Samuel Phillips deserves a shout out! When he first took my call, I did not expect him to be such a great customer service agent! All my questions I had, he was able to answer. He helped me do the transfers of accounts. I would email him, I did not expect an answer because most agents would just ignore my emails, but Samuel respond quickly and timely. That was our way of communication since he provided me his email. I am considering getting a package deal with Astound because of Samuel. I have not experience great customer service yet until Samuel took care of me. Thank you Samuel for all your help!

Something they DON'T tell you upfront...if you are selling your business and need to cancel your account, you have to call 30 days ahead, otherwise you are required to continue to pay for services for 30 days AFTER canceling your account. I was told "it's on our website". No representative ever mentioned this scam when I signed up for Astound business. So now I am paying for 30 days of service that I am not receiving. I will NOT choose Astound in the future.

Terrible customer service, terrible communications. They work great until you have to disconnect because you have to move. Then they'll make sure to squeeze every possible cent out of you. If this is not your forever home, I'd look for a different provider.

!BEWARE! They seem to take advantage of the fact that they are the only isp in a small town.
Our overall experience was awful. Fortunately, our local business rep was able to help resolve to at least get hooked up and was very kind. I don't think anything was his fault.
We opened a new business. New name new branding new menu, everything. So we requested to open a new internet account and phone number since we had no affiliation to the old owner.
- We were refused a new account and forced to pay the old owners bill period, we hooked up ours in the middle of the month with no prorating what so ever.
- We were refused a new phone number despite being extremely clear about not being the old business. This has caused issues with customers.
- We were denied any bundle promotions, which had been added by another salesman thinking we were a new account but then never applied to our account.
Just disappointed.
