This restaurant truly exceeded all expectations. The food was honestly the best I’ve ever had – every dish was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with care. The staff were attentive and professional, always making sure we had what we needed, but never in a pushy way. What I really appreciated was how welcoming and accommodating they were: even though our reservation time had technically ended, they graciously allowed us to stay longer because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Everything felt transparent, relaxed, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. I left with such a warm feeling and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! I had a list of a restaurants I wanna visit but now have a feeling like nothing else is needed and I will come here just each day, truly amazing ☺️

Perfect place for a nice dinner in the quiet atmosphere! The garden inside is nice, tables located under the trees which make very nice impressions. The food was excellent, all the dishes are very beautiful and tasty, and a great selection of wines. We really enjoyed the evening, this restaurant is definitely recommended for visiting and enjoying at any time.

We had a wonderful lunch at Astrea Garden and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. The appetizers with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, and herbs were full of flavor, and the warm gluten-free bread they brought made the experience even better. We tried the beef carpaccio and the Irish pork, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and not crowded when we went, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Nothing to complain about – we highly recommend this place!

This is the the best restaurant in Greece. Absolutely incredible. The food is world class and very reasonably priced. We went here several times during our time in Crete. Yanis, one of the owners, is the most lovely man. He made us feel so welcome and has cultivated a beautiful atmosphere and menu.

The ambiance is really great and the dishes are perfectly executed. The bread with tomato and flavored oil is a perfect way to start the meal. The Cretan salad is excellent, and the lamb shank is absolutely amazing. To finish the meal beautifully, we were offered a very good vanilla ice cream. Definitely worth it !

We visited today for lunch, we had a warm welcome and we were given a lovely table under a shady tree, it was 25c so that was welcomed. We ordered salad and risotto with octopus. The order was delivered quickly and the food was inventive and very tasty. The salad was of Kale, Mango, avocado, pieces of chicken breast, creamy goats cheese , and sesame seeds and toasted almonds. It was absolutely delicious. Great potion size and the kale was fresh and crunchy. An inspired combo for a hot day. Light and tasty. The risotto was plentiful and came with nice pieces of grilled octopus. It was a light cheesy consistency full flavoured and served with a delicious black garlic puree on top. We asked for some bread to accompany it all and received a very unusual combination of tasty mince baguette and seeded bread sticks. Ten out of ten for invention. The restaurant itself is set in a garden of mature trees and shrubs. It is a very beautiful environment and I imagine it is very romantic in the evening. We loved this restaurant , in the old town of Chania and can heartily recommended it. Drinks are a tad expensive but that's the 24% government tax. Food is very good value and of a high quality and standard of cooking.

Super tasty food and great ambiance in the garden. High class waiters. Truffle pasta from heaven. Cool chef:) Highly recommended! Top notch in Chania.

Cute and calm place, perfect to relax after a warm and busy day. The waiters are super friendly, very good level of English and high quality of food. We had the: 1) “aperol” spritz: 9/10 - very fresh and sweet 2) Athenian spritz: 8/10 3) three Greek dips: 8/10 - lovely salty dips with fresh bread 4) tuna tartar: 8/10 - lemon fresh! 5) risotto with octopus: 8.2/10 6) iberico steak: 7.9/10 - looks amazing, taste is a bit salty In the end we also got a complementary ice cream!
