The 21 Best Restaurants On Martha’s Vineyard - Martha's Vineyard - The Infatuation

"Get up early, and take the ferry over to Chappaquiddick for an adventure, which should include stopping at the Mytoi Japanese Garden to feel one with nature and have some pond time. When you’re done, Atlantic Fish And Chop House is waiting for you in Edgartown with waterfront seating and harbor views. It’s not super stuffy, but the energy is resort casual—think heavy on the loafers and linen—and you’ll have a slew of great options for seafood and whole fish. Order the branzino if it’s available and get the charbroiled oysters to congratulate yourself for booking this vacation. For that friend who doesn’t like seafood, they also have great steaks." - morgen schroeder, tanya edwards

Had such a fantastic time here. Our server, Luke, was so friendly and helpful with menu recommendations. We sat outside at a table with a fire pit of sorts and it was perfect. We all shared the French fries and I also had a crab cake. Both were fantastic. The drinks that everyone had were good too. I got the Mint Condition and it was one of the best alcoholic drinks I've ever had.

Highly trained and attentive service staff. The cocktails were definitely a highlight with subtle flavors and presentation. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and watermelon and feta salad as starters. The shrimp were healthy and flavorful and the feta salad had a generous portion of cheese which paired well with the balsamic glaze. Our courses came out of the kitchen very quickly! For our main course, I got the ossobuco. The flavor was very strong and savory, like a winter beef stew. The cavatelli was lightly baked which gave it a nice crunch. My wife ordered the veal Parmesan and it was cooked to perfection. The plate it was served on was the size of a pizza lol. The portion was so massive that we ended up finishing it for lunch and breakfast the next day! Our waiter Luke was so attentive and even treated us to shots of limoncello (as it is our honeymoon!) Overall, I would say the food and service lives up to the reputation and id recommend Atlantic the next time you have something to celebrate.

My friends and I went on a girls trip to Martha’s Vineyard the weekend before Memorial Day and this restaurant did not disappoint. From the service, to the atmosphere, to the food everything was outstanding! And the cocktails were out of this world! One of my friends and I started with the grilled octopus and then she got the salmon dish. The rest of us had the roasted half chicken. Everything was great! I was too full for dessert, but one of the girls got the cookies and milkshakes, and another friend got the Frutta Di Bosca which was a chocolate tart shell with vanilla sauce and berries. The desserts were divine. As we left the restaurant, every single staff member said goodbye to us. Our waiter was the BEST, Top-notch service.

Let me start with the positive, Vanya the hostess is amazing😍, she went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate that. We really wanted to check out the Atlantic because we heard Michelle Obama was there and that they had the best food for special occasions. My meal was absolutely delicious, I really enjoyed the seasonings and found the meal unique and appetizing! We went for my bday and my girlfriend was treating me. She doesn't eat meat or cheese and asked for salmon, the waitress recommended the salad and to then add the salmon, my girlfriend asked what the additional cost will be and was told "not much higher than the original meal which was $42" when the bill came the cost of the salmon alone was $40 in addition to cost of salad which was $24 so my girlfriend had to pay $64 for a salad due to miscommunication. I think it's extremely important to communicate so people have options . I know its an upscale restaurant but a lot of working class people may want to come and just celebrate special occasions and little things like this make a difference. This why I am giving 4 out of 5 stars.

I decided to have a 4th of July dinner out with mom at one of our favorite fancy spots, The Atlantic Fish & Chop House in Edgartown. They had a lamb dish 2 seasons ago that I still dream about. We had some charbroiled oysters, a lobsters arugula salad, and some osso bucco. Everything was delicious 😋 except the pasta was a bit overdone (it was crunchy). I had a perfectly made Hugo Spritz to wash it down.

Google
We stopped in after a bike ride into town and ended up staying longer than planned. Worth it. Got the crab cake, truffle fries, yellowtail, and Caesar salad. Everything was solid across the board. Crab cake was packed with meat, truffle fries hit the spot, and the yellowtail was fresh and well-prepared. Caesar was legit too.

Google
This restaurant is top notch! Everything was perfect . Had the tomahawk steak it came out in show stopping fashion. It may be the best steak I’ve ever had

Google
Skip the schwarma tacos. Get the lobster ravioli and au gratin. Crab cake was cold. Good drinks and ambience

Yelp
Went to Martha's Vineyard for July 4th weekend and we went to Atlantic for lunch after shopping and sightseeing. We sat at the bar and I have to say this is probably one of the best restaurants I've ever gone to. Ambiance, FOOD, DRINKS, and STAFF are all on point. I had the watermelon feta salad with grilled chicken and it was DELICIOUS!!!! Full on party for my mouth. Also tried the fried artichoke, smash burger, and lobster salad croissant sandwich. The food was so incredibly good and awesome for a light lunch! The staff were personable and answered all our questions. Very professional but FUN as well! Also had to try the "Moet Me Down" cocktail which was APEROL, ROCKEY'S BOTANICAL, ST. GERMAIN, LIME, MOET CHAMPAGNE SPLIT We went back after dinner for more drinks and the bartender made me a special cocktail which leads me to believe they want all their customers to feel special! Definitely one of the best go to restaurants in Martha's Vineyard!!!!

Yelp
Ugh. We LOVE the location and we really want to like the food but found it to be overpriced and not our taste. Came for drinks and appetizers ended up with a giant bowl of French fries (which were good but cost $18) and a meatball which again was good but not as amazing as I would have hoped for a $26 meatball. Love the atmosphere and the service was great.

Yelp
Went here a few times during the trip. On wkds it turns into a dance party w djs. A helluva blast. The service of bartenders and manager is top notch. They have a killer wine collection I don't know many places that have opus or lynch bages by the glass!!!that's just a taste of what they have in the cellar. The food is where they get a few dings. The charbroiled oysters are covered in Parmesan coating so you can't really tastes the oysters. The clam chowder had unincorporated balls of flour in from when they were making it. Could be one offs but as you see am not the only one that shares this experience. But the location (right on the marina) and staff and drinks and music and how long this place has been rocking make this a must try just don't go expecting gourmet food experience.

Yelp
Ambiance was perfect with outdoor seating. Lobster croissants were delicious and service was quick. Nice spot for lunch.

Yelp
Came here with a group for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and were seated at a lovely table on the water. I ordered the mushroom polenta for my main and was disappointed to discover that I couldn't add a poached egg or protein to the dish. Apparently you can only add protein to the salads. The dish was tasty regardless and my husband enjoyed the shawarma "tacos".
google avatar

Yelp
They get it at the Atlantic and here's why. Combine hospitality, great service with a smile, the freshest ingredients simply prepared with love. Everything from the tomato soup to a brilliant and briny plate of Katama oysters shines. A burger charms with a tangle of freshly cut fries. A lobster roll is the finest, perched over perfectly toasted brioche. Not too much mayo and a glass of champagne makes all your cares disappear. Class act.

Yelp
Our service was excellent, our waiters spent time discussing the menu in detail with us and joked around with our table. We sat on the patio and the views were pretty. The food was the best we have had so far on our trip! We all had a variety of foods and no one had anything that was bad. Their specialty cocktail was delicious and pretty! Can't wait to go back. The Arayes was my personal favorite.

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant on the waterfront in Edgartown with a fantastic menu. So glad my MV frequent-visiting friend insisted we go here. We sat at the bar-style seating on the patio. Loved the dinghies heading back to the yachts after those visitors finished dinner in town. Our server was great! Made some great suggestions. We started with great cocktails. Mine was the dramatically presented Smoked Old Fashioned--poured before customers with a crystal decanter of smoke. I later had an excellent Chardonnay from Sonoma. My friend has been here a number of times and one of the bartenders knows her now! We shared the Bazaar Souk Salad. So good and different, with great feta, wine-braised chick peas, figs, mint, tomatoes, pistachios, and more. A plus and for me, such a unique salad. We also shared the rich veal Osso Buco with crispy cavatelli. The veal and sauce were amazing, although I would prefer without the cavatelli. But one orders Osso Buco for the slow cooked rich meat, and that was delivered for sure. Edgartown was hopping on a gorgeous August night and I loved dining here.

Lori G.

Yelp
$125 is a bit steep for an ordinary burger, plain arugula salad with very little lobster, and a lobster croissant, also with small amount of lobster and no alcohol . Service and ambiance was fine. I realize it's MV but I would have expected better quality food for the money.

Corianne O.

Yelp
We had a good meal here. Food had good flavor and outside seating was gorgeous. Really enjoyed ourselves. It's right off the ferry. Noise level was good, vibe was nice. Would love to stop by again.

Yelp
Very good food! Great view of the harbor and friendly servers. The lobster roll on a croissant is to die for!

Yelp
Crab cake is very good and the views are amazing. Decent wine by the glass options as well.

Yelp
I would give this a zero. The customer service is so horrible that after a very rushed, very flippant, very unprofessional waitress pushed us off to another waiter. This same waitress brought us one water even though we were a party of *more than one*. And the worst part was she walked away before we could finish saying that we wanted more water. Basically, we couldn't place an order with the waitress The food is good (3 out of 5) but the reason I'm going to give this place a one is because they were given a chance to apologize, refund us, or give us our next meal for free -i am only saying that because they implied that so we wound up coming back another time- but they wholly lied to the whole party just so we would come back. It felt like a trick because it was a trick. But now that you know I do implore you not to go to this business

Yelp
This place has the nicest setting and outdoor patio I have been to. I used to sit on the patio and look at the harbor and really enjoyed it. Perfect spot downtown and right on the harbor looking toward Chappaquiddick. That always made me think of Ted Kennedy swimming across the channel that night though. What a disaster! The food is consistently well above average and good service. Can't go wrong here.

Sarah H.

Yelp
Food was good. Efficient and friendly staff. View was unbeatable. It's a very pretty, upscale restaurant that made for a great lunch experience. A little bit over priced though.
google avatar

Susan D.

Yelp
We asked the bartender if they had any mocktails, and he flatly said no. No apology, no suggestion that he come up with something. Most places on the vineyard have mocktails- so I recommend that non-drinkers go elsewhere.

Yelp
good food, GREAT view. Was living out my east coast girl dreams to a T. Quality of food is awesome, wait staff is super attentive, u can't go wrong with dinner here!

Yelp
they have the BEST vibe and meals!!! great quality food. shawarma tacos are to die for!! I come back for them everytime

Yelp
The service at this restaurant was terrible. First, we came as a party of four and we're seated at a table, and then we were asked to move to a nearby table for no apparent reason but we happily moved. We had to wait for food and drinks for over an hour, and our drinks didn't come even after we finished our meals so we asked to cancel the drink order as we wanted them with our dinner. The waiter was rude about this and brought out wine and then said since we didn't want it anymore he took it away. Very weird experience. Additionally, someone in my party has a shellfish allergy. He ordered the veal Parmesan and told the waiter to let him know if the allergy would affect his choice and if so he would order something else. The waiter didn't say anything and they brought the meat but then 5 minutes after eating without the pasta (we were assuming it would be coming out soon) the waiter came over and told him that he can't have the pasta because it's boiled with shellfish. This would've been fine if we were told ahead of time, but after the meal already came in unacceptable. We asked to talk to the manager about this and the manager was rude and said there was nothing we could do about this or the drink wait being over an hour. Overall awful experience with staff and food and will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Yelp
My, My, My.....mymymymy It shole was good tonight (you have to know the song). But when I tell you this was one of the BEST birthday dinners I have had, yyyuuummmmy. I am not sure why they only have 2.5 stars, but that is not accurate at all. From service to packing up was a pleasant experience. The food was seasoned to perfection. We had The octopus, I was scared to try it, but did once I saw it was cooked and had season all over it. The clam Chowder perfect, The crab cake perfect. The lobster mac n cheese, Lord have mercy...perfect. I am still salivating writing this review You might not want to wear just anything, or you will feel underdressed and out of place, such as I did. But go and taste it for yourself!!
google avatar

Paula m.

Yelp
Outstanding food! Great and friendly service. Eating dockside near the marina is a nice ambiance too!
google avatar

Dave C.

Yelp
Frankly, I don't get the bad reviews. Granted, it's off-season so there were no crowds and the service was great. We started with the mussels, which are to die for. The only negative is not enough bread to soak up the delicious broth! (I guess I could've asked for more.) For mains, we had the branzino and salmon, which were both perfectly cooked and quite flavorful. The sear on the salmon was just about perfect on the flesh side and the skin had a nice crisp. With the smashed pease, it was great. Expensive? Yes. Overpriced? Dude. You're on a seasonal island where every single thing is expensive. So, if you're expecting inexpensive, stay on the mainland and go to the crimson crustacean. If you're on island and want a very nice meal with a great atmosphere and wonderful people, go to The Atlantic..

Yelp
Marthas Vineyard's isn't really known for its food scene, but this restaurant is easily the best restaurant on the island (Deon's a close second). I don't understand how they have 3 stars on yelp, but I assume it's bc people don't know what to order here. The Osso Buco is not only very tasty and tender but it's also a very large portion. If you are looking for a large quality dish, I would order the Osso Buco. Secondly we ordered an inventive lobster dish (see picture I uploaded), that blew me away. It's a smaller dish but is truly a delicacy and something you should order as an appetizer. Would only share between two people, otherwise a fight may break out at the table. If you like fish, the Branzino is amazing. It's pretty light but very tasty. You can't go wrong with the lobster Mac and cheese either. It's good but I wouldn't order it as a main (maybe split with someone). This restaurant deserves way more praise than it's getting on yelp. Don't let the other reviews deter you from going.

Yelp
Nice day to visit the area, but got a little peck-ish. My friend suggested we stop in and check out the menu. He had been before and thought they did a good job. They offer indoor and outdoor seating and right on the dock, so you can see all the boats come and go. Nice way to pass the time. I liked the space. Something about the decor sat with me nicely. Maybe it was that traditional dock restaurant feel, not sure, but it was nice. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs throughout the meal. They do a nice job and based on the wine list prices and menu items, a popular place for a higher end meal. A fishing boat arrived a little ways down the dock and started cutting up a fish right there. (See picture). I was amazed on how fast he did it, my friend did not care to watch while eating. The meals were nicely done. The watermelon salad with feta was the highlight. So yummy. We split that and man was it delicious. The crab cakes and lobster croissant hit the spot as a lite fare. We were surprised because they came across as a high end establishment, but served a meal with a big chip in the plate. I thought it might be part of the ambiance, but my friend thought it should have been caught before going out to service. Anyway, the meals were great and we enjoyed a nice relaxing meal in a great town. You would not think they were as big as they are from the front, so don't let the outside surprise you. They have a lot of seating and do a nice job. Plus, you can see some really expensive yachts while enjoying your lobster croissant. Check it out!

Yelp
Underwhelming fish and chop house. First we were sat by speakers. When we asked to be moved, it was quieter...until we had to start yelling at each other to be heard. Our drinks took a while to get. Unfortunately, our entrees took even longer...an hour and 15 minutes longer (let me also preface this, we were the first seating of the night so if wasn't packed. We watched several tables get their meal before us who sat down well after us.). For entrees - Moroccan Cod: amazing seasoning, moist, great dish Osso bucco: AH-mazing. Not surprising this is a patron favorite. Whole branzino: Flakey, flavorful. Solid dish. Filet au poivre: so this was ESPECIALLY DISAPPOINTING. This is a chop house. We requested medium rare/more so rare. It came out medium well, barely medium on the inside. It took so long so get the meal, sending it back was not even an option. Overall, lackluster meal. Kind staff, but doubtfully will return.

Yelp
It was a nice surprise for us to discover this restaurant. We happened to be in Edgartown without any reservation for dinner and wanted to have good food plus waterfront view. The restaurant has every of the above plus great service!!! We were sitting facing the water and ordered clam chowder and lobster salad!! The clam chowder is very special compared to other places with REAL clams and a lot of clams!!! The lobster salad was also amazing! The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating!! We will definitely be back!!!

Yelp
This restaurant is a fine place to go for a decent dinner. The staff were all pleasant and it wasn't busy when we got there so I was seated quickly. The views were nice as well! The food was overall tasty. The potatoes au gratin and the cookies and milkshake dessert were delicious. Those were easily the two best things I ate. The shrimp cocktail was really good too. The lobster salad was okay, but the lobster wasn't that flavorful and tasted perhaps previously frozen. We ordered a fish dish and it was fine but overall missed the mark for me. There was also a hard piece of something in the dish (maybe a spice?) which was an unpleasant surprise. Again, overall the experience was nice. I do think that it is a bit overpriced for what you get. The views are nice and the food is good, but I think there are some restaurants that have a better value.

Art B.

Yelp
This place gets bad reviews for service but we just had an awesome meal. Great food and great service and incredible views. It's right on the water in a central spot. My guess is that if you go when it's busy, they have trouble keeping up but we had a great time.

Tori D.

Yelp
Best food on the island, hands down. Angry shrimp is insane. Cocktails are over the top. La Rose Da Paris specifically. 5/5. Have to come back.
google avatar

Shana S.

Yelp
If you're all about the view this place is the place you wanna be. It's it's right on the water and has a beautiful view right off the pier with all of the yacht. The drinks are phenomenal as well, and the service is impeccable. However the food is good but not great. I ordered oysters and they were OK. I pretty much had to shuck the shell myself because they were stuck to the shell and they served it with just a seaweed garnish. The atmosphere here is amazing and it has a really nice vibe. I will definitely come back again, and maybe order something else. This is a good place to come.
google avatar

Randall W.

Yelp
We're just getting started but our waiter would not take a food order until we placed a drink order! Maybe we got a weak link. We'll see.... Nah, he got a lot better. Smiles and all, so we're back on track! BTW, the drinks were fancy. The claw chowder was on point. I'm told the crab cake was good but not amazing. The artichokes are okay and the truffle fries were very, very good! Our server ended up in good standing!

Yelp
We'd never been to Edgartown and after walking around a bit we decided to grab lunch at Atlantic Fish and Chop House. We choose it because it's right on the marina and it seemed like it'd have good water views. Our waiter was so nice and had over heard us talking about the fire pit and what a nice corner it was. Within minutes he put set up the fire pit area and asked if we wanted to sit out there. Seriously, who pays such close attention to customers? It was such a thoughtful little thing and we were happy to settle into the new area. We ordered the lobster Mac and cheese, Chicken Cesar salad, a rum drink and glass of red wine. I recommend all of it, especially the lobster Mac and cheese. In a nutshell, Atlantic Fish and Chop House was everything we hoped it would be. It had nice indoor / outdoor seating, the food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, the decor was elegant, the views were lovely and the service so helpful. What more can you ask for?

Susan B.

Yelp
I sat at the bar, the chicken ceasar salad with extra dressing was delicious! The bartender knows everyone's name and is lovely! Go here!

Chance B.

Yelp
Truly appalling service, do not go here. The worst experience I've ever had. In the Cape or the Islands.
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
We stopped by The Atlantic last night before our dinner reservation for a cocktail. We were seated on the water and the service was terrific. I had one of the best drinks I've ever tasted- and it looked pretty to boot! My husband enjoyed the smoked old fashion as well. Would definitely return for cocktails!

Mimi M.

Yelp
Everything we ordered was delicious. Also the bar is a great place to watch sports while enjoying your meal.

Yelp
My family and I were in town for a wedding and we were looking for a place to have lunch. We love seafood, we wanted to sit on the water, and maybe play with the idea of having some day drinks! There were five of us plus my one and a half year old. We didn't have to wait at all and we're taken right to a beautiful corner table overlooking the ocean. How easy was that? We figured it was going to be a lot more complicated to score such incredible real estate. Our server came over almost right away and we ordered our day drinks. Mimosas, bloody Mary's, a drink called the Atlantic which is a twist on the aperol spritz, and also Maine lunch which is a local brewing company. We ordered a dozen oysters right away and we were surprised just how fast it came out. they had incredible menu offerings. It was hard to choose but I ended up ordering the salmon off of the main dish section of the menu. The server actually skipped over me for some reason. Possibly because I was nursing my son with a coverup? They don't have a physical kids menu but they can make mac & cheese, chicken tenders, etc. I'd rather have my son eat healthy so he just picked off of my salmon. My husband ordered clam chowder/ (ah) and it was delicious. A tad on the salty side, but that is to be expected with clam chowder. They will bring you complimentary bread if you ask. We ended up asking because my son loves bread. Who doesn't? The lobster and arugula salad was delicious, the oysters were so fresh as if they had been plucked from the Atlantic seconds before we devoured them. I really loved the environment. I walked around the restaurant to see the rest and there's a lot of different m, charming seating areas throughout. I have to say, I did not dine everywhere in Edgartown, but this was definitely my favorite. So much so, that we went there the next day for lunch and day drinks, same idea. It was the day of the wedding and we all were walking and shopping all morning. We just wanted to sit and rest before we got ready for the wedding. We ended up with the same table because we asked for it. We did end up waiting this time, but only because they didn't open until noon. There was quite the line waiting, but they got us seated right away. They were accommodating to our son. The first time we dined there they took the stroller out of the way, but the second time they let it sit there and just placed it out of the line of traffic. The service the second time around was a little bit slower, I think they might've been a little bit understaffed so benefit of the doubt. I ordered an espresso martini. It was delicious, but very small. We ordered oysters and chowder again because we knew we loved it. We also got a huge tuna tartar which was delicious. We were also surprised at how fast everything came out. Overall, I enjoyed this restaurant and I would definitely come here again if ever in Edgartown.

Yelp
Just pure amazement. The staff (Host/management, specifically) can use an attitude adjustment or even try to be friendly. The servers were attentive though and took care of us. Thank you!

Robin M.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The crab cake was especially delicious. It's very hard to describe the preparation, however, so glad that I ordered it.! Great drinks, great conversation. I felt very welcome by all.

Yelp
We arrived as a party of two at 8:30 PM. We were told the kitchen closes at 9 so we were to order ASAP. We ordered at 8:50 PM. After 40 minutes of waiting, our waitress arrived and told us that she forgot to put in our order and the kitchen would not make our meal. Following this, the manager, John, came over to "apologize." He barely apologized, continuously blamed his employees and wouldn't make eye contact. John then told us that the kitchen flat out refused to make our meals. We then asked John if there was anywhere to get food nearby as all of the restaurants close at 10 PM. John then gave us a name of a restaurant (which was closed) and then offered us food if we came back the next day. John then told us he was going to the kitchen to grab his business card but never returned, leaving us to see ourselves out. The service was below average and not at all accommodating. Not worth it.

Yelp
The food was very good. I wish they had a bit better descriptors with each item on the menu. They were very quick and nice when ordering and getting our food!

Yelp
On July 3rd around 7/7:30pm, a group (5) of friends and I (all Black people and professionals) went to the Atlantic restaurant in Edgerstown, MA. We kindly asked for a table for 6 and was told there was not space for us to dine. We asked for a wait time and was told that there was not an approximate wait time and we'd just have to wait and figure it out. We asked if we could sit at the bar or if there were other seats on the premises that we could sit and order drinks while we waited. The lady who was helping us, who identified herself as the front hostess manager, told us that there were no spaces available and we'd have to wait elsewhere, off the premises. While this is a semi-acceptable response, her tone was condescending and aggressive. A moment later, a white man, walking alone, interrupted us and approached the hostess table. He asked for a table of 6 and a place to sit while he waits with his family. He pulled out a large amount of cash, waved it to the woman at the front desk and was immediately told to follow the other hostess. He proceeded in and was seated. So was his family. At which point, I asked the hostess what was the difference between us (a group of 6 Black professionals) and him. She begin to yell at me and said that he wanted to sit somewhere else and wait and we had not indicated that request. I reminded her that we did, and that her tone was dismissive, aggressive and condescending. At which point she began to yell again and draw the attention from the patrons that were seated outside. I was upset in how I was being treated and walked away because I know the consequences when Black people confront white people on racial discrimination. Oftentimes, the police are called and it can result in death. My friends continued to engage and asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. Another friend walked into Atlantic and spoke with another employee who identified the actual manager. Our compliant was placed and we dined at another wonderful restaurant that evening. If you plan to go to the Atlantic, be prepared for racial discrimination, assumptions, rude and unprofessional behavior, lies, and more. Dr. Plummer

Yelp
They give you a really hard time and make you feel uncomfortable about having hair in your food. I asked for a refund and they did not at first. After asking again the manager came over and stared at us and did not even apologize for the inconvenience of hair in our food. The lobster Mac was $30 and I didn't expect to have hair in my food so I simply asked for a refund. I was only checked on once by our server and at the end of my meal they gave us a hard time. The lobster was also cold served on a platter of lac and cheese We will not be coming back, you'd think a fancy restaurant like this one would value customer service, but they did their best at making us feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend going here for a nice experience, the food is just as bad as the service. We were given a full refund.

Yelp
One of the most amazing experiences I've ever had a restaurant! The lobster ravioli is a must try!!! The service the absolutely out of the park. Jonathan was extremely kind and patience and helped me decided on the menu options. If you ever stop in Edgartown this is a must try and definitely request Jonathan's table!!

Yelp
We didn't have a reservation and stopped in this restaurant for a quick bite of dinner. The service was a bit slow and, I was underwhelmed by the waiter. I ordered an appetizer of the crabcake. It was very authentic. It was very much crab meat and not a lot extra. There was aioli with it which was delicious. My friend wanted lobster and she really enjoyed the lobster arugula salad and said there was plenty of lobster. Her husband ordered tomato bisque and it came with a side of a sandwich and he ordered a side of fries which was a huge bowl of fries. My friends son got the hamburger which again was a very generous size portion with a generous size salad. The biggest surprise here was the child's mac & cheese. It would rival any adult mac & cheese and was absolutely delicious. If I return I would certainly get that.

Yelp
So I always like the vibe of this place. We come here every summer. Get random food. Get a nice sangria. Enjoy the water. This time I was turned out. Here me STREET STYLE SHAWARMA TACOS. Oh my GOODNESSSSSS!!! Its a party in your mouth. All the flavors. The sauce. The lamb. Everything. Just fantastic. You will see two pictures because I went twice in the short time I was on the island. The drinks are always perfect. That taco though. Its fantastic.

Yelp
Unfortunately our party was "welcomed" by an extremely rude and condescending hostess - stuffy and pretentious establishment.

Yelp
We really wanted to like this place - great location, menu, atmosphere - but the food and service were awful. Both our meals were undercooked, and when we mentioned it to the waiter we received no apology or offer to fix it - he just took the plates, brought them back 90 second later looking exactly as they were, and put them back on the table. He was rude too when we ordered a bottle of wine but it was out of stock, and we asked for a few minutes to choose another. Appetizers and cocktails were also stingy. Overall, prices were way too high for the poor quality.

Yelp
Ordered a Caesar salad - ordinary. Ordered a $42 filet mignon, medium. Steak came cut open- evidently chef only can decide doneness by cutting into a $42 piece. Sooo new edges all burnt. Inside raw. Failure.
