Atlantica Imperial Resort and Spa

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I mourned coming home from this holiday and leaving the hotel! ||The staff are very friendly and helpful, room was spotlessly clean, food was delicious, hotel buffet had lots of choice. One evening it was a bit busy but it was more to do with other guests dithering and taking ages to choose food, causing a queue. Lots of choice and different stations for the buffet. We ate a couple of days at the street food bar for lunch, both days were good. We also ate a La carte and Ginger and the Greek restaurant, both excellent but the Greek was better food. ||We had the beach front swim up rooms and by far the best thing was having our own reserved sunbeds in front of our swim up pools overlooking the sea. No rush for sunbeds as we knew they were waiting for us. I think all hotels should do this, makes for a relaxing holiday and actually this is what made the difference from a great holiday to a perfect holiday! ||We ate breakfast at the residence each day and this was lovely food and great service. ||Couldn’t fault this hotel, great staff, great food, great weather and a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I would definitely return!

We had a Fantastic 2 weeks Holiday in September at this hotel and everything was beyond what we imagined and we felt so looked after and spoiled! We even got an upgrade to “red carpet “ and it was so dreamy! Is such a magical place and everything looks amazing ,pool loungers,sea view ,rooms,food. There are so many places to relax,eat ,drink that you could literally spend your whole holiday just inside the resort.The food was very good and the drinks especially cocktails were amazing! All the staff was super nice and helpful. We also had an intimate setup for our legal ceremony here and everything was fantastic and very well planned! Many many many thanks to Maria Stamoulou who was our planner and for everything she did for us and for her patience and understanding with everything! Would definitely go again and recommend!

Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. This is an adults-only hotel and very calm and relaxing.||The staff were friendly and helpful and always said hello. Our room was a premium room with a balcony and sea view, which was great to wake up to each morning.||The pool area was lovely and easy to get a sunbed. We used the spa once and it was very relaxing.||Overall we had a great stay and would happily come back.

Stayed here at this beautiful hotel in September for 2 weeks and wow we were so impressed with everything. Easily the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The extra touches in every department make this very worthy of its 5 stars. The food and main restaurant served wonderful food throughout our stay and we also had a complimentary visit to the modern Greek restaurant which was outstanding. Room was extremely spacious and we had the best sea view and the maid kept it cleaned to a high standard every day. All the staff everywhere were absolutely wonderful and attentive. Special mention to Andreus, Orsey, Anastasia and Soozanne as they were extremely friendly to us and went out of their way to look after me with my pink gin😁. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for location, facilities, staff, food and everything else about it. Many many thanks to you all for a great stay.

🌟 Outstanding Stay at Atlantica Imperial Residences, Rhodes 🌟 Dear future guests, dear Atlantica Team, and dear Management, After recovering from an illness, my partner and I chose Atlantica Imperial as the perfect place to relax and restore our energy. Initially, we stayed in room 1021, but due to some early morning and evening noise (from stage performances and cleaning trolleys), the Management kindly upgraded us to the Residences — and it was absolutely worth it! Our new accommodation was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed across two floors. From the bed, we could see the sea, and our private terrace with its own pool offered a breathtaking view. Since the hotel faces east, we enjoyed sunshine from morning until afternoon — the perfect setting to unwind completely. For those who don’t know: the beach sunbeds are available to everyone, while the lawn area sunbeds belong to the adjoining suites (we only learned this from another lovely couple we met there). The minibar was always fully stocked and we truly felt at home in our apartment. From that point on, we slept peacefully and could fully recharge! A special highlight for us was the exceptional breakfast. The breakfast managerin (Miss Kiki) and her team went above and beyond every single day — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We often lingered until late morning, enjoying the generous variety and relaxed atmosphere. Dinner in the main restaurant was equally impressive: a wide selection ranging from vegetarian dishes to meat, fresh fruits, and a wonderful dessert buffet. Every station was constantly replenished, the staff were attentive, and even warm plates were always available — a detail we greatly appreciated. We will definitely return and now that we know, we’ll be booking the Residences — peace and restful sleep are priceless to us. Finally, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Atlantica team and Gina - from TUI!! for their immediate support and kindness throughout our stay. A wonderful stay at a beautiful adults-only hotel. If you are looking for peace and a more upscale atmosphere, this is the perfect place. The rooms are stunning – we had a swim-up room and were very happy with it. The hotel mainly caters to German and English guests. The private beach is also beautiful, though you should expect some outside visitors, including families with children. However, this did not really bother us. The gym at the Atlantica Residency across the street can be used as well and is perfectly sufficient for a holiday workout.

We’ve just returned from a week at this hotel, on a half board basis, and we found everything to be wonderful.|Fabulous room with a sea view, stocked on arrival with sandwiches, water and wine - much appreciated. Water was re-stocked daily. |We thought the restaurant was great, both for breakfast and dinner, with lots of choice, catering for all needs.|The pool area was lovely, loads of space, and no mad rush for a lounger. We went down around 10:30 -11:00 and a choice of where we wanted to be, which yes, it’s October but there were lots of empty loungers so don’t think this would be an issue in the height of summer. |We also made use of the indoor pool, again fab for doing a proper swim and my partner used the gym a couple of times.|The only very slight negative is the cost to extend your room for a late checkout, €200! However, we were offered, and used a courtesy room and able to use a voucher at a different food service as we would not be around for the evening meal.|I completely understand why people return to this hotel time and time again, in fact we will probably go again next year.

We stayed in a Residences swim up duplex for the last week of the season. ||Our room was very clean, comfortable, and the view across the bay was stunning. ||We enjoyed a delicious a la carte breakfast for three mornings in the Blu Bay Restaurant - the food options and waiting staff were all superb. ||However, the hotel management then closed this restaurant due to it being the ‘end of season’…this was such a shame. ||We also enjoyed cocktails each evening in the Sky Bar, plus wonderful meals in the a la carte restaurants, and also daily snacks from the Grab and Go food bar…until the management shut each one early due to it being the ‘end of season’. ||This meant our options for food and drink became very limited. This was very disappointing given we had paid full price for our week! ||Surely the season ends when the final week is completed not part way through it? ||I have since seen that a fellow reviewer left this exact message this time last year to which the management replied saying they would consider the comments made…clearly, the management has no intention in altering their thinking! So if you book the last week of the season then don’t expect the full range of services but do expect to pay a full price. ||As a result of the reduced opportunities available to us during our week, we will not be returning.
