Tuck was amazing. I needed a gray water pipe leak repaired. Tuck removed and sealed the pipe in less than one hour. If you need quick professional rv service, I'd recommend At Your Door RV Service.

I wish I could give a 0 star review. I called for service and the man I spoke to was incredibly rude and short. We require liability insurance for our utilized vendors and he stated he did not have liability insurance and informed me there is no point in him helping us and to NOT WASTE his time. If you want a reputable NICE & INSURED vendor this is NOT the guy. Save your time and breath and go somewhere else.

Our Propane HWH stopped working in our RV. I called Tuck mid afternoon and he had it fixed the next morning. This was probably the 4th time we have had Tuck repair something for us. He always is polite, reasonable and has things fixed as soon as possible. We highly recommend At Your Door RV Service.

Although I didn't end up using their service since I had more chassis specific issues, I called them a few times within a week, and both times Tuck answered right away and spent at least 10 minutes advising me on how to troubleshoot my issues or gave me helpful resources. I really appreciate the time he took to talk with me.

Needed help with battery issue. Phone was immediately answered and issue resolved in five minutes. Super grateful for the competent and kind service. Will absolutely use again!

Unprofessional and not safety minded. Refuses service based on an inability to drive safely over speed bumps, then writes a review to complain about a small family run business. First time we have ever encountered a vendor incapable of servicing tenants based on speed bumps that have existed since the early 1990's. He claims to be abused by the speed bumps, hopefully he can seek assistance for his trauma.

I hired Tuck Putnam to do a few repairs on my Toyota Winnebago on May 13, 2021 including removing a 15 amp extension cord and installing a 30 amp cord. Unfortunately, he neglected to switch out the 15 amp main breaker to a 35 amp breaker so when I plugged into shore power and turned on my air conditioner while on a trip in July, the converter started smoking and caught fire which was really scary!! I had two children in the RV with me who were terrified as was I. I had another RV repair person assess the converter and the 15 amp main burned all AC connection wires and the two breakers (main and 20 amp). I reviewed the invoice Tuck made no mention of looking at or upgrading the breakers to accommodate the 30 amp cord he installed so it put me in jeopardy and I was forced to pay for all new wiring, all new breakers and a new converter. I emailed Tuck two times to let him know what happened along with photos of the fire damage but he never responded. I requested a refund to cover the expenses it cost my to repair the fire damage. I find it deeply upsetting and highly unprofessional that he never responded to my emails. I would not recommend At Your Door RV Service ever!!!!

This guy is beyond amazing!!! He has a good heart and does good and fair business. I contacted him about a leaking black tank. He diagnosed the issue within the first 5 minutes of being on scene. He had a solution right away and just dug in. Not only did he fix my issues extremely quickly, it was also done right. I can’t say enough good things about this business and how they conduct themselves. Tuck is a very smart man. I don’t think any job is too big for him. Well worth the money for his services and extremely fair pricing for the quality of work! I will definitely use his services again and would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing services.
