I’ve been a paying customer for a while and brought other people to spent more money than me there. So why when I bring you another customer your team says I’m banned from coming in? I wasn’t disrespectful, I didn’t make any returns, i didn’t cause any problems, I didn’t complain about your workers holding the discount and lying. Shout out to Robert at Atrium Valley Village! Each time I visit our neighborhood dispensary, Robert has offered quality customer service in helping me get the best deal when buying products. Atrium is located at the corner of Whitsett and Magnolia in Valley Village. There's plenty of street parking and also a free parking lot in the back. What stands out about this dispensary is the amount of the deals they offer! From the daily 15% discounts, BOGO, or goodie bags, I always get great deals. Atrium is a small dispensary but it's very modern and you're able to browse on your own since they allow one customer in at a time. There's a variety of different brands and the budtenders here are very outgoing!

The service here is outstanding! I came in looking for a hard to find product for my dog and not only did they have it, they had a lot of it in stock! I bought everything they had. I had been to the location in Woodland Hills, which is much bigger, but this is a pocket size location. It still suited what I needed. My husband has since been in and bought some flower that he was really pleased with. They have great deals for first timers; 30% off. Check out their sales on the last day of every month for even better deals.

Victor helped us and he was super awesome and knowledgeable! They have a lot of options including a lot of brands we love. We picked up some indica flower and a preroll and are super excited to try. This will be our new spot on Valley Village!

I've been here a few times and most of my experiences have been bad. their pricing is the highest out of every dispensary i've been to but there's a couple products that they sell that i'd have to drive really far to be able to get so I just bite the bullet and come here for them. after today, I think I have no issue driving though. I walked in to pick up a few drinks and the person who checked me in was giving an odd look to my license for a minute. after scanning it he says "no way your parents actually named you jezabelle. thats crazy thats actually your name" in a rude tone. I was in disbelief that a grown man was bullying me about my name. won't ever be coming back.

My experience was short lived. I didn't even get to make it in the door! The security guard, Josh, scanned my ID and tried to convince me it was fake. He was also very rude. I'm from Florida and moved here last year; I've had no issues at any other dispensaries before but Josh insisted it looked "sus." Then my friend went in for me and he said the budtender was also rude. Looking at other reviews it sounds like this place isn't in the right hands. I was exited because they carry a brand that only a few places have but I'm definitely never come back now.

The general manager, Ty, contacted me and made an effort to remedy the situation. I was offered a sincere apology. I am still not happy with the original salesperson, but perhaps he was having a bad day. I am updating my rating to neutral, and I will see how this establishment handles a future transaction.

Atrium Cannabis Delivery is fantastic! Ordering was easy, and the delivery was prompt and discreet. I tried the St Ides and it was fresh, potent, and exactly as described top-notch quality. The customer service was also excellent, quick to respond, and super helpful. If you need cannabis delivery, Atrium is it!

Surprised at how many stars this place has? It's terrible all around. 1 it's one of the most expensive clubs. They charge insane amounts for the same products other clubs charge less for. And 2, the service. It is so bad. At this location they only let one person into the club at a time and only have one worker ??? You have to sit and wait as if you're going in to get a massage. I'm not trying to spend 20 minutes waiting and discussing what I want. Just let me in quickly to buy. I only come here when I have no other choice / am in a rush / etc. terrible club.

Sooooo there are many people who truly enjoy writing reviews. I'm not one of them. EXCEPT when the review needs to be addressed, and in this case, it truly is, I had the pleasure to have Olivia as my bud tender , it's funny how someone can become your confident while only talking about a strain of weed and effect desired. She was very detailed about the answers to my questions and she truly seems to enjoy the beauty of cannabis. Now you may say that I'm biased (because yes, she has one of those radiant smile ) and you would be completely right, but that being said, I don't review on every cute girl I've seen in LA but at least this this one ( the lady and not the smile/ physics only) deserved to be written about. So thank you for being good at what you do because passion is impossible to teach, but so very enjoyable to watch.

Best weed and excellent customer service I highly recommend recommend this place and its location is closed to both Hollywood and the valley, the best part is you'll always find parking

First time going to this Valley Village location after going to the Topanga one for almost 2 years and had a very easy and great experience. Both locations are awesome, the staff at this location was awesome! Especially Adrian, he was great help today!

The only reason the Google ratings are so positive to begin with is because they give you a free pre-roll for leaving a five-star review. This place is stupidly equipped to see one customer at a time on most weekday evenings (I.e. rush hour time). As a result, they invariably have a cluster of people waiting in a holding area while one customer can take all the time they want. I only come here due to its proximity to where I live, but there's no doubt this place is poorly managed. After being a regular here for nearly two years, I'm done.

Stopped by the other day I'm almost done with my stuff I got a few items from atrium I'm amazed by their selection and pricing Adrian had recommended some products they were really good definitely going back for more his service was amazing he was patient showed me a few products and explained each one I was interested in. the inside is really cool lots of lighting well organized brands friendly service def would recommend.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They have products listed on their website that look completely different in person!! To which their manager says "the products don't look like the pictures on the website" which is absolutely ILLEGAL! Be careful here!! Scammy vibes!

Olivia and Tony hooked up it up on Thursday ! Real cool people and very good prices! I thought everything was good when I tried the weed. She even hooked me up with a free preroll at the ends of my order! Real Shit thank you Guys!
