Asiana Airlines

Huge THANK YOU 감사합니다 to E.J. Cho and the Asiana Airlines crew that found and reunited me with my laptop. Initially they told me to pick it up at Incheon but since I wasn’t flying back through Incheon they sent it to my home airport at LAX. I picked it up unharmed at the conclusion of my trip two weeks later. ☺️

The service I received onboard a business class flight from Shanghai was phenomenal. Only the plane was quite old and legroom small

Took forever to board because they had to confirm my travel following Shanghai. All I filled online for China but they refused to accept CHINAs code. 10 needing confirmation, but they were so slow. I was next to last person boarding because of their incompetence or lack of knowledge of current requirement of my destination.

Old and very uncomfortable plane and seats. VERY uncomfortable. I did Barcelona Incheon and back, and in the idle one away Incheon to Naha Okinawa. Unbelievable that the plane to Fukoka (q hour and a bit) was as big and way more comfortable (same size) than the 14 hours direct flight to Barcelona. Poor in flight entertainment, food and services. Good at the airport and boarding, but both with 30+ mins delay once inside the plane. Seat space and recline, average. It’s like a low cost company, but at a high end company price. Not worth it. Next time I’d rather try Tway if I want to go direct, as the plane can’t be older and worse, and it’s sensibly cheaper.

Have flown Asiana a few times. This airline truly excels at taking care of their passengers. From the moment you get on the plane the flight attendants make sure you have a great experience. The planes have been clean, the food has been delicious and on long flights there are plenty of movie and music choices to help the time go by faster.

Easy Check in. Good service. Nicr to have a hot meal on a 2hr flight from Incheon to Kansai.

Traveled Seoul to Frankfurt, the service, food… a whole lot better than other airlines such as Lufthansa…
