Always a good time here. We LOVE Les Stress and the Tester band! The great servers put up with our less than professional behavior. Oops!

My parents 53rd Anniversary decided to treat them to "At Michelle's ". The ambience was beautiful but the food was cold and took over an hour to get. There were plenty of wait staff and even that was lacking, had to constantly ask for water and the bread. Although, they were pleasant and friendly. The live entertainment on the patio was a very nice addition to the night.

3.5 stars for food. We had great service and the setting was gorgeous. I would love to come during the summer with the live bands on the patio. Really beautiful place. Food was just okay. Steak was cooked very well and good flavor, mashed potatoes were okay just not much flavor. Pear prosciutto flat bread had good flavor was just too sweet for our taste. Kids shared the shrimp scampi. Shrimp was cooked well with a good sauce. None of us liked the wild rice however. Huckleberry mule probably the best mule I have had.

A hidden DIAMOND in the rough of Tri-Cities! This high class gorgeous venue, paired with an impeccable fine dining experience was remarkable. From the time we walked in until we walked out we were treated to nothing less than the best! The atmosphere was exquisite, the wait staff very attentive and obliging. The culinary masterpieces were like a fantasy to my tastebuds. I highly recommend this experience to all of my fellow Tri-Citians.

Very cool decor and ambiance, above par for Tri-Cities restaurants. The food looked beautiful, but quality and taste didn't quite live up to its presentation and appearance. Smoked Old Fashioned was served in a bottle filled with smoke which was awesome. Wagyu sliders had a meatlaof-like texture and the bacon strips were tough and chewy. The chicken with the salad was overcooked, dry, and had a texture like it was reheated from a previously cooked state - it just wasn't edible. The steak was the smallest cut I've ever seen called a ribeye, and was also overcooked but had ok flavor. The kumquat sorbet was the only dish I felt delivered in the flavor department, and so much so that I could only eat one of the scoops before my tongue cried mercy - it definitely lived up to it's name with the powerful zing of citrus rind. There was live music which was a nice touch, and they played a variety of cover songs adapted to a much slower tempo.

They were low on staff that particular day but overall was a great dinner. Enjoyed the food and live music as well.

At Michele's was a wonderful location for our private event. The attention to detail throughout the venue created an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. Friendly bartenders were quick with the pours, and the food was delicious, while also accommodating dietary restrictions. The owner was quick to address issues and communicate. My wife and I plan to return for one of their live music events.

A rare gem in the Tri-Cities area! The service was amazing. Food fantastic. Live music on the weekends was the best. All in all, a great couple of hours and a nice atmosphere. Truly special and not to be missed!

My husband and I have been going to At Michele's for the past several months and we absolutely love it. We have tried all of the entrees on their Summer menu and they were fabulous. We are looking forward to trying out the Fall menu. Leann has always been there to greet us and she makes us feel welcome every time we arrive. This is definitely our go to place for dinner and good music.

My wife and I love to come here for the occasional date night. We absolutely love the intimate ambiance and atmosphere. The menu is always being updated with new surprises for us to try. Live music has never disappointed either. We went last week and when the Executive Chef heard we were curious about their multi-course meals on Thursdays, he personally came out and enthusiastically spoke with us about it for a while. He is an absolutely delightful person who is truly passionate about his work. My wife had the Chilean Seabass, and I had the Seared Tuna. Both were wonderful! The food is always top-notch, we recommend the place frequently to friends, and bring out-of-town guests here. One small disappointment (not worth removing a star) are the cocktails. The Manhattan I ordered was not to the standard I'd expect at an upscale place like this. Odd orange color and bright-red maraschino cherries like you'd find in a dive-bar tequila sunrise. Taste was off too. Very small potatoes considering everything else is absolutely wonderful, but I figured I should provide the feedback. Thanks!

The cheesecake was horribly made, it was very burnt, so much so the crust was almost black and the cake part of it was incredibly dry. The head chef should be fired.

At Michele's was so accommodating to us this Thanksgiving! With a family member with mobility issues, we were not able to physically dine in the restaurant, however, the thoughtful staff allowed us to take our meal to go, brining a very nice dining experience to our home. So thankful for their accommodation--it made for a special Thanksgiving, complete with a delicious meal.

At first glance we were surprised by the venue. It's in an unassuming area but both the exterior and interior are nice. When we arrived, there was no hostess to seat us. My husband and I stood there for a while before we were noticed by the chef who was checking on the diners. To his credit he himself sat us down and called the server's attention. The server was attentive and sweet but a little green. As constructive advice, "I don't do cocktails" or "Oh girl, I don't do fish!" could probably be substituted for a quick 10-second promotion speech on 2 or 3 items you could work on together with the bartender and chef. Or simply a "the canvasback cab is very popular." But again, she was very on top of it otherwise. My husband did not love his duck but we liked everything else. I thought the dishes were thoughtfully imagined, balanced, and beautifully presented. The beet salad was great! The mac and cheese balls yum. The bread was special and baked there. We were charged $8 for it, but free bread doesn't seem to be a thing anymore, and it was well worth it. There was a really cool looking cocktail lounge that was not used. It looked like some family members of the band were using that space, but they were not disruptive. I'm sure once they get more diners in, they will use it more for its intended commercial use. The band was fun! They played everything from the 60s to 90s alternative. They have some cool themes coming up as well. Overall a recommend. Go check it out, it seems to be a well kept secret with lots of potential!

Knowdowns band. Great music. Bad.. that it was too loud. So uncomfortable. I wash here when they did the volume testing. Was told to turn it down. They didn't. Food was good. Service was extremely slow tonight. Might not happen every time. .

It all started when I called and made a reservation for Thanksgiving. The person answered the phone rudely then said sorry I thought you were someone else. We went to dinner today to find no tables available but would we be willing to sit at one that had two seats open??? No thanks. Upon being seated the waitress gave me a hard time about wanting an old fashion vs the spicy one on special. It's thanksgiving and a lot of the food needed replenishing. Got to the meat cutter and asked for turkey . He gave me a piece the size of a quarter and said is that enough. "No it's thanksgiving ". Ham was not out until my wife asked and he replied "you put me on the spot". Then he got out the ham. He did make my wife gluten free gravy!!! The service and food was not good. Staff were loud and complaining about all the people there. Then our bill came with a 20% tip included. Left a note how I felt about our meal. Never again.

Service is horrible. Servers don't even know how to pour wine. Food is overpriced and steak is over cooked. Servers don't even know drink menu. Atmosphere is the only thing saving this venue with so much potential.

Ambiance is beautiful! Food was good. I liked the beet salad. Service was okay. Wine was good! I will be back to see the bands for sure. This is probably one of the nicest places places to see live music in The Tri.

Great service! We had a party of over 20 people and we were hosted greatly. Would have loved to have gotten the two servers named that hosted us. Will come again!

Thanksgiving dinner was fabulous!! The buffet offering was comprehensive and well kept. Fresh steamed shrimp, and smoked salmon, traditional roasted turkey with candied yams, potatoes, stuffing and tremendous pecan pie. Paired with Gruet Brut Glorious.

Had the wonderful experience of checking out the new Event center At Micheles ..its open to the public Thursday Friday and Sunday. The atmosphere and interior is beautiful modern industrial, really really cool.. the drinks are show stopping..including craft cocktailing and smoked cocktails, The food is out of this world best burger I've ever eaten.. They have live music..I really felt like I had stepped out of the Tri Cities when I was there.. you guys have to check this place out! I can't wait to go back and try the dinner menu! Hands down best place in Tri Cities!

This is a beautiful place with a high end menu. Lots of wines by the glass to select from and live music on the weekends. I'm only giving it four stars, however, because of some odd things I discovered that you would not expect in a restaurant of this caliber; The waitress was fairly unknowledgeable about the menu... had to go ask someone else the answer to several questions, could not pronounce many of the dishes or their ingredients names and even stated that there were "no specials" yet the menu contained a "butcher block" and "catch of the day" variable menu item and a soup of the day. She had to be asked to specifically what each those were after we'd asked if there were specials. She tried to provide good service but was obviously not experienced serving in an establishment such as this. Also very puzzling was the fact that she brought our salads and main courses simultaneously, the restaurant does not have fresh pepper grinders but regular pepper shakers and no after-dinner drinks. Not even port or ice wine! I have never been to a high-end restaurant that did not have an after dinner drink menu. I will give this a try again because the quality of the ingredients seemed to be there and the menu is not something typically found in the Tri-Cities. However, I hope the proprietor reads this review and makes some changes accordingly. If you're going to present yourself as a dining experience and charge these prices, you can't leave out the small details.

I had the pleasure of dinner inside followed by music and drinks on the patio. What a beautiful, classy location! We were celebrating Father's Day early and really enjoyed our experience here. I would highly recommend At Michele's; especially during a live music night! It was surprising to note we were the only diners on a Saturday night, but our server Adrian was excellent, and the food was delicious. Everyone was extremely happy with the selection on the menu as well as with the food when it arrived. We absolutely enjoyed the rib eye, the veggie burger, and the pork belly and fries were to die for! Dessert was also a hit, I think we all ordered something different and everyone was pleased. After dinner we migrated to the patio to listen to the awesome band that had started up. The patio was also beautiful with a satellite bar to accommodate guests outside. There was plenty of seating and our group of 8 was able to dance the night away while enjoying a few more drinks. The kids in our group were allowed to dance and hang out which really provided such a memorable evening for all of us. This place is a gem, we felt like we were released from the chain restaurant vibe of the TC and had a magical little night At Michele's. We will definitely be back!

At Michele's needs to decide what it is- bar or nice restaurant? We arrived for my mom's 80th birthday dressed for a nice dinner (6pm). We were warned that they were short handed and since everyone is these days, the slow service wasn't a problem. However, at 7:00 (before our food had arrived), the band started up. While it was a decent group, it was really LOUD rock music for the small space. The music would have fit in at the brewery next door but soft piano music would have been more appropriate here; we literally couldn't talk to the person next to us. Food arrived at 7:15 and we scarfed it down and got the heck out! My two positive comments- the food was excellent and our waitress was a very nice person. The other negatives besides the music/atmosphere is that the service was really poor. No bread plates with the bread, no refreshing of drinks, no steak knives for steaks and the two people splitting a meal weren't offered a second plate (the meal being split was a tenderloin steak). We definitely won't be back for dinner but it might be a fun bar?

Hubby and I went for a light meal and cocktails on Friday night. This place has potential, but to us, simply misses the mark on multiple levels (ambiance, service, food quality). Yes, the steampunk-ish decore is interesting. Yes the menu looks promising. However, from the moment we walked in, we were confused. The young host directed us either to the bar or the lounge by pointing, both of which you have to walk through the main dining area to get to (or next to the kitchen/bathrooms... awkward) since we didn't have reservations. We opted for the bar and there was a random appetizer tray placed in an odd spot, in between the wall and the last bar patron. Said bar patron was super sweet, and had even started serving the other patrons to make it easier to get to. Service was disorganized and it took quite a while for someone to welcome us (had to tell them we were first timers and unsure if we needed to order at the bar or...). I had a martini and hubster had whiskey -- both tastey (can't really screw up whiskey with ice... just sayin). Weren't too hungry, so ordered the dolmas and the white bean/rice cakes. We like good food, haven't had to send food back much, but couldn't eat the cakes b/c of how salty they were. Inedible. Dolmas were ok, but I think if you go in expecting dolmas you've had in the past, made by people that know how to make them, you may leave disappointed. The layout of the restaurant is awkward, the bathrooms are kind of odd (the one I went in continued the gear theme with strangely placed mirrors, meaning one showed me the reflection of my core, one showed me part of my head, and the other was too high to show anything), the service was off and the food didn't live up to the prices. It may feel like I'm nit-picking here, but you'll know what I mean if you go for a visit. We may try this place again as it's exciting to see fun, new, locally owned dining options crop up in the TC's... We're hopeful they listen to feedback and adjust to fulfill their potential.

This is the nicest place in this town to eat. The staff is amazing and I love going there. I found the place and it is a lil jem.

Would have loved to say the food is amazing, after all, the drive to the place is quite an Expedition, with three to four different police agencies having jurisdiction, it is a DUI magnet!!! Don't chance a DUI at this one, either Uber or get a designated driver---- ( Richland Police, Benton County Sherrif, State Patrol, and Handford Patrol all are watching the routes to and for, keep this in mind should you decide to go!) Called three times last night starting at 7:30 to see what time the main menu stopped being offered, but nobody answered, so I took a chance...... We know now what not to chance.. 1) A wet fart 2) Gas Station Sushi. 3) that this place might serve real food after 9:00 at night. Probably won't go back, staff was less than helpful, they did offer lame excuses about why they don't answer the phones though. My prediction, just another flash in the Pan place in the Tri Cities. Thankfully, The Bradley was open, witb their full menu, and I was able to go there.

Fancy drinks and great live music. I didn't eat there, but I loved the atmosphere. You wouldn't know you were in the Tri-Cities. It felt more like a swanky hotel. The furniture and lighting are so beautiful. A great date night location.

I was so looking forward to dinner at at Michele's but was so disappointed . I ordered the steak skewers and they were chewy, and not warm, my partner ordered pasta and apparently they save sauce for big spenders because the noodles were dry. Thank goodness for good music. I also had to go to the bar to Order drinks because our waitress did not come back. We are stopping at Taco Bell on our way home.

We came in just before 10 on a Saturday night. We sat outside , hostess saying Server would be with us. We sat for 15 minutes before a server dropped us water ( no menus or hello ) and disappeared again. It was fairly busy but not so busy that we couldn't be acknowledged.We decided to head inside to the bar. Bartender was nice and got to us in a more timely fashion. Drinks were mediocre at best. By the time we got our drinks we felt it was too late to order anything else so we didn't. Restaurant is gorgeous! This is our 3rd time in and I don't think we will be back!! Def some money was spent, the restaurant is pretty, especially the grounds outside, but staff and service needs a lot of work!

This place was beautiful, the ambiance of the restaurant was amazing. We walked in at about 6pm on a Thursday night. Only one other couple was dining so I figured the service would be good. We were a group of four. Double date night, and the drinks were amazing. The two stars are for the food, and the service. Food was cold when brought to the table, and the service just didn't cut it. The food was just ok. They did fix the temperature problem with my steak, but I feel the quality of the food was less than par for what we paid. Also, due to the location I'm not sure if we will be back.

We went in for dinner after graduation with a reservation for 10. They were out of 5 menu items and passed of NY strip for Ribeye (my Dad is a professional Chef). The waitress was horrible, she didn't know the difference between the duck and Cornish game hen. My family had their food a full 10 minutes plus before mine even came out and it was the wrong order. The decor is beautiful but they have a long way to go. The end resulted in an 18% gratuity of which was far from deserved and was less than "perfect" (the servers favorite word).

Food is impeccable atmosphere is something to be reveled there is something for everyone live music not too late at night just right for the perfect date night or gathering of friends there are high priced and low priced options with a focus on food allergies which is so important desserts and drinks with everything made from scratch in house. Fantastic!

We have stopped by many times and we really like it. Food has never disappointed us. Interior is special and you will not find anything like this anywhere. Service is always good. We have two issues however clock they have in the bar area is too loud while it looks neat it does not do much for me and annoying. Second issue when you are sitting in the bar area at the tables the seats are really uncomfortable NO PADDING!! Update on 11/1 So still love food and atmosphere but not the clock or uncomfortable seats at tables in bar. However tonight it appears the one of the chefs/cooks seems to think it was okay to sit at at bar. We could not sit at bar because he was busy taking and not making room. He finally did for another couple. While I want to keep the kitchen happy. We actually pay and tip. Not sure if that is what happens with staff

At Michele's has terrific and unique food. The live music makes this place fun and special. The atmosphere is one of kind here in Eastern Washington. You MUST check it out!

I liked this restaurant but did not love it. The service was superb, they have a nice wine list and they had live music the night we were there. My issue is that they have different interpretations of dishes than I do. For instance the "gazpacho" was more melon based than tomato based.

Beautiful venue and fun band, however, the food was not worth the price charged. Two of us had the lamb chops ($45) which comes with no salad. Friends was plated beautifully, yet mine "slipped" according to the waitress. She apologized, but it arrived a mess on my plate. Other had pasta--way overcooked. 4th guest had ribeye which was overcooked and small ($45.00). The clams and crab chowder were excellent. Had a Grey Goose martini. When asked for a blue cheese stuffed olive--they stated, "we don't do that"...A great restaurant where a couple is spending $150.00 for dinner WOULD do that.

I'm sad to say this, I was really excited to try this place and I was very disappointed :( We ordered to go so I can't speak for the ambiance, but my husband who picked it up said it was nice inside. The food, however, is a different story. I ordered the gazpacho, the watermelon and beet salad and the portobello mushroom entree. My husband got the burger. I don't have many good things to say about the food :/ it was all very uneventful and bland, especially for what you pay to get food from here. The burger was dry, and flavorless, it looked like a burger you would get from a mediocre dive bar, it came with a bag of chips. The gazpacho was lumpy, never had that before - I think they just put some melons through a blender and added some pepper? The portobello mushroom entree was just as uneventful, just 2 portobellos over polenta (I think that's what it was) and unseasoned cooked carrots. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I was pretty disappointed :(

Beautiful place, both indoor and outdoor areas. As far as Father's Day Brunch... Very disappointing. Don't get me wrong food was very delicious, however, I wouldn't call it brunch. The closest thing to a breakfast item was the bacon in the brownies. Someone had come around to the surrounding tables with chocolate goodies but, guess we weren't deserving of that. Service was poor, and the fact that they included a $41.00 gratuity was a little insulting. (It was a party of 6) I believe in tipping according to the service we get and I am a very generous tipper. This was way more than what our server deserved for bringing us 4 glasses of iced tea (that was not included in the price of brunch) which we had to ask for refills. I realize the family and friends should get special service but maybe in a different room so we don't have to watch. I think you should treat all parties the same. I'm also pretty sure using the same plate when you go back for seconds isn't right. We had been anxiously waiting to come to at Michele's, as the area needs a great venue. I wish them luck and hope they see my constructive criticism as a chance to fine tune a lovely place.

Very pretty dining spot. Steak ordered medium rare was rare, as in cold except for browned outer side. Was thinking a place that has "aged" meat would know how to cook a steak. Spencer's in Spokane certainly does. Sides were not as stated on menu. Date ordered the chili crusted rib eye with the truffled potato dumplings but got the sweet potato polenta (maybe he wasn't sure but it was corn meal for sure). The server asked if I wanted the "smashed potatoes or the truffled potato dumplings". I had the "smashed" which on the menu were really roasted red potatoes. Perfect for eggs and bacon. The date also got the apple crisp to take away but it did not include any ice cream (as was stated on menu).The server probably forgot which would be excusable except the cost of the dinners are high enough that everything should be perfection. I had thought, based on the prices, it would be a once in a while, special occasion place but it is now off the list.

Made a reservation for my wife's 40th birthday.... showed up...no service at all! Got seated after 10 minutes, sat another 10 minutes with no one coming to the table.... then left..... Obviously can't comment on the food.

Made my Reservations on line and got an email stating request in progress and I would get a confirmation email to confirm. 2 Days later still no confirmation email, so I called at 5 when they opened the day of said reservations, and they said yes I had reservations and they were sorry about not getting my confirmation email to me but they were gonna take great care of us..... Boy did they.. When we arrived they eagerly greeted us and there was hardly anyone there yet and they lead us to what was the least desirable table in the whole place, we asked if we could possible sit at another table so we could watch the band(Friends of ours), and they did move us. This is where the real trouble began, the table was so wobbly that we almost spilled our over priced wine several times. Mentioned it to the server and she said we'll get the table handled but no one ever did? We placed our order and my wife ordered the Pasta Pomodoro with chicken and I ordered the 8oz Ribeye seared medium temp. When The food arrived my Plate looked like someone threw up all over it and my steak was broiled not seared and half was over cooked and half under cooked, however the flavor was good. My wife's pasta dish however was the worst she said she had ever eaten, way to salty and the chicken was so dry you couldn't even eat it. We ordered a bottle of wine(36.00), and when we looked it up it was 15.00 bottle of wine...Yikes. After our meal a friend showed up and sat with us and he couldn't handle the wobbly table so he went to the bar and got a stack of coasters to level it out so we could at least enjoy the entertainment without liquid catastrophes. Our tab was around 150.00 with tip after they gave a small break on the pasta dish, but we really feel we could've had a better meal, and experience for less money at any ma and pa place! No way was this place ever worth a $150.00 date night!!!!!!!

Food was great and Ciara with a C service was fantastic! We had the waygu beef sliders and sat in the swanky lounge. Ciara anticipated all of our needs. We loved her!

Went there with my husband for drinks and appetizers. No host to greet us or seat us, no sign that said "wait to be seated." So we sat at an empty table. Water came, no greeting or otherwise warm gesture of being made to feel welcomed. About 20 minutes later another low end waitress came by and informed us that table was reserved, that we had to move. My husband asked why they didn't reserve another table as we were already comfortable and had received our water. She insisted we had to move. We complied. We were placed next to the searing fireplace and felt like we were on a rotisserie. We asked them to turn it off, which they did. We ordered an appetizer, decent presentation and was rather acceptable. We had a drink each and it was 9:10 pm and the check was delivered though we hadn't asked for the check. We questioned why it had been brought when we hadn't asked for it and again, another low end waitress told us that they do it because "people leave without paying their tab..." We were very well dressed and my husband asked them if we looked like we would walk out without paying. We spoke with the "manager" which also didn't help at all. We pretty much felt targeted and were being indiscriminately being told to leave. We had high hopes for this place which were quickly dashed. It's important to have good quality food but even more important to have good quality service. Will not return. High end overhead but low quality help is a sure recipe for disaster. We predict their manager will give me the same, generic response she seems to give the other reviewers. Readers please take heed.

I was so so so excited to try this place. I'm only giving 2 stars because the restaurant itself is beautiful. My fiancé and I went to dinner here last weekend and he ordered a $40 steak, I ordered the pasta pomodoro. Both of our meals came out cold. His steak had good flavor, but my pasta was sitting in a base of what looked and tasted like water in my plate. Absolutely bland and no flavor. Our waitress was extremely nice but didn't come to our table but once, therefore we weren't able to alert her our food was cold when it arrived. The table next to us was a couple complaining of cold food that tasted horrible as well (the tables are positioned extremely close together). I informed our waitress when she did finally come back by that our food was cold and she gave us a 15% discount on our bill. I guess I'm just really put off by the fact that I had high expectations considering the price of the meals, and the quality of food was just a total let down. Even the bread that was brought to our table was dry and seemed stale. We will stick with other places in town that offer better quality meals for the same price.
