The store is beautiful and looks very premium. It's conveniently located in the heart of Ginza. They offer a wide variety of products, including running shoes, sportswear, and exclusive collections that are hard to find elsewhere. The atmosphere inside is spacious and comfortable, making browsing a pleasure. The staff are polite and attentive. It was a truly impressive sporting goods shopping experience.

Exemplary service by Miss Torigoe . She came over and offered her assistance to us as our previous sales representative was attending to another customer. As the stock of the shoe of our choosing was low, she had helped us check with other outlets and advise us accordingly.

Bad service. End up buy wrong size. The guy did not want to entertain us well. Ask for bigger size all say don’t have. Then I had to walk around in socks in the whole store to beg for different sizes instead of him coming to me Crazy, lousy Japanese service.

Their staff really helpful and can support for English language. When we arrived around 10 am. The store already a lot of people. When you buy Ascis Metaspeed Sky Tokyo need to register membership in the Asics website. Don't forget to bring your passport to get tax free!
