The office team made check-in and follow-up seamless and efficient, and I have been assisted swiftly and right on time—something I deeply appreciate in a busy schedule. The clinical staff was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain in detail all of my concerns and inquires, ensuring I felt informed and assisted throughout all processes. The providers Cassaundra and Kiersten are also so compassionate, attentive, and clearly committed to delivering the highest standard of care. They listen closely to my residents and my concerns, questions, and always answer with detail and level to ensure comprehension, and made sure I felt supported with a clear plan moving forward. The office and providers are modern and well-organized, which only added to the overall positive experience. Crystal takes care of my Mom at her Assisted Living community and I always feel like she treats me as a partner in my Mom's care. In some cases I have been with her when she performs a procedure on my Mom and I greatly appreciate her no quit attitude when resolving issues that others would use as an excuse to quickly move on to another resident. Her care has helped improve the quality of life for my Mom and our family. Thank you!

My mother recently moved to a retirement home. The process has been overwhelming. The one bright spot has been Summer Link with At Your Door Healthcare Services. She has treated my mother's health with great care and is working hard to help her settle into her new home. I highly recommend!

At Your Door took care of my grandmother during a short-term rehab stay at a facility in OH. She was cared for very well in a difficult circumstance. I highly recommend At Your Door to others.

Hard to reach a person to talk to on the phone. Individual NP provider quality is hit or miss. Don't expect much as far as followup or communication from abnormal lab results - you have to be your own advocate and ask questions. That still might not get you the treatment you are looking for. Limited/poor communication with NP and in the visit summary. Lack of willingness to include patient in their care. It appears as though they just drop in to do whatever services Medicare allows without actually treating the person according to standards of care. Had to leave this care provider to go to a doctor who will be more accountable. Very sad situation for elderly who don't have a family member who is monitoring their care.

My father is a new resident at Stygler Commons, AL facility in Gahanna, the At Your Door staff have been wonderful with the transition from the pcp to using At Your Door inside the residence. I just want to personally thank all of you for your service.

My Aunt lives in memory care and has had multiple health issues. Diana Harless NP is her Primary and is absolutely the best! Compassion, communication and goes above and beyond. 1 - 10, she is an 11. 😃

I have trusted At Your Door through the years with my grandfather's acute care as well as my father-in-law's end of life care. We specifically chose rehabs/skilled nursing facilities where AYD could directly oversee them. The providers were so compassionate, caring, and professional even during extremely emotional times, which is truly a rare find in geriatrics these days. Communication is extremely important to my family and the Nurse Practitioners through AYD have always made sure to keep us informed. Our family cannot thank AYD enough for all they've done for us.
