It’s so nice to have a decent sit down Chinese restaurant in the area. There is only one small man server who does everything but to go orders and is running everywhere trying to take care of diners. There was a young man and a large young lady at the bar. The young man was taking phone orders and the lady mostly sat at the bar and played on her phone. She went to the kitchen to get a very few to go orders and dragged herself back to the counter. I think this must be the owner’s daughter as I see no other reason for her to be there. Please be kind and patient with the server and tip him well. He should really be commended for all he does. He even has to run the bill and take customer’s cards back to them while other two stand by the register.
Latest visit. The only waiter is still the star of the show and his service was great. I had chicken low men and friend got shrimp and broccoli. Plenty of big shrimp. Both happy with food. When leaving, we walked by one of the other workers. He did not smile, say thank you, ask how was the meal, much less come back again or bye. I said loudly, well thank you very much. Some customer service. This problem still hasn’t been taken care of. Hope you don’t lose customers because of their attitudes.
