I lived here over 3 years (moved out 2022) and in general, i enjoyed my unit - quite (back side toward parking entrance so not a lot of people coming in and out), modern aesthetics, spacious 2 bedroom with nice size closets, etc. my neighbors were also friendly but kept to themselves... not nosey karens, which i really appreciated.
during my time there, i had 3 new managers (Zak was the original one and he was great) and from memory, I think 2 new owners, so it definitely was messy any time u needed anything. Missing mail or package? good luck. Have a question? No one is in the office and they will walk past you with no nod, no smile, no acknowledgement of any kind.
what i did NOT enjoy was that when i moved in, the main kitchen sink made horrible noise when you turned on the water, so their fix was a plastic zip tie on the water spray hose/handle. ugly and quite annoying BUT it did fix the noise. I was told it would be replaced as soon as they were able to get their hands on it (backorder). 6 months went by, 8 months, and almost a year later - i followed up AGAIN and they told me they still did not have one in hand as those particular ones were discontinued. truthfully i don't know how that is even an answer - how is that my problem? get another style then! i told the maintenance guy that the next unit that empties out, they better swap it with me since i have been paying rent for almost a year (i was so pissed off w the lack of follow through and the lies!) ...well they finally did took off the spray hose fr another unit and fixed mine. Zip tie finally gone!
its not a broken pipe, or something horrific like that, i also pay 120% of their rate due to my payrange & feels like a slap in the face to live with a ziptie as a fix seems rediculous to me,
the washer and dryer is pretty small and very low water. in addition, it would often snag my blouses and after reporting it many times, i just started hand washing my light blouses to hang dry. because it was never swapped out or replaced.
There are no assigned parking spot so some days you are on the 2nd floor, other days on the 5th…and good luck remembering and lugging your groceries around. Also many guests will enter and park so it’s usually very packed.
when i finally left, i was expecting most of my deposit back ($3000) but a month and half later, the deposit refund app told me i would be receiving $300+. such a rip off! yes theres minor wear and tear but there is NO damage, NO broken racks, NO BROKEN apliances or hinges or anything and i also had a cleaner come by to do a once over. i was charged for repainting - i lived there over 3 years, of course theres minor mars and dings that needs to be repainted but i lived there 3 plus years! So they up charge and make up charges. I was charged $250 for trash removal - i forgot one single bag of (to be donated) clothes behind. It was not like i up and left the place. it’s so ridiculous.
all and all, it was quiet and a nice unit but their business practices really suggests greed and how they skimp on some basic amenities and upkeep of the place really gives me pause - especially at premium rates
