A Special and Memorable Dining Experience
From the very first bite, our experience at Ates was something special. The standout for me was the scallops — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of natural flavour, paired beautifully with a bold and balanced Szechuan sauce.
The duck was equally impressive, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, flavourful, and cooked to perfection with unique elements that elevated the dish.
I also loved the delicately spiced ricotta cheese dish served with fruity Gibson Grove olive oil — simple, elegant, and delicious.
I must also call out the wonderfully and friendly service, and I highly recommend Ates to anyone who appreciates elevated and distinctive flavours.
