One of the best dining experiences I had, first time in Madrid, first restaurant and what a choice.
From the initial welcoming and hospitality of the staff and waitress, well chosen small menu (always a good sign) inspired by Peruvian and local seasonal cuisine, we had the Peruvian style Salmon tartar and León cured beef, the tartar was one of the best dishes I ever had, everything was served in a very calculated pace, with so much emphasis on the experience, followed by great wine selection (€3.5 for a glass is incredible) and fresh lemon juice for non alcoholics. The mains were incredible too, Pappardelle was heavily. Half a cheese cake for dessert (love that option to take half, it was 23:30pm…) to end with, highly recommend. Only feedback is that I’m not a fan of scanning a QR code for the menu when you want to put your phone aside for once, but understand why. Thanks for the experience!
