Atlas Brew Works & Andy's Pizza Carlyle Crossing

Bingo night is soooo fun omg! Love andy’s pizza and Atlas brew menu is pretty good! The bingo host was not as energetic or exciting as other hosts are. she took her time calling out numbers and even slowed down on the last rounds. Made us want to leave with how slow rolling things went. We stayed until the end regardless. She made the same joke three times and no other jokes. Not a big deal but wasnt much entertainment aside from the tvs I will say Andy’s chicken tenders were mid at best. So much seasoning but still tasted dry and bland? Wish the fries had more salt, or salt at all honestly. My fault for ordering chicken at a pizza place haha. I do love their white pizza though, all the pizzas are delicious We spentat least $50 overall. I think 4-5 slices, chicken tenders, and 2-3 beers

We stopped into Atlas Brew Works and enjoyed several of their beers. The taproom is in a brightly lit modern space with lots of brushed aluminum surfaces.. It was crowded and the acoustics weren't great, which resulted in a high amount of noise. There is also a pizza making operation as part of the same business. We did not try the pizza, while most of the customers did have pizza at their table. Ordering beer here is by mobile phone based on menus that are brought up by scanning a QR code and then paying by phone. This process was efficient as every time we used it, the beer arrived quickly. The reason we came here was to try the beer though, and the beers were all very good. Our favorite was the Waimea River IPA. We started out by ordering flights which gave us the opportunity to try most of the styles available on the menu. We plan to return to Atlas Brew Works and try the Andy's Pizza here the next time. We now know how good the beer is here.

Atlas and its crew is amazing! They did a great job with our order! The atmosphere was inviting the pizza was good too! We definitely will be back. Also try the strawberry lemonade

We recently ordered the Whole Buffalo Crispy Chicken Pizza from this place and it was absolutely delicious! The pizza was full of flavor — crispy chicken, just the right amount of buffalo sauce, and we even added some Caesar dressing on top, which made it even better. The restaurant itself was really nice and had a great vibe. The only small downside was that the music was a bit too loud, which made it hard to have a conversation. But honestly, aside from that, everything else was amazing — from the food to the service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A fantastic new addition to Hoffman center - Andy’s is an establishment and crossing it with beer from Atlas is a great collab. Hot honey pepperoni is FIRE - topped with two blobs of burrata seals the deal for me. Definitely pricier than the original but worth the experience with friends. OVERALL - fun atmosphere and great pies!

Honestly the best pizza I’ve found in Nova. This is coming from a New Englander (New Haven style is still GOAT) The beer selection is good, and a flight and taser is a good way drink around their menu.

I've been looking for this pizza for 15 years and I found it! I'm from NJ and our pizza standards are high. Andy's delivers on every level. The brewery attached is a huge added bonus. The staff is amazing. 100 out of 100. ✅️

Pizza: A very well developed dough fired to perfection. I had to stop myself after two slices but I will be back for more. The Buratta slice was excellent but even the simpler mushroom and caramelized onion slice was delicious. They manage a very nice balance of adequately (lightly) salted dough and slightly under salted toppings. Beer: I was expecting more expressive beers, more depth, more funk, and more flavor. All beers were good, somehow in style, and quite frankly enjoyable, but ask me tomorrow and I couldn't describe the flavor profile. All in all a solid five star when you go with family, friends, or colleagues, but if I would go by myself it would be a 4 stars

The atmosphere here was upbeat and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hostess greeted us warmly, setting the tone for a great experience. We enjoyed some delicious pizza paired with a flight from Atlas Brewing -- the combo was perfect! The space felt family-friendly and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy good food and drinks. Overall, just a fun and inviting place all around!

Had the sampler pizza here, honestly the cheese and mushroom pizzas were my favorite! Would highly recommend the sampler so you can try each type of pizza you'd like

Food and atmosphere were amazing! Pepperoni special was divine, but they had a wide variety of selections that would be great for many a persons. Ton of beer options and if you can't decide the flight is always a great choice. Definitely coming back to Atlas!

My favorite pizza in the DMV. The Pepperoni Special with hot honey, burrata, and basil is so incredibly good. We ordered a full pizza and it was done in ~15 minutes which was really impressive considering it was a busy Friday night. There's seating inside the brewery and outside so it's nice to go after seeing a movie!

Came here for a quick bite, so I can't speak directly for the beers. I ordered a slice of the margherite pizza. It was cooked onto a thin crispy crust. The sauce and basil were fresh. Not the best pizza flavor wise, but it was decent for a snack. Overall, the service was pretty good as well.

Came in to pass some time while waiting for my daughter to get her hair done. I found it odd that there are multiple pizza shops in close proximity but this one was connected to Atlas and had quite a bit of outdoor seating. We got a #3 which was a good deal. We both got pepperoni which was so good. Crust was crisp but still doughy. The old bay wings were seasoned just right and came straight from the fryer. I only wished they had BBQ sauce to dip them in. Worth a stop if you are in the area

Poor quality pizza slice (carnivore, special w/hot honey, and burrata cheese). I had an inconsistent experience from the store in DC and North Potomac. Poor customer service unwilling to rectify obvious issue with quality. Smug matter of fact response from the staff and Manager Max. Background: I have fallen in love with Andy's based on my experience at the DC store. Who knew a 3 scoops of special cheese would be enough to get me to pay three dollars more? And everywhere I go I expect the same experience. At the Alexandria store, you pay three dollars for burratta cheese and you get a single scoop. At the DC store, you get three scoops. I raised the discrepancy. And even showed them pictures from the Andy site on the menu where they show a single slice with three scoops of cheese. Even still the manager, Max said "well sorry. we only give one scoop." And was willing to give me my money back rather they give me two scoops. Which I would say is a poor business decision because now you have to throw out $26.64 worth of food, trying to say two scoops of cheese. And that is why I say it's also poor customer service. Who would be so insistent on sticking to their guns as to waste the food as well as create a poor customer service experience. I'm not sure I'm committed to Andy's nor will I recommend them to friends as I previously had. this is put a poor taste in my mouth, and that's less about Cheese and more about unsavory customer service. If Andy's wants to continue to see their businesses, thrive, consistency will be necessary

Can't go wrong with Andy's Pizzq! I was happy to learn about this location, open roughly 9months now! I was tired of driving to the location in (Main St) Old Town. No parking and always congested. This location has a lot more to offer on top of exceptional pizza. There is Atlas Brew Works, a bar set up with TV's and a game area. The location is huge. Parking hasn't been a problem for me as I always luck up on the street outside the establishment. There is a parking garage as well because Andy's faces the backside of the AMC theater at Hoffman.There is also a parking garage with access on both sides of Wegmans Carlyle- Alexandria. Stopped by Andy's Pizza for a quick bite and had a couple slices with a cold Coke. The pizza was solid--crispy crust, good sauce-to-cheese ratio, and served hot and fresh. Great spot if you're looking for a no-fuss, satisfying slice.

Great lunch deal here for some delightful pizza but the also...a bucket of lemonade. Freshly squeezed and it was so enjoyable. I ended up re-using for water the rest of the day. The pizza is hard to beat.

After an evening on U street, this is a great spot for a quick slice of pizza. Plenty seating out back and staff is fast. I've eaten here several times after or before shows at the 930 club. Worth a stop.

We enjoyed the pizza it was fresh and great taste. Thinner crust as we prefer but the lemonade was very sour and would not order it next time. Also wish they would call out order numbers as our pizza was just sitting there while we waited.

The pizza is very good, large by the slice pieces. We also got Caesar salads and they are nothing special - croutons are very hard, parmesan is powdered (not shredded) and dressing is in a plastic container. All served in a to-go container with plastic forks and knives even though we were eating in. (Minus points for those) The pizza is counter service on paper plates, but that's not such a horrible thing. The place is in a nice newer development with plenty of street and garage parking. The restaurant is clean, high ceilings, TVs showing sports, and a small arcade area. There is a variety of seating options- at the bar, high-top tables, and cushioned booths. Big plus that there are a number of single restrooms, gender neutral. Atlas beer is the highlight, and the brewing tanks are all around. I recommend for a slice and a beer before or after a movie nearby. Just don't expect super-attentive service.

Pizza was so good! The beer was great too, and we were able to watch the football game while we ate. Overall, such a great place!

I recently had the opportunity to try Andy's NY style pizza, at their new location off Mandeville ln. I must say that my experience was quite underwhelming. While there were a few positive aspects, such as the gracias toppings and the overall appearance of the pizza, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that left me disappointed. Firstly, the crust of the pizza was a major letdown. It had a burnt flavor and a slightly unpleasant texture, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the pizza. The burnt crust not only affected the taste but also made it difficult to fully appreciate the other ingredients. It was disappointing to find such a prominent flaw in an otherwise promising pizza. Furthermore, the flavor of the pizza was forgettable. Despite the toppings, the overall taste failed to leave a lasting impression. The combination of the burnt crust and the lackluster flavor made it difficult to fully enjoy the pizza and left me feeling unsatisfied. While I understand that taste preferences can vary, I found Andy's pizza to be a disappointment. The unpleasant burnt crust and forgettable flavor were significant drawbacks that overshadowed any positive aspects of the pizza. Service on the other hand was pleasant and quick. Since this location opened a few weeks ago, the interior is a cool vibe. Maybe, I'll give this location another go in the near future in hopes the crust/flavor is improved.

Have had Andy's pizza at other locations and it has not been as fresh and tasty as at this one. The slices were no reheated, and you could still see the fluffiness of the burrata sitting on the pizza. Place was clean, staff were friendly and attentive. Need to be back for their pizza wings and salads. Waiting to have you sell t-shirts soon. Highly recommended!

Good with a 2 slice. One as buffalo chicken. Not overly spicy but good heat. Helpful and personable worker taking my order. Saw pizza dough getting tossed in air plus a sports bar aesthetic. Has an arcade setup and lots of space

Not much of a beer girl but I will come to Atlas for some Andy's Pizza. Super quick to go in and get a slice. Makes it easy for those who need a quick bite as well. Most of their pizzas are laid out and they warm it up right in front of you. Big fan of their pepperoni slice. I also did not get the name of this slice with pork on it but whatever it was, get it! Super delicious. Great place for families to come. Even if you're not into drinking beer, come for the pizza!!

Place is good but they are dumb. They get busy on Friday and Saturday and immediately close for any online orders. You call and it's so loud, they can't even hear you. The person is yelling, "it'll be a 45 minute wait." That's fine! Let me freaking order online. If you can't hear me, I'm not going to come in and order and sit there for an hour. Fix your process man.

I tried Andy's @ Atlas twice for good measure. It's safe to say that Andy's is fine, but not great. I had two slices on two occasions: the margarita and the buffalo chicken options. I also tried the chicken tenders. The good news is, I like the patio seating outdoors, the bad news is that the food is forgettable. However -- this place just opened, so perhaps flavor issues can be chalked up to that. Because it's dog friendly outside, I'm giving it an extra star. I'll revisit this review soon to check in on the food.

Really good location and the pizza is good. Nice to be able to grab a quick slice when in a hurry or relax with an Atlas beer. Ask about the specials.

Andy's got some good pizza....per slice I mean. Ain't nobody got it like Andy, I'll tell you that much, I'll tell you that much right now. Andy's pizza so good, I only had one slice. S*** set me off, I'm telling you it did. Not much grease, just the right amount of everything. Well, not really, what was good about it was you could buy a slice, but that's pretty much it, right? You get a slice you pay a slice, right? Well I'm off to the next slice, tired of Andy anyways. Peace, deuce or whateva!

Pizza was solid and at a good price point. Beer was pretty underwhelming and not worth bringing home. Place is nice and big with nice staff.

If you are looking for a quick pizza bite at a reasonable price, Andy's is it! Can't go wrong with 2 slices - $10! Thanks to Saad for always providing quick service! They also house their own brewery... so if you're looking for a good atmosphere to watch sports and drink beer.. this place is it! Great size bar and seating... even have a few video games in the back!

Andys Pizza is located within Atlas at Carlyle Crossing, offering a perfect pairing of beer + pizza. Andys offers starters, salads, slices, full pies, and speciality pies. They have slices ready to go and heat up on site. Service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend the Pepperoni Special!

Like all Andy's, the pizza was amazing. Truly is the best in the area. But the service -- wow. I ordered online and the site told me it'd be ready at 7:15pm. I got there at 7:20. And got my pizza at 7:55. Now it was a Friday night and beautiful weather and the beer garden was full, so that probably overwhelmed them, but they need to factor that into their ordering system.

Update: I went back recently and the pizza was not floppy this time and was crispy and absolutely delicious... and I joined the beer club at Atlas so I will be going back there again soon ;)

Food was amazing and the service was fast! The ambiance of the place is very pleasant and it's kid friendly! The perfect place to have eat, drink and have fun!

Crust is crunchy and pizza is delicious all combos are decently priced and offer a variety of options.

I've been coming here for a hot minute and one of my biggest take aways is how fantastic the staff are. Saad is consistently one of the reasons I continue to return. He makes sure to not only treat his customers with respect, but does a great job taking care of them as well. All the stars to this company for hiring the right people.

The crust is next level. They need to do crust sticks with some dipping sauce. Slices are quite large and delicious. I got the pepperoni special and it was great. Large fresh basil pieces and a good heaping scoop of burrata. I tried my dad's mushroom and onion and it was a great white sauce. I highly suggest multiple different slices to try.

They do not honor online orders. I recently went to pick up an online order and my order was 30 minutes behind. The staff was not apologetic, and they were still taking orders despite not fulfilling the orders they already had. Ver disappointed with the service.

This rating is not about Andy's pizza but the GrubHub driver and Yelp ordering. I ordered a pizza around 5 PM with an estimated 30-45 delivery time. I waited until 6:30 thinking maybe there was traffic - oh and I live less than a 1/2 mile from the business. I was specific about the delivery driver calling my cell so I could buzz him/her in and they could bring the Pie to my door. In fact, I clicked that I'd Tip in Cash to hopefully ensure the driver would come up and not leave my pie at the desk in the lobby. at 6:35 PM I call grubhub to be notified the pie had been delivered an hour ago - there was no call - there was no knock on my door - and thankfully there was no tip provided in advance, I might have spit in my pizza but I'll never know. I called grub hub who said there was nothing they could do but say they were sorry - yet they employ and pay the drivers - I promise Grub Hub will never be used again to order food. And for the driver who let my pizza get cold - Thank you for Nothing!

Best pizza in town!! We get Andy's every Friday night. The large half cheese half pepp is perfect. Juicy crispy pepperonis, just the right about of cheese, large thin crust NY style slices, and my favorite part is the crust. It's fluffy and not too chewy but has that little pull apart effect you want. We also get a fresh lemonade and/or craft beer depending on the mood! Love you Andy's!

Andy's is one of the better NY style pizzas in the area. Service is always good. Everyone appreciates a by the slice spot!
