Fast and pretty good. Great beef/lamb gyro and baklava. Ok chicken gyro and ok meatballs. Combo plate and gyro plates are pretty great. Interesting hummus--kinda sweet like honey--pretty good.

Do you like a little lamb? I sure do! This place has the best gyro plate during lunch. For the value and quality freshness of the salad, rice, gyro meat, and pita bread, I can make two meals out of this! A few times, I made the error of eating it all during one sitting, and I was paying for it later. Definitely try it out, and I hear they have a great happy hour!

Awesome!!! Best Greek food in Austin. I used the Athenian Grill to cater my wedding and it was excellent. From order to delivery they were warm, professional and helpful. The food was so good our quests were talking about it for weeks. We were so happy to have found them. Thank you doe all the hard work!

I'm no Greek food connoisseur so perhaps I'm not fully qualified to say that this is the best Greek food that I've ever had, but this is the best Greek food that I've ever had. The restaurant is tidy and the wait-staff friendly and prompt. The sampler is a great choice if you want to try a little bit of everything for future visits. The website presentation is also tidy which makes it easier to look over the selection in advance. Give this place a try if you like Greek food or you aren't sure whether or not you do.

Delicious, and super fast service. Cafeteria style. I've never seen someone build a plate that fast. A bit in the pricey side and they don't give you a water cup. Good for a once in a while place but I wouldn't go often, especially if you're on a budget.

Right off of Congress at 6th, you enter a quickly moving line to order and your plate is made up as you go down the counter. The Greek dishes are excellent. Even with plenty of seating, the restaurant draws a crowd, and the decor is not anything fancy, but it's a great downtown lunch spot.

My favorite lunch spot during the weekdays. The Athenian chicken salad has a very generous portion of super tasty roasted chicken topped with dressing and Tzatziki. Huge portions and my favorite salad. You grab your food in line and sit so it's perfect for the quick business lunch. Food is tasty and light. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The servers are super friendly. 5 stars!
