The best training experience I’ve ever had! Atomix is on another level – from the moment you walk in, the energy is electric and incredibly motivating. The trainers are fantastic, especially Kostas, who brings out the best in everyone with his passion, expertise, and positive attitude. The workouts are intense, perfectly structured, and always push me in the best way possible. Located right in the centre of the city, it's super convenient, and I honestly look forward to every session. The changing rooms are very well equipped, clean, and comfortable, which adds a lot to the overall experience. Plus, they offer complementary products that are super helpful before and after workouts. No matter how my day starts, I always leave happy after a workout here. Highly recommended to anyone serious about fitness, great energy, and excellent facilities!

Well, this is a great place! I trained with two different instructors and they each followed a slightly different approach - both good; so it is nice to see there isn’t a one-way-fits-all method but rather the instructors have some freedom to have fun and infuse their personalities into the workout they teach! My personal favourite was Maximilian, as it is quite an explosive mix, and especially because he actually is down in the trenches, doing all the exercises with you (not just telling you what to do and watching you while he rests), which to me was a strong positive! I can’t recommend Atomix enough. The trainers have been the key to me finally staying consistent with my workouts, and their patience has been incredible. At the start of the year, I couldn’t even run on the machine without holding on, and they never made me feel embarrassed or behind - just supported. Every session feels motivating, encouraging, and actually fun. I’ve seen real progress, not just in my fitness but in my confidence. If you’re looking for a place that meets you where you are and helps you become stronger, fitter, and more disciplined, this is it. Truly grateful for the team - they’ve made such a difference. All the trainers are great but if you are brand new I recommend Kostas as he’s very understanding and supportive as you get to grips with the workout. Also - best changing and shower facilities I’ve found in a Zurich workout class so far Thanks to all the Atomix team 😃

I live that ecerything is always cleaned after each session and there are always fresh towels. Shout out to Viola who is always so nice and helpful.

Great place, great workouts, great instructors and staff! For me the best workout in Zürich. I highly recommend stopping by if you like HIIT. Towels for the class, shower and even a cold wet towels after the workout are provided. In addition, you can buy freshly made protein shakes. Always leave feeling better than I turn up!

Good workouts, perfect location and set up. A reduction of one star is the too loud music. If participants need to wear earplugs for a workout, it's definitely too loud. In addition, some introduction at the beginning for beginners may be also a good idea.

Atomix is simply top-notch! As a client, I was impressed by the quality of training, the professional yet friendly staff, and the great communication. As a die-hard fan of Barry‘s Bootcamp, I am very happy we have something similar in Zurich. All trainers are great and very professional, amenities are also great. Workouts are definitely super intense.
