caution tape and the roller door is down. I don't think they will be open any time soon.

Yelp
When I tell you I ran down 75 to get to this corned beef spot. I'm returning home after being gone for some years. Usually my favorite Coney Island on 8 mile had the corned beef egg rolls. When I excitedly pulled up they quickly crushed my dreams by informing me they no longer had them on the menu. Huge mistake concerning they have corn beef on menu. In my search to satisfy my itching tastebuds I found this amazing corned beef deli! Omg! We're they tasty! Only thing I would recommend is a personal dipping sauce rather than giving sweet and sour sauce. It would of been amazing with other choices. In the standard corn beef eggs roll they have melted cheese. Something I don't even think I had in the original. Definitely recommend! Lobster Egg Roll

Yelp
I bought two each of all the available egg rolls ... but pastrami and lobster were not available. My favorite is their classic corned beef and Swiss. Wish they had a tart sauerkraut offering, but no joy. I would happily return for the food, but not the experience. Very busy at 2:30pm on a Saturday. Parking lot is crowded and cramped. Two adults pan handling/begging for cash. Lobby are reeked of weed. Hint: Telephone orders are accepted.

Yelp
I ordered from them for the 1st time through DoorDash. I say a lot of good looking things on the menu, but wanted to try the egg rolls. I'd heard so much about them and needed to see what the hype was about! Boy am I glad I did!!! They were excellent. I had 3 different rolls. The corned beef and swiss, the grilled chicken and swiss , and the lobster and swiss. They were all packaged with the respective sauces that accompanied them. Delish!!! It was a pure treat and it was still hot when DoorDash arrived with my food.

Yelp
I heard great things about this place so I decided to check out the west Detroit location. I ordered 4 cornbeef rolls. I was exactly impressed. They weren't bad but nothing to rave about. I think they should add more meat. A lot of the egg roll had a high chunk of space with no meat or cheese which made for doughy egg roll. See my picture to see what I'm talking about. I want to try the cornbeef sandwich, but I'm not so sure I'll be running back so quickly. Service was quick - in and out in about 10 minutes.

Yelp
Growing up in Detroit, I have eaten at what I believe to be the orginal location on Schoolcraft as a teen. I remember craving an occasional sandwich from there. It's a different taste than one would get eating an authentic deli style corned beef sandwich. Anyway, the same location began making corned beef egg rolls; and seemingly became so popular that more locations, including this one have popped up around the city. I'd tried the fried rolls elsewhere and enjoyed them, so I gave these a try. They were great at the Schoolcraft location. This location is closer to me, so I ventured in. The space, in a strip of businesses, is tiny with a carryout counter and a few seats in the waiting area. On my first visit, I noticed that the food wasn't as good as what I had remembered, but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't try it again. The second time I stopped by, the tiny place was filled with a smokey smell, the oil they were cooking in was burnt, therefore the taste of the good was compromised. Also, the quality of the meat seemed cheap; and the rolls seemed to be smaller as well. None of this stops their usual clientele from patronizing in a steady flow. There's a crowd each time I drive by. Speaking of the customers, although it's of no fault to the owners or staff...their customers put the nail in the coffin for me. The place has utterly wrecked of marijuana each time I've been there. I was craving corned beef rolls yesterday, and unfortunately the coney island was out of them. I drove close to Asian and noticed that the tiny waiting room was empty. I decided to try it once more. I ordered a new menu item, french fries with cheese sauce and corned beef. The idea is a good one, a salty cheesy snack, ideal for a cheat day. Unfortunately, it's poorly executed. The fries were cold, the meat seemed to be scrap pieces and the cheese sauce, clearly isn't made with real cheese. The food was cold because it had been sitting there and the person at the counter failed to inform me that it was ready. I'll leave this place to those who love it.

Yelp
Two stars off for being so pitifully run down. If the owner can't keep his buildings up, he should sell the business to someone who can.

Yelp
I've thought long and hard about this review and It's based on the food and staff. I've been to a few of their locations and the quality and service are consistent. I've tried at least 4 or 5 of the egg rolls and all were absolutely delicious. The staff has always been friendly and orders don't take very long prepare (10 min or less). This is a really unique place to stop, if you see an Asian Corned Beef in an area, the areas aren't typically the nicest in metro Detroit, but the food is truly worth a visit. I recently stopped in on a Tuesday and grabbed the Tuesday special with 2 egg rolls, a drink and fries for the $7... Which is usually the price of 2 egg rolls! Great deal and great rolls! Im not typically in the area, but when I am, it's a treat to grab a few rolls and dig in. It's a delicious guilty pleasure and you can get a nice meal for $10 or less!

Yelp
This is the BEST SPOT, I'm really sad I can't come get some eggrolls and Deviled Eggs... This place was on point on so I'll start a gofundme to rescue this place if need be!!!

Ashley J.

Yelp
The guy with the dread locs has a horrible attitude and no customer service. He really needs to go back to dropping the egg rolls in the grease.

Yelp
I was curious about ACB and decided to stop in while in the area. There is a scrolling menu to view overhead, but I had to ask for a paper menu because I needed to focus and contemplate my order. I chose the pastrami , steak, and ground beef egg rolls. Unfortunately, the pastrami was not available so I chose the corned beef and Swiss instead. They were all good in an average way. I would have them again but not go out of my way for them.

Yelp
Good ole Asian Corned Beef. A lot of people have never heard of an egg roll with corned beef and swiss cheese inside, and if you haven't, this is the place to go. There are multiple locations within the city with more opening. The egg rolls here are delicious, a decent size and affordable. You can get two egg rolls, fries and a drink for only $6. They have really good deviled eggs as well. I knocked off a star for a reason that is minor to me but may be huge to others...especially those that do not live in or visit Detroit often. This place (and a lot of establishments in Detroit) is very unprofessional. Half of the time, they do not answer the phone when you try to call ahead. The staff can be rude and have an attitude sometimes. If you are visiting from outside of the city, this will probably be considered a bad thing. But being born and raised in Detroit, this is very normal. I love this place.

Yelp
This was a good eat after a night of drinking. They should not have the crust so hard on the Asian corned beef roll other than that it is a nice snack.

Donnesia C.

Yelp
As a Southern belle, I'd never got the privilege of trying corned beef. The first time trying it was when my husband (a Detroit native) took me here. TO DIE FOR! Just the right texture. Enough cheese and sauce to melt right in your mouth. They have me in a chokehold!

Yelp
Yo I fell in luv wit this spot of my first time eating there and when I'm bak home I'm gonna slide thru and grab 4 moe. Way better then lou's deli small ass joints.
google avatar

Yelp
There prices are way to high for their prices you can take your whole family out to a great restaurant and have a 5 star meal be full and go home with leftovers. Thirty dollars for 8 egg rolls, 58 dollars ford for 5 sandwiches plus tax, they are good but not that good.

Yelp
Smashing hands down. Omg them Lobster egg rolls. Tried them for the first time the other day and baaaaaaby they slap. I just wish they answer the phone so I can pick up when I get there. I don't like really waiting on my food if I can call it in. Can't wait to order more doe.

Yelp
Best corned beef egg rolls in the city to me. Always nice behind the counter and on the phone

Yelp
We were back home visiting and decided to try something on the go.. OMG! Was I happy about it. The store or location isn't the best location, as there were a few people arguing with the cashier, but the food was amazing! We purchased 4 of the minis that were 2/$7 and a few corn beef egg rolls. The egg rolls were AMAZING. They had JUST enough cheese to corn beef. They weren't to bready or fried to hard. The corn beef had a great taste to it. We also had French fries which were fine. I mean they are French fries. The prices were great! We spent about $25 and my kids loved every bit of it, which is usually VERY difficult to do! Would I recommend eating here...ABSOLUTELY! Would I eat here again! WITHOUT QUESTION

Yelp
A guy bought me lunch from this joint and I was cool with it. I wasn't too excited about it as all I ordered was a turkey sandwich but it served its purpose. Tons of meat, but the bread could be better, it was just soggy. I'd go back but it's not my first choice for deli sandwiches.

Yelp
Stop here every time I visit Detroit. Got the corned beef and cheese egg rolls. Nice size portions. On the expensive side at about 3 bucks for one egg roll, but they're really delicious. Don't forget your mustard!

Yelp
I LOVE corned beef egg rolls with duck sauce. Only thing is it's hard getting through on the phone. They're quick and good tho.
google avatar

Yelp
Interesting deli items in a crack-house like environment. I don't know how to review this place. I've been to two of these stores, and they are both run-down and filthy. They have the liquor-store-in-the-ghetto security windows and a deli case. The corned beef is good and the items are unique, but the lobby seems designed to make you uncomfortable. The food has been consistently good, except my last visit here (1/5/19). The egg roll wrappers were flat & doughy, when they had always been crisp & lighter.

Evilen7678 S.

Yelp
Opens when they want. But today's is we are not taking orders for 30 minutes. But your doors are open for customers. I'm lost.

Yelp
I love me some corned beef eggrolls, OK? I started out going here and getting the corned beef and swiss eggrolls. Later, a friend told me to try the corned beef, ground beef, and cabbage rolls. They. Are. Delicious. It sounds like a lot, but really, it's just perfection. I tried the chicken, too. It was good, but no CBC (I think that's the short name they call it). The eggrolls are pre-rolled and can be ordered and picked up pretty quickly. They are best when eaten hot and fresh, trust me. Also, I'm not condoning eating and driving, but I'd eat these in the car if you don't live close. Get you a driver, so you can ride passenger and smash your eggrolls on the ride home. Service here is decent, that's the reason for the 4-star review. It's not super friendly, but also, not rude. They hurriedly take orders and serve up the nosh in a very timely fashion. I've gone to all locations, but frequent the W 7 Mile one the most. Definitely give this place a try, and full disclosure: if these areas aren't typically your scene, just go during the daytime. However, I've had no safety problems at any location on any occasion. ACB is takeout only, I'd suggest calling ahead. The rolls take about 15 min to be fried.

Michael R.

Yelp
I drove up from Georgia to visit family and stumbled over the corn beef egg rolls and was really looking forward to trying them out but they are closed in the middle of the day on a Friday. If your eggrolls and your other items are so good why are you closed In the middle of the day on a Friday???

Yelp
Don't forget the thousand island!! I always come here for the corned beef egg rolls. They are delicious and they have really late hours! The staff are friendly and there are no ridiculous wait times.
google avatar

Darice L.

Yelp
Some of the people who love this place must've never had GOOD corned beef. All i can think as I eat my sandwich is that "this is the worst and dryest corned beef I've ever had." Service is curt, guy couldn't even turn my food around in the window. Horrible job on the sammies guys. Stick to Lous on 6 mile for corned beef.
google avatar

Tony P.

Yelp
Just got 2 Corned beef n Swiss and 2 steak cheese and onion. These really are the best egg rolls ever!
google avatar

Tre R.

Yelp
The best corned beef sandwiches and egg rolls by far!! Staff is always friendly and welcomes you like family!! This is definitely my go to spot!!

Yelp
It's Okay Just Wish The Egg Rolls Were Made Fresh. Also Doesn't Seem To Have Enough Meat Inside. Great Prices Though.

Yelp
I've heard people talking about the food. So I thought I'd give it a try. Was not impressed at all! Actually, I'll pass the next time. Nothing special!
google avatar

Mohamad F.

Yelp
Great lunch spot with great egg rolls! I had the corned beef eggs with Swiss and they were amazing. The red dressing and mustard they give you make it that much better. I also tried the pastrami with Swiss and that was also great! Great spot and very inexpensive
google avatar

Rose N.

Yelp
Cornbeef egg rolls, a must try, mmmm. I usually order a two and wish I ordered three after I ate them.
google avatar

Lisa O.

Yelp
For the commercial alone I know I won't be visiting this place. The sexual innuendos are uncalled for. Sounds to me like they're offering services other then food.

Adam M.

Yelp
Open late as hell and an amazing spot to hit. The variety of egg rolls is too notch but the traditional corn beef and Swiss is the main event here!
google avatar

Kellie R.

Yelp
Thanks to the lady name Anitra and the other crew for the Great customer service on a busy Friday!

Tylee R.

Yelp
Their Unprofessional! I Hate a Business that charge all this money for food you can go buy somewhere else! And only to buy from them to treat you like you owe them and treat you like shit! It's not that good to get treated like that.
google avatar

Brittany R.

Yelp
asian corned beef is a hidden gem throughout the city of Detroit. where else can you get tasty egg rolls filled with corned beef and melty cheese? no where! well, these days that's not true with the many people trying to duplicate these things. but trust me, there's nothing like the real thing. the egg rolls are the perfect snack for when you're in between meals. they don't answer the phone at this location sometimes, but i have also heard that they close when they're slow. call ahead your order to avoid a wait! the people over the phone are always friendly to me, and my order is always ready and accurate!
google avatar

Cherietta W.

Yelp
Egg rolls are premo but the corned beef sandwiches not so hot. Ok If you're really hungry.
google avatar

Tim F.

Yelp
Nothing life changing here, but still a solid spot. The sandwiches are ok, the egg rolls are better. If you are in the mood for cheap eats in the area, definitely keep this place in mind.
google avatar

Cydney B.

Yelp
The corned beef egg roll is the "bomb"!! There are different variations of egg roll but I'm sticking with the original. I'll come back one day to try the other flavors. The price is very reasonable and delicious!! Employees behind the windows are friendly and smile a lot. That is great customer service.
google avatar

Paul R.

Yelp
I'm not a big fan of corned beef egg rolls, but tried these on suggestion of a friend.. I have to say, they made me change my mind about liking corned beef egg rolls. Amazing.

Andrew B.

Yelp
Interesting and new got it an extra star. Just not that good and very slow service and a very dirty bathroom and dining room. Skip

Steve T.

Yelp
This place is almost a Detroit institution but I had never had one of their famous egg rolls until last week. We tried the corned beef and swiss and I think they were good, but maybe not as good as the hype. I think our's weren't quite cooked enough because most of the cheese wasn't melted on the inside. They're three dollars each and the service is fast so we'll probably stop by again if we are in the area.
google avatar

Raymond H.

Yelp
It was the first time I have tried this place and they were great I couldn't even take a picture because I had to tear those things up but they now have a custo for life.

James M.

Yelp
They have some very interesting egg roll options here from corned beef to hamburger. The egg rolls themselves are good, but my biggest knock on them is that every egg roll was served up with duck sauce. I love duck sauce on a standard egg roll; I love it less on corned beef. I just so happened to have a few packets of hot mustard in my desk and the egg rolls were way better with that. What I really wanted was some thousand island dressing though. Adding some sauce options would really help this place.
