I worked with Savy to get a private charter for our company on the day we rang the closing bell at NYSE. Not only were we able to book in less than a day, everyone is constantly talking about how unforgettable this experience will be. An amazing experience and an amazing crew! They were there to make sure it went how we envisioned it and executed it with top tier professionalism.

Terrible experience — DO NOT book with this company. We booked a 1.5-hour cruise with Attraction 4 Us in Miami. It was advertised as a luxury boat tour. Reality? A total scam. Overcrowded: way too many people onboard — many couldn’t even get a good seat or enjoy the views. Late departure because they kept loading more people. Nothing “luxury” about it: dirty windows, missing ceiling panels, rust everywhere, no air conditioning, bad smell. Drinks cost $35 USD for a basic beer or cocktail — absolutely outrageous. No refund, no proper customer service — they refused to take any responsibility. We left feeling completely ripped off. This company is dishonest. They have bought fake/cheap pilot costume for uniform.... Avoid at all costs.

We did the 60 minute tour of the statue of liberty. Would have loved to do a more in depth tour but we ran ourselves out of time enjoying the city. So last minute we looked for a tour that wouldn't take half the day and found this one. Instructions were super easy. Address and the pier were included in the email you get while reserving. It was honestly perfect for the limited time we had. There was plenty of seating, they had a bar, and there was food you could purchase. Unsure of prices because we didn't buy anything. There was really no where you could be that didn't have an amazing view. So tons of great pictures. Whoever was guiding the tour talked about everything you were going by on the boat. I thought that was pretty cool because we walked around a lot before and wondered what a lot of the buildings were. Overall I would highly recommend this tour if you are just looking for a quick trip and not actually getting off of the boat.

Our guide Vivian was so personable and knowledgeable. She loved her city and it showed. We were unsure how to get back to Penn station and she guided my sister and I on the subway to the Station. She went over and above her tour responsibilities. I heartily recommend this tour!

Wonderful company, smooth cruise, friendly staff, and amazing views of Miami skyline and Millionaire’s Row homes. Highly recommend!

Great tour! We chose for the extensive package, which included a visit to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the 9/11 Memorial. Our tourguide Sara was great! Very kind, social, knowledgeable and professional. Clear instructions, sufficient time to visit the islands and worth it! I would recommend the tour to everyone! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Booked for the 60 minute Statue of Liberty cruise. Booking time was for 10am. Got to the pier 15 minutes early. It’s now 10:30am, a young gentleman has shown up at the pier and he’s informed us the boat isn’t until 11:30am. There’s a few of us travellers here waiting and none of us were updated about departure time. This means we’ve now wasted the entire morning just waiting at this pier with nothing around. There’s not even a coffee shop nearby. Almost 2 hours of our limited time in NYC wasted! Very disappointed and will not recommend.

We booked a tour from Miami to the Everglades with Attraction4Us. We had an official confirmation for our reservation for last Tuesday. On Monday, just one day before, they called us to say the tour was fully booked — despite our written confirmation. They offered to reschedule for Saturday (today), and we accepted, rearranging our entire travel plans. This morning, we waited in our hotel lobby with our 5-year-old child for the pickup. Fifteen minutes past the agreed time, we called David Fernández, the person who had contacted us to change the date. He told me he would “try to speak to someone” to see if they could come and pick us up and that he would call me back. He never did. I tried calling him 4 or 5 more times afterward, but he stopped answering and even hung up on me. The result: we were left stranded, with no tour, with a small child, and after having paid a high price for a service we never received. This is not only a total lack of professionalism but also a scam. They do not deliver what they sell, they don’t honor their commitments, and they treat customers with complete disregard. I strongly recommend avoiding Attraction4Us. Do not risk your time, money, and travel plans as we did.
