Aster

This was hands down the best experience with finding an apartment. I wanted to move back to Turtle Creek and The Aster was at the top of my list. Stephanie was wonderful to work with, and took great care of me throughout the process. My apartment was in exceptional condition at move in. The building has so many amenities and feels super secure, and is really clean. Also, the concierge team is super helpful and professional. The neighborhood is very walkable, safe, and close to restaurants, and the Katy Trail. I definitely made the right choice.

As a realtor/ apartment locator, I work closely with the team at Aster & I have nothing but amazing things to say about them all. Any time I stop by, I am always greeted with a smile by whomever is sitting at the concierge desk! The leasing team is SO friendly and helpful and they also ensure that the property is clean and well taken care of. I am confident that anyone would be happy living here! 😁

Use to be great when roll brothers owned it. Since gables took over it is horrible, they never take responsibility for anything. They are greedy and charge every fee possible. Had my one apartment when it was toll brothers got my security deposit back, got a bigger apartment there and gables took over and they didn’t give me my security deposit back plus charged more for my walls that arrived with patch marks and I had photos to prove it but they said that their claims were valid. Not to mention someone broke into someone’s apartment and was in the shower and they didn’t tell anyone in the building about it. They are sneaky and it takes forever to get anything fixed because there are only two maintenance guys. And they aren’t that friendly. The reason they have a 5 star rating is because of the old management which was great, Cody and his team was amazing. Ask anyone in the building that moved in with Cody and his team they were the best and everyone has moved out since Gables took over. Save your money and move to Knox or down the street. Not to mention they put a sticker on my drivers side window on my luxury car, I have had multiple car washes since then and yet has come out . Don’t move here believe me. Unfriendly people, except for the concierge, they are the best!

I recently had the pleasure of touring this property with Rachel, who provided an outstanding experience. She dedicated about an hour to guiding me through the apartments I was interested in, as well as the amenities, with exceptional attentiveness and professionalism. She was enthusiastic, and eager to answer all my questions, ensuring that any concerns I had were thoroughly addressed. The apartments are truly stunning, with impeccable attention to detail throughout. The abundance of natural light, combined with the vibrant community atmosphere and prime location, creates a warm, inviting, and highly livable environment. While I ultimately chose not to rent due to the proximity to DAL airport and associated noise from airplanes, this remains an exceptional property. For anyone looking for a beautifully designed home with top-tier amenities and a welcoming, professional staff, I would highly recommend Aster.

I love this place so much that it’s very hard for me not to gate keep it but it’s only fair to share! John was outstanding during my entire leasing process. I signed this lease while I was all the way in Michigan and without ever seeing my unit. That’s how confident I was that found my home in Dallas with Aster. Since my move-in, things haven’t skipped a beat. From the convenient EV charging stations, to the unlimited coffee, unlimited dog treats, co-working spaces, and INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL staff, it’s been hard to find anything not worth raving about. I highly recommend!😊

I’ve lived in Aster since May 2022 and have seen it change quite a bit. There’s been a rotation of agents, concierge, management and even Peloton bikes in the gym. Although I have my minor quips about guest parking and the occasional elevator wait, what you’ll always receive is exceptional care. The staff and maintenance showed us incredible kindness when our AC recently broke. It was a reminder that with anything long term, of course quips will come about. What’s been consistent is the response of compassion and care. Among the slew of Dallas apartments that nickel and dime residents or ignore their complaints, Aster is not one of them. I highly recommend it for future residents.

After putting my house up for sale on Lake Travis I was curious about changing up my life style and was considering his rise apartment living. Aster Turtle Creek had all of the amenities one would wish for but I still needed more convincing. Bear, leasing manager, was the one (after 3 or 4 visits-tours) that was able to craft a great story about the life style and benefits and gave me a glimpse of what the people at Aster would be like in helping create that experience - service oriented, sincere, authentic, and gracious. Today is day 2 in my apartment, have panoramic view of downtown Dallas and love the space layout. Forgot to say that Bear was super while assisting me the day I moved in.Great decision to move into Aster.

OK, where do I start?!? If you want a brand new build with amazing amenities And a staff that actually cares, Aster turtle creek is the place move! Yes it can be pricey, but it's definitely worth it!!! First off all the leasing agents are amazing and will help you anyway that they can. My leasing agent was Bear and I can't even say enough great things about her! I was in a situation where I had to move within a couple days. Bear was able to start the process immediately and get me approved for my apartment within two days! She was easy to contact and responded to all my needs as soon as she could! Not only the leasing agents, but there is also a concierge 24 hours seven days a week. They will help you out anyway that they can and will do it with a smile on their face!!! Now the views, let's talk about the 17th floor Skyview!!! This is open 24 seven along with all the other amenities including the sky lounge, the dog spa, the game room, and a couple other areas. The only thing that closes is the pool at 10 PM which is understandable since some apartment space the pool. They have fun resident events including a happy hour with wine and beer. They actually have a lawn movie night coming out which should be amazing AND They provide you a blanket and snacks for it!!! Access into the building and into your apartment it's all done through an app on your phone, so you have no worries about losing your apartment key! The concierge will not let anyone at the elevator without your approval so it is very safe and you will not get unwanted visitors! On a clear night you can see downtown beautifully and even on our snowy nights it still looks pretty. You will not be disappointed if you move into this awesome apartment complex!!! It is still walking distance to the bars and definitely walking distance to the liquor store lol If I had to be nitpicky and figure out one con about living here, I guess it would be that there is only one dog waste garbage on the opposite side of the apartment complex, but that's really the only downfall and that should not turn anyone away. Trust me you will not be disappointed to say that you live at Aster Turtle Creek!
