Atelier Bistro

An excellent restaurant. It is obvious that they have a great love for food and do some things that go outside the box. I have tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and am very satisfied. The service is friendly and exceptionally good.

Great quality and service, the coffee, the dishes and the cocktails were magnificent ! Top of the Chania center. Try the green salad with cheese balls and the brunch menu. Last but not least the belle epoque atmosphere reminded me Paris at its best!

One our last morning in Chania we planned to enjoy breakfast at Altier Bistro as it shows it opens at 9 am. We arrived. We were finally able to find an employee who told us it was not open until 10 am despite what it said online. She begrudgingly was going to seat us off to the side in direct sun with no air movement. She was so sarcastically polite that we decided to go somewhere else. We understood there was a discrepancy but being treated like we were insignificant was not acceptable. It is probably amazing and we are sad we did not get to try it. Just know, most of the boutique hotels do breakfast for their guests only.

Another 5 star Michelin star styled experience at Atelier Bistro. Beautifully presented, delicately blended fresh ingredients that make your taste buds sing. Best restaurant in Chania and definitely better than some of the Michelin starred restaurants I’ve experienced around the globe. Very delicious food with extremely friendly, helpful and professionally staffed service. My sincere compliments to Chef Iosif and staff for another perfect experience. Also can’t wait to try the chef’s table for our next upcoming special event. Atelier Bistro is a definite must visit restaurant.

We visited the bistro at Domus Blanc thrice while staying at Domus Renier. The menu is inspired by the local cuisine and uses mainly local products. One can feel the effort from the team to provide unique tastes and textures. We tasted various plates and no one disappointed. It was a pleasure for all senses, look, smell, taste, feel and hear :). Hands down an exquisite experience! A must visit when in Chania! The personnel was very knowledgeable and super friendly and the Owners took their time to provide us info about Chania as well as their efforts to restore historical buildings and turn them into special places. Super engaged and passionate team!

Είχαμε την ευκαιρία να επισκεφθούμε το Atelier Bistro για μια ξεχωριστή περίσταση και η εμπειρία μας ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, μας υποδέχθηκαν με ζεστασιά και επαγγελματισμό, δημιουργώντας μια ατμόσφαιρα που έκανε όλους τους καλεσμένους να αισθανθούν άνετα και ευπρόσδεκτοι. Ο χώρος ήταν προσεκτικά διαμορφωμένος, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και μια διακριτική κομψότητα που αναδείκνυε τη φιλοσοφία του εστιατορίου. Η διακόσμηση, ο φωτισμός και η μουσική συνέθεταν ένα περιβάλλον ιδανικό τόσο για κάθε περιστάση. Όσον αφορά το φαγητό, ήταν απλά εξαιρετικό. Κάθε πιάτο ήταν μια γευστική εμπειρία, φτιαγμένο με άριστης ποιότητας υλικά και προσεγμένο στην παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Οι γεύσεις ήταν ισορροπημένες, με δημιουργικούς συνδυασμούς που εντυπωσίασαν ακόμα και τους πιο απαιτητικούς ουρανίσκους. Από τα ορεκτικά μέχρι τα επιδόρπια, όλα ήταν εκλεπτυσμένα και γευστικά ανεπανάληπτα. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν υποδειγματική. Το προσωπικό ήταν διακριτικό, αλλά πάντα διαθέσιμο, έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει κάθε μας ανάγκη με χαμόγελο και επαγγελματισμό. Ο χρόνος αναμονής ήταν ιδανικός, ενώ η παρουσίαση των πιάτων γινόταν με προσοχή και φροντίδα, προσθέτοντας στην όλη εμπειρία μια αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Χάρη στην κα. Παρασκευάκη, η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική, και όλοι οι καλεσμένοι έμειναν απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Η επαγγελματικότητα, η ευγένεια και η προσοχή της έκαναν τη βραδιά μας αξέχαστη. Συνολικά, το Atelier bistro μας προσέφερε μια μοναδική γευστική και αισθητική εμπειρία, που έκανε τη βραδιά μας αξέχαστη. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους μας αναζητούν υψηλής ποιότητας φαγητό, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και έναν προσεγμένο χώρο που αποπνέει φιλοξενία και φινέτσα. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!

Ενα πραγματικο διαμαντι μεσα στην πολη και συγκεκριμενα στην περιοχη Χαλεπα χανιων. Δε μπορω να μην αναφερθω στο εξαιρετικο προσωπικο ενα προς ενα ολες τις φορες που εξυπηρετηθηκαμε . Στον πεντακαθαρο και εκλεπτισμενο χωρο μεσα και εξω .. και στις υπεροχες γευστικες επιλογες που δοκιμασαμε ! Πραγματικα εχει γινει το στεκι μου πλεον και δικαιως ! Συνχαρητηρια σε ολους και σε ολα !
