We booked a tour from Miami to the Everglades with Attraction4Us. We had an official confirmation for our reservation for last Tuesday. On Monday, just one day before, they called us to say the tour was fully booked — despite our written confirmation. They offered to reschedule for Saturday (today), and we accepted, rearranging our entire travel plans.
This morning, we waited in our hotel lobby with our 5-year-old child for the pickup. Fifteen minutes past the agreed time, we called David Fernández, the person who had contacted us to change the date. He told me he would “try to speak to someone” to see if they could come and pick us up and that he would call me back. He never did.
I tried calling him 4 or 5 more times afterward, but he stopped answering and even hung up on me. The result: we were left stranded, with no tour, with a small child, and after having paid a high price for a service we never received.
This is not only a total lack of professionalism but also a scam. They do not deliver what they sell, they don’t honor their commitments, and they treat customers with complete disregard. I strongly recommend avoiding Attraction4Us. Do not risk your time, money, and travel plans as we did.
