⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a fantastic experience at the Atlanta State Farmers Market in Jonesboro, and I can confidently say it deserves a full five stars. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with vendors and staff creating a warm community feel that made shopping enjoyable. I came specifically to buy red peppers, and I was impressed by the freshness and quality of the produce. The pricing was excellent, offering great value without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find a place that balances affordability with such a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and eager to help. They didn’t just answer my questions — they took the time to introduce me to some cool fruit options I hadn’t tried before, which made the visit feel more like an adventure than just a shopping trip. The location itself is convenient and easy to access, with plenty of space to explore and shop comfortably. Parking was simple, and the market layout made it easy to find what I needed quickly while still enjoying the browsing experience. Overall, the Atlanta State Farmers Market in Jonesboro is a gem. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a great location all combine to create a five‑star experience. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for red peppers, but to explore more of the unique fruit options and enjoy the friendly atmosphere again. Highly recommended!

The one star is not for the farmer's market. It's for one of their vendors, VARELA PRODUCE. I was there last Sunday to purchase a seeded watermelon. She told me the ones with the sticker were seeded but AFTER I zelled her my money she and the gentleman told me that they were not seeded but yellow meat. Ok, I haven't had a yellow one in a few years... I'll take it along with a papaya and a sugar cane. Not only was the watermelon NOT yellow, it was extremely soft and visibility old and rotten and so was the papaya. I had to throw them both in the garbage. So I pretty much GAVE her $20.00. The most horrible manipulative experience I've ever had. I will continue to shop at the farmer's market but never at this vendor's stand again.

This place has all the good stuff. It is a feast for the eyes. They only take cash money, though. You will appreciate iate the variety. The prices are good too. So much to enjoy here. Not just fruit and vegetables, but flowers, soil, pots and other goods for your garden.

There is a lot of the same products down each row and no prices on anything but the selection of fruits and veggies was great. The shops with kitchen supplies were really cool. Grills, pots, pans, pretty much anything you need for the kitchen and bulk spices, beans, rice. It's like a huge Latin market. Highly recommend getting a fresh coconut to sip on while you walk around. And burrito from the restaurant! Super cool experience honestly.

Pros: Everything looked fresh and the people were friendly. Cons: There was no dedicated parking lot. Customers literally drove up to the stand, got out, and bought their items. I almost parked on a side lot away from the area with a few other shoppers, but then I realized that no parking lot meant no rolling security, so I decided against it. An even bigger con was there were no card transactions; not even card readers on phones. You had to take cash and there was no ATM, so I had to drive to the gas station. Traffic was hectic from that point all the way up to the Bank of America building. This place was past the airport. I decided to go home. I’ll go back later in the month because the prices were excellent but I’ll take cash next time.

My Atlanta State Farmers Market grocery runs have been enlightening. Prior to my visits, I'd heard countless tales about its offerings. From the open-air aisles bustling with shoppers to the Costco-style warehouse brimming with bulk goods, each section offers a unique allure. The refrigerator warehouse, especially, piqued my interest during my raw vegan challenges. It's a great option for sourcing fresh produce in bulk, though a wholesaler business license is required. The market's blend of private grocers and diverse vendors adds to its charm, making every visit a delightful exploration of culinary possibilities.
