Tuck is amazing! When my camper's generator wasn't working, he tried working with me over the phone to give me some ideas on how to diagnose and fix the issue. When that wasn't working, he quickly got us on the schedule and was incredible to work with. I learned a ton from his diagnostics and he was in and out in under and hour. A great price as well for how fantastic this experience was.

There was a fire under my rv fridge. Called At Your Door RV Service. He was able to diagnose over the phone and happened to have the part. He replaced part very quickly and explained why i had the fire. He corrected that issue as well. The next day he answered a question i had texted. Very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Tuck's company!

Extremely nice guy, when he came to my place he not only was there to solve the problem but he also offered to fill a tire that I had flat on another vehicle and was trying to give advice on how to fix it. On the other hand, I had explained what I thought the problem was coming from and he examined only that rather than thinking of all the possibilities that could have been causing the leak I was having. He simply dried up the water that was there and had me start my washer machine which I thought was causing the problem and when nothing happened he assumed it was a water pressure problem and gave me a cheap piece to try and fix it…. the next day we realized the problem persisted so he came back out and had us try turning on other sources of water (which you think he would have tried in the first place when water wasn’t showing from the place we thought it was) He immediately found the problem and fixed it which was great. The reason I am making this post is because after he repaired it he recommended I use Drano regularly (every 1-2 months) to make sure the build up wouldn’t happen again. I have done research and everything has told me that Drano is something you should never use in an RV due to the pipes, glue and rubber pieces that hold it all together. Not saying he doesn’t know how to help fix your problem but it also seemed like he could have done more so the cost wasn’t so high based off his expertise and also recommending drano just seems crazy to me because everything online says to not use that in a fifth wheel. Would not recommend to be honest…

At Your Door's team was so helpful! They were the only ones still open when we called around for a mobile RV repair in the Portland area. We were traveling from Central Oregon. They were able to diagnose and help us fix our RV over the phone! It was a simple fix but something that we, even as long-time RV owners, did not know. Wonderful team and super helpful!

I called to inquire about an issue with my hvac system, and Tuck was able to help diagnose over the phone. I will definitely work with At Your Door RV Service in the near future to resolve a few other RV issues.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I called for service and the man I spoke to was incredibly rude and short. We require liability insurance for our utilized vendors and he stated he did not have liability insurance and informed me there is no point in him helping us and to NOT WASTE his time. If you want a reputable NICE & INSURED vendor this is NOT the guy. Save your time and breath and go somewhere else.

I hired Tuck Putnam to do a few repairs on my Toyota Winnebago on May 13, 2021 including removing a 15 amp extension cord and installing a 30 amp cord. Unfortunately, he neglected to switch out the 15 amp main breaker to a 35 amp breaker so when I plugged into shore power and turned on my air conditioner while on a trip in July, the converter started smoking and caught fire which was really scary!! I had two children in the RV with me who were terrified as was I. I had another RV repair person assess the converter and the 15 amp main burned all AC connection wires and the two breakers (main and 20 amp). I reviewed the invoice Tuck made no mention of looking at or upgrading the breakers to accommodate the 30 amp cord he installed so it put me in jeopardy and I was forced to pay for all new wiring, all new breakers and a new converter. I emailed Tuck two times to let him know what happened along with photos of the fire damage but he never responded. I requested a refund to cover the expenses it cost my to repair the fire damage. I find it deeply upsetting and highly unprofessional that he never responded to my emails. I would not recommend At Your Door RV Service ever!!!!

Tuck was amazing. I needed a gray water pipe leak repaired. Tuck removed and sealed the pipe in less than one hour. If you need quick professional rv service, I'd recommend At Your Door RV Service.
