Atlantic House Apartments

After recently deciding to downsize from my three-bedroom home, I knew I wanted a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view. I spent time researching and reading reviews, and even toured about five different properties. One Saturday evening, I came across Atlantic House online, and I was immediately impressed. Browsing through the gallery and reviewing the pricing, I decided to schedule a tour, and I was genuinely excited. On the day of my tour, the moment I stepped into the building, it felt like a luxury hotel. I was greeted by Chase, who was not only professional and welcoming but also extremely knowledgeable about the property. He gave an outstanding tour. What truly drew me in were the stunning views and the top-tier amenities, especially the rooftop pool that overlooks the city—it’s absolutely breathtaking. The on-site gym is another highlight, complete with gorgeous views that make working out something to look forward to. The location is another major perk. There are numerous restaurants, businesses, and stores nearby, all within walking distance. The walk score is excellent, making daily errands or an evening out incredibly convenient. After the tour, I didn’t hesitate to submit an application, and I was thrilled to be approved. I’m beyond excited to move into my new place and experience everything Atlantic House has to offer. I’ll be sure to update this review once I’ve settled in!

I rarely leave reviews but I recently toured Atlantic House and had the pleasure of working with Miranda. From the moment I walked in, the entire team greeted me with genuine smiles and warmth. My situation was a bit unique, so Miranda brought in her manager, Paris, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the screening process and made everything easy to understand. The dynamic between the team felt truly cohesive, like a community that enjoys working together. The energy in the office was refreshing, and it immediately put me at ease. Customer service is so rare these days, but Atlantic House absolutely delivered. I’m looking forward to moving forward with my application as my move-in date gets closer. This experience was truly a breath of fresh air.

Atlantic House is home for me. I’ve lived here for seven years, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. We’re the only apartments in the city with two stunning rooftop pools that sit on top of the roof, soaring above the skyline and offering the best views in Atlanta. The pools alone feel like a luxury resort perched in the clouds. Micki is an incredible concierge, always welcoming you with a beautiful smile. The entire concierge and leasing team is amazing as well, including Miranda, Paris, Brittany, and Raivane. Atlantic House truly feels like family.

Atlantic House is a hidden gem in midtown. The 9th floor tennis court is an extremely unique amenity and the rooftop gym recently had a refresh with new flooring. After living here for over 3 years and in 2 different apartments, I would highly recommend Atlantic House to those looking for beautiful city views, high quality amenities, cement construction which means better noise insulation, and also for the kind and pleasant service by the team at the leasing office. Special shoutout to the manager Brittany who has delivered above and beyond levels of service and courtesy.

Residing at Atlantic House Midtown for over four years has been a remarkable journey that genuinely feels like home. The building itself is a hidden gem, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional concierge and office team—they are the heart and soul of this community. Their warm smiles, unwavering reliability, and genuine dedication to the residents create an inviting atmosphere that transforms ordinary living into a dynamic and engaging lifestyle. This level of heartfelt care and consistent support is a rare treasure amidst the hustle and bustle of ATL Midtown, and it fills me with pride to call this place home, knowing I am part of such a unique and vibrant community.

Both Raivane & Miranda are super sweet , always answers my question or concerns… even if they may not have the answer right away they’ll definitely do their best to help! It’s super important to feel like you have people in your leasing office who care and I can actually say they care Atlantic house has been my home for a while now and it’s a great building nothing bad to say at all. :)

Wonderful apartment complex with lots of amenities. Spent a long weekend in midtown and this location was close to everything. The views were incredible and there was so much to do and see near by. The apartment was very quiet, spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Barbara (AHI corporate housing) for making our stay so enjoyable.

I moved out of Atlantic House on July 15th, 2025, which is now 3.5 months ago. Management said I would be refunded my entire security deposit, but they still have not refunded it. They also have not answered my emails for the past 2 months about this issue. I am left with no other option than to pursue legal action. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism, communication, and effectiveness is all consistent with my prior experience dealing with the Atlantic House and Willow Bridge management.

Rented an air bnb here and it's centrally located near a ton of great things. Lgbt area and clubs are literally walking distance. A Whole Foods on one corner and the amazing ramen (e-ramen) on another corner. The front desk staff was friendly and spoke each time we walked by. I felt really safe here and would stay here again

This was a fantastic place to live. The staff is incredible from the leasing office to the concierge to maintenance, every single interaction I had with them was positive. The apartment itself is fantastic as well. Gorgeous city views, the amenities are great, and having two rooftop pools is rare to find. Highly recommend.

I want to clarify that I don't live here yet or have yet to even apply for an apartment--this review is solely based on my experience with touring. I am moving from NYC to Atlanta during a pandemic so obviously touring for a new apartment is not the easiest task. I'd like to specify that I actually manage an entire leasing department so I am very critical about the way a touring process takes place. I worked with Paris--we were emailing back and forth, I gave her a list of all of my crazy specific requests, we ended up chatting on the phone and then FaceTiming so I can see the apt layout. She was super professional and found exactly what I'm looking for. She made the process of moving feel a little less stressful and for that I'm pretty grateful. I don't often write reviews here but I felt that Paris would be shouted out here! Thank you!

Jason Clark London This is my second lease term here at Atlantic House and one of the main reasons i decided to remain on the property is because of the amazing staff Brandon is very professional and informative when it comes to the building operations as well as Ronda, Johnathan and all of the other shift concierges. I enjoy living in the building also because of some of the great neighbors i have met. I would highly recommend this property as I have had no real issues thus far that couldn't be handled or addressed in and timely manner!

don't move here place sucks the elevators are trash u either get stuck in them or they barley move.....neighbors bitch to much abt nun don't move here garage spot go spend your hard earned cash elsewhere

I lived here for two years, and am moving out shortly (just because work is taking me to a new city). I loved this place. Pros: - Staff is wonderful. Friendly, fun, professional, all that. I only had one maintenance issue, but it was handled well. - Location is great -- short walk to the MARTA stop and in the midst of a lot of fun bars, restaurants, etc. - The building is amazingly well insulated from neighbor noise. A few times I could clearly hear music/whatever in the hallway that totally disappeared once I entered my apartment. - As everyone says, the amenities are ridiculous. In particular, very high-quality gym. Cons: - There was ongoing construction almost the entire time I was there, and it was not fun waking up at 7am every day to construction noise. This should be temporary but could affect you if you're looking at a short-term rental. It's on the south side of the building, so it might be better if you get one of the apartments with a north-facing balcony. Maybe Pro Maybe Con: - This is a very dog-friendly place. I liked this because I enjoy petting friendly dogs in the elevator, but if you dislike dogs or are allergic or something, that would be a reason to go elsewhere.

Let me just say, the leasing office management team is by far one of the most helpful, friendly, efficient and caring I've ever experienced.. Especially Lidia.. I pray Lincoln Properties know that they have one of the best in Lidia! Rhonda and Brandon at concierge desk make living here a dream day to day! The maintenance staff are some of the best I've ever experienced in my time renting. There is a review just posted this month about how the staff stole ones stuff and blah blah.. I can tell you that review is absolutely false.. The people that work here in the building are absolutely 100% professionals.. don't listen to that nonsense! The amenities are first class Only thing I would have to point out is that the parking garage doors into resident entrance have been broke, malfunctioning a lot.. safety is one of the reasons I choose to live in completely controlled/secured access buildings.. the gates and the garage I believe are managed by another company and they are having issues with parts or whatever the case.. they need to get it together.. Building management have been on top of the parking company and are just as frustrated as we all are.. but I know Kevin, property manager is working diligently to get it fixed I would absolutely recommend this building to anyone!!

So excited to move in! Came in for a tour the other day and Stephen did an awesome job showing me around and helping me go through my options for which unit I would want to live in. Overall, had a pleasant experience- keep up the good work!

do not i repeat do not live here the staff / management goes into your apartment without permission and steal things ive recently had this done to me the real manager has no clue of the operation their running when he's out of the office they need to be under investigation I'm sure it's more illegal things going on and their excuse is "Private Property" they stole everything out of my apartment its a private property so they think they can get away with things !!!!!!!! be aware of Brandon black guy he works front desk Ronda black short hair cut !!! Front desk and the skinny tall black one on the far right hand side in the office they stole over 200K worth of designer electronics Jewlery this is the worst property and I'm not the only one this has been done to please do your research

The building has went downhill this year. Their policy is that this is a non-smoking building, but I can smell weed everyday when I get into the hall and the management is not doing anything about it. Has to move out early and throw away my rent (of course they are not going to let me terminate early). My neighbor has been play loud music to 2-3 AM every weekend night for months, and smoking weed on daily basis. I complaints to the management for months, and they said that they would send their "courtesy officer" to talk to them. And I just found out that they never had that person and they sent no one. For months that we have been suffering and they ever did was sending my neighbor an email. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you a regular person that want to enjoy quiet and smoke-free home, go somewhere else. Plenty of other apartment with the money you are paying.

I and my wife just moved out of Atlantic House, to live in Los Angeles. If it weren't for that, we'd still be there. We spent a year and a half living there and couldn't have been happier with the property. The maintenance staff are prompt and attentive, the leasing staff and concierge are helpful and friendly, the location is great, and the amenities are excellent. They're hooked up with Gigamonster as well, so $60 per month, 1gbps internet, no contract, is available.

First of all, the photos are amazing on line. The building is right across from Whole Foods flagship store. The location is impeccable. The phone call to schedule the tour was quick and easy, not super friendly but it wasn't difficult. Now to the tour. No one in the leashing office wears a mask. There are cones preventing you to get too close to the concierge. It looks like a huge mess. The front staff were arranging books when we arrived, but they did not greet us. They were joking with each other for about ten minutes before they greeted us. We received the keyfob for the private tour without the agent and we were on our way. There were signs reminding everyone to stay socially distanced. Most of the residents come in and out without their masks on. The sign in the elevator says " two people or one household allowed in the elevator, keep 6 ft apart" okay, the sigh is clear right? The elevator stopped and five guys tried to come in while none had their masks on. I said oh wait, but the guy lashed out. He shouted: oh wait? Who do you think you are? Oh wait? Watch your mouth!! That is just a suggestion! (The sign) it was overall an overwhelming disturbing experience. I don't know if it would've made a different if the leashing agent was with us. But again, the agents don't wear masks. The company sends the message that the pandemic is a joke and safety precautions are just well, a suggestion.

Very poor customer service!!!! They don't care about their future or current residents. Leasing agents are lousy and extremely not pressional and keep making random mistakes thoughout the application process. When they "promise" they will send you a document, guess what, nothing after a week and five calls a day. Extremely frustrating experience when sign the lease. My lease document isn't ready THE DAY BEFORE my move date. Ridiculous, will not stay after one year lease.

Love! Love! Love!!! Moved in recently and I absolutely love it! I had a minor maintenance issue Saturday evening and they came within minutes and took care of the issue in less than 5 minutes! A+++ Stephen and Rachyl in the office are also excellent to deal with! Very happy to be here!

I've lived in 11 different places in the last 15 years and can say without hesitation that Atlantic House is the best place I've ever lived (have been living here for 5+ months). The location is top notch - two blocks from the Arts Center MARTA station and TONS of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, the staff in the building are incredible - maintenance is freakishly responsive (things are, literally, fixed within hours of submitting an online work order), the leasing office houses some of the nicest/most fun people in Atlanta, and there is always a friendly and helpful face behind the front desk. Everybody mentions the amenities at this building because, duh, they're ridiculous - a dog walk, tennis courts, and awesome grilling stations on the 9th floor, not to mention everything going on on the 32nd floor - so I won't go on and on about those. The apartments are great. Washer and dryer in every unit (and they're actually a really nice stacked set that actually wash and dry your clothes and have a lot of settings), so you don't have to go to a shared laundry facility. Huge "farm" style stainless sinks. Granite in the kitchen and bathrooms. All of the other things that you want in an apartment. The biggest pro that I will give Atlantic House is that it is remarkably quiet for a huge apartment building in the middle of Midtown. Every once in a while you'll hear your neighbors, but it's very rare with the giant concrete floors/ceilings/walls all around you. The units also seem to be pretty sound proof from outside sounds, as well. Do you hear some of the construction? Yes. Is the sound significantly dampened but the windows and walls? Yes. Stepping from the apartment onto the balcony is sometimes shocking how loud it is outside, but inside you don't hear the road noise or any of the other ambient city noise (obviously still hear sirens and car horns, it's the middle of the city). I mentioned it earlier in this review, but I want to highlight the facilities staff. They really are absolutely incredible. Things on this property work when you need them to work and if they don't, they get fixed FAST. The common grounds are clean and well maintained, the landscaping around the property is beautiful, the grills are cleaned and always have gas, the pillows are perfectly situation on the couches by the pools, every little thing is always in place and it makes a huge difference. Anything that needs repair in your unit is always fixed very quickly, and if it's something they can't fix in that visit, they actually come back and fix it with whatever additional item/person they needed to procure in a timely manner. I also trust the maintenance staff implicitly to come into my unoccupied home and fix things, which is not a feeling I've had in other places. I could go on and on about how much I love living here. Is it the cheapest place in Midtown? Nope, but you get what you pay for and then some. Absolutely wonderful place to live.

I have lived at Atlantic House for 2 months and the staff is great, attentive and very professional. The fit and finish in the apartments is top notch plus it is so very quiet. Add the tremendous location and views and you have a 5 star living arrangement.

We have lived in this beautiful new high-rise for about six weeks. While our maintenance concerns have been minimal, there have been some minor issues that are to be expected in a building that has only been occupied for six months. This five star review is for the Atlantic House engineering team. They consistently respond to and resolve our requests within hours. They are professional, polite, and efficient. Great work, gentlemen!

The best part is the employees. They are so accommodating, they understand my special needs and do whatever is necessary to help. The residents are very down to earth, unlike other sky rises I've been in. Everyone I have met is humble, and a good number own a rescue mutt instead of an award winning purebred, which I know sounds silly, but it tells me something about a person's character when they care more about an animal than it's pedigrees.

I love living here so far! The staff is amazing, the perks are fantastic, and you can't beat the views. Especially if you're thinking of moving to the city from another location, Atlantic House should definitely be on your list.

I recently moved here from Chicago with some pretty high expectations of any building I'd potentially be moving into. After looking at countless buildings I came across Atlantic House and I was instantly sold. The staff in the leasing office was so friendly, informative, caring and willing to help coordinate a smooth move for me. The amenities are top notch, parking is a breeze and the location is everything! I'm so happy I chose Atlantic House! I highly recommend this building if you're looking for highrise living in Atlanta.

I gotta say that the staff at Atlantic House is amazing. I just moved to Atlanta about two months ago and so far it has been one of the best times ever. You guys are always there to address any concerns I have with a smile in your face and I appreciate that. Keep it up!

I would like to start off stating that I rarely write reviews. Literally Ever. In this instance I felt that it was important to let you all know how wonderful this place has been to live. I moved to Atlanta from Florida and hated the city before moving to Atlantic house. I've lived here for 8 months now. I think it would be too obvious to just state that the building is beautiful and amenities are top notch since it's one of the newest buildings in midtown. The pool, gym, business center, club room, etc. are beautiful and always spotless. The response to maintenance calls has always been quick. But it goes well beyond that- **The staff is amazing**. Always greeting you with a smile and always helping with anything we need. Their personalities are actually what triggered me to sign the lease not the building. They are empathetic to your needs and build a relationship you can trust. They make an effort to entertain the tenants for monthly occasions too! I could see myself actually living in a community like this. I live alone and could not feel safer anywhere else. I'm a huge fan of walking around, exploring and checking out new places. This is the perfect spot with Peidmont park, plenty of restaurants and bars only a block or two away. Everything I need is literally walking distance. Kudos to this spot and their management team.
