"This cosy restaurant, not far from the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Granada, conveys closeness, freshness and luminosity most of all, but all within an eclectic style that proudly leaves the kitchen in full view behind the service bar. Chef Raúl Sierra, who also takes the orders and is very present in the dining room, is committed to a contemporary gastronomy that continues to showcase Andalusian flavours based on modern techniques, with a few nods to other countries and extremely careful presentations. We found the Atelier on the Michelin Guide, booked online and then … looked forward to it ! We chose to go à la carte because two of us have allergies, we then chose … about 12 out of the 15 or so dishes from the menu and shared them amongst five of us. Everything was incredible. The flavours, the presentation, the sensitive attention to our allergies, it was a delicious meal. Thank you !

Excellent place! I visited for a short lunch, so unfortunately didn’t have time to try the tasting menu. However, the deer was spectacular. The patatas bravas with kimchi sauce were also a great surprise. Definitely make a reservation in advance!

The restaurant offers a beautifully curated tasting menu where every dish feels thoughtful, balanced, and full of refined creativity. The pacing is smooth, the flavors are clean and memorable, and the overall experience feels genuinely special. The only minor downside is that it’s not always clear if all the available wines are fully listed on the menu , something that could be improved for clarity. Otherwise, the experience is fantastic: excellent food, elegant presentation, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have had many tasting menus around the world and were blown away by this place. It is up there with the best we've ever had. Every single course was inventive and brilliant. The flavours were perfectly balanced and they were a taste sensation. On top of that, the service was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.

This was one of my absolute top highlights of Granada. It was recommended by a friend in Seville and I’m glad I booked, and did the tasting menu. At €55, this is such excellent value for an exceptionally wonderful, delicious, perfectly balanced tasting menu. The flavours pack such a punch and you aren’t hungry after! I loved every bite and would come back to Granada, just for this! I normally can’t enjoy taster menus because restaurants don’t often accommodate for nut allergy sufferers. Here, the chefs and wait staff went out of their way to remove any nutty ingredients and made slight variations of the menu so I could fully enjoy it. It was such thoughtful and kind service and I was really appreciative of their extra efforts. The staff and service were also professional, friendly and informative. I sat at the bar and got to see all the dishes being put together, it was fantastic. Absolute world class, can only rave about this. Thank you for such a fab dining experience!

We came as late walk-ins after a long drive from Jerez.. We were greeted by several staff & a table was immediately prepared. It turned out to be a very lovely & unexpected lunch. Everything we tried was really delicious, the carpaccio of creamy prawns pictured below was both pretty & unbelievably tasty. The desserts were a fitting end to a wonderful meal.
