We had one of the worst experiences tonight at your establishment. Our family came to eat, 6 adults and a toddler after a Christmas event. There was only one server for the entire place. She was extremely nice, and good. Too bad the kitchen absolutely sucked!!! We ordered a pretzel which was not warm in the least when it came out. We then waited another 45 minutes, and of the 5 orders, two came out. We waited another 25 to 30 minutes and no food came out. I would have left, as I've been in the restaurant business for 35 years, only paying for our drinks, but my son and husband didn't think we should. At that point, I asked the server if the rest of the food had even been started or what was going on. She went and checked, and came out with one more dish which was not eaten, only boxed, as my son had lost any appetite. We still had not gotten a burger that was ordered. I asked her what was going on with the kitchen help. We were told there was no kitchen manager there, and the cooks were relatively new. One cook was standing around (came into the dining area a couple times) and she frustratingly told us that he had told her he didn't know how to make the food. What the hell? She comped the burger we didn't ever get, and gave us a friends and family discount. We still paid $76.00 for food that was cold, brought out one every 15 minutes, and then some never even was cooked!!! That was truly poor to charge us that much. Then we were given coupons for when we come back again, which will NEVER be happening. If you don't have staff to serve 4 tables in the entire place with one walking out, and another telling us they would never be back as they didn't get their food for a long time also, then don't open until you do have staff! This was truly unacceptable tonight, and the owners/management should care more. You will not make it with this type of service.
