Has a large selection of wine, otherwise average. They ID everyone. Not that there is anything wrong with it, just be aware they are super vigilant on the ID thing.

Every time I walk in their doors I am greeted politely. When shopping, I am always encountered with a smile asking if I need help. Their shelves are filled with a large variety of local brews as well as wines and spirits to satisfy everyone's taste. I highly recommend this establishment.

Went there Sunday before memorial day. Wanted a box of truly berry. The front counter guy more heavy set was very helpful but I was followed through the store by an older shorter guy and I confronted him by the coolers after not being able to find the berry pack. He insisted that's not a thing and litterally gaslit me about it. The cashier went in the main cooler and found some for me. Thank you sir.

What a jerk !!! I used to buy a lot here, but never again. After cleaning out my car, I had a bunch of change, thought I need alcohol, why not. Mind you, I had bills, in fact the smallest bill I had was a $10. After the change, I owed $7, they had to give me back $3. The nice lady was helping me, then the jerk came over to “help”. He wasn’t. Almost told me I couldn’t, but then asked her if she counted it all, told her how to put it in so he could verify basic math… Then as he was walking away told her “when there’s a line, we can’t take that much change”. First, since when would a business refuse legal currency? Second, it was only 8 pennies, so wasn’t some ignorant statement or anything. Third, there was no line when I walked up, I purposely waited for others to check out. Fourth, sorry he had to open the other register while she helped me. Fifth, this whole thing took 4-5 minutes. Did I mention what a jerk ??? Next time I will just go somewhere else, like this is the only liquor store ??? Nice job losing a customer over some change.

I stopped here searching specifically for a local beer which they didn't carry. However, the staff was friendly and aside from the beer I was looking for, their selection looked to be outstanding. I'm especially happy to see a shelf of soju, makolay and Mead spirits you don't normally see a dedicated shelf for.

Just didn't appreciate they way the gentleman working treated me. It seems he had his mind made up the second I walked in and treated me as such. He asked me to leave my purse at the register. Which was absolutely fine, I obliged, dropped my bag down and went about shopping. Grabbed some bloody Mary mix and went to the counter. He couldn't be bothered to hand me my bag back, so I had to walk around the counter and back to retrieve it. I got IDed, over bloody Mary mix and he put it in a paper bag. Didn't bother telling me my total, didn't offer me a receipt. I have absolutely no idea what I paid for this bottle of bloody Mary mix, but my partner got to laugh at me when I handed it to them in the paper bag. Now I know why this is only her third choice of local liquor stores.

Not a bad selection, but comical policy of everyone needing an id. I was there with a friend who was picking up some beer and apparently everyone needs an id, even though I'm clearly old enough at 49 with graying hair and practically need my reading glasses to write this. And if I wasn't old enough, I probably wouldn't have gone in, duh. Pointless policy.Jerk guy made me leave the store. Just a laughable blanket policy, use your brain man.

Such rude and unhelpful staff. I have lived in the neighborhood a while and will drive out of it now to avoid giving them service. There are several other liquor stores less than a mile from this one with knowledgeable, helpful and kind staff that are willing to show basic customer service....word to the wise....go to any of those!!

Great place, great slection, and really great customer service. I would highly recommend it to any one. Will definitely be back again when in the area. Five stars for sure.

They lack respect for their customers. We took back a bottle of Rose from their grab and go chiller as it was aged 4 years. They refused to credit our money or exchange for a different bottle. Management became argumentative. We try to support local businesses but will not go back here. Total Wine would exchange this knowing full well you do not sell 4 year aged Rose' to wine discerning customers. Terrible service recovery. Thanks
