Took forever to board because they had to confirm my travel following Shanghai. All I filled online for China but they refused to accept CHINAs code. 10 needing confirmation, but they were so slow. I was next to last person boarding because of their incompetence or lack of knowledge of current requirement of my destination.

Have flown Asiana a few times. This airline truly excels at taking care of their passengers. From the moment you get on the plane the flight attendants make sure you have a great experience. The planes have been clean, the food has been delicious and on long flights there are plenty of movie and music choices to help the time go by faster.

Great airlines. My favorite for all international flights to & from Seoul. Excellent service both in-flight and reservations. Lounge was not available due to COVID19. Wearing a mask during entire flight wasn’t comfortable but it’s pandemic right now. Will fly with Asiana again.

Downright discriminatory reservation process and the worst customer service I have seen. The staff is basically forcing me to pay a cancellation fee to fix an error caused by their antique website. Use a different airline and save yourself the headache. Do not recommend.

I got to see the terrible level of service by this airline company because they are the handling agents for Thai airways in Incheon airport. The staff are racists to say the least and not keen to assist any foreigner. One of the worst people I have encountered in the far east. The check in staff just did not budge to help nor did the staff responsible for the wheelchair for my handicapped wife.

I've used this airline campany once. This is the worst campany I've ever used. There's no hospitality like Japan. Their technique of landing and taking off isn't polite. Their hospitality survice was worst among the plane I've ever used. I promised never to use this campany
