Au Bonheur des Enfants - French Immersion Daycare

Our son started at this daycare when he was just 16 months old and stayed until he was 4 and a half. Saad and Khadijah have been absolutely wonderful from the very beginning so kind, warm, and welcoming. They truly cared for Rayan like family, and he loved going there every day. One of the things we really appreciated was the French environment. Rayan was exposed to a new language early on, and it really helped him start speaking faster. Another big plus was the fresh, home-cooked meals they provided daily, we never had to worry about packing food, and we knew he was eating healthy. Overall, our experience has been nothing but positive. We’re expecting another child soon, and without a doubt, we plan to send them here too. We’re so grateful to Saad and Khadijah for creating such a loving and nurturing space for our son.

I am so grateful to Khadija and Saad for the excellent care they give my three year old son. The daycare is well structured, calm, loving and provides an environment for children to thrive. My son is learning French, eating healthy food (a menu is posted every week) and is taught how to kindly interact with his peers. It is a huge relief to find a daycare where I do not have to worry about how my son is doing while I am at work. We are so grateful to have found Au Bonheur des Enfants. Au Bonheur des Enfants has been an exceptional daycare for my son. He has been there for about two years now and is always excited when he arrives. You can tell how passionate Khadija and Saad truly are about caring for children and creating an environment for them to thrive. The food, structure, and care are exceptional.

Au bonheur des enfants is a wonderful daycare! Khadija and Saad are extremely attentive , patient and nurturing caregivers. My two children have grown up with them in an engaging , warm environment that has fostered their autonomy and socialization with other children. As an early childhood teacher myself, having experience in other daycare and school settings, I can say with confidence that Khadija and Saad’s daycare is very well run with a nutritious, weekly meal plan , developmentally appropriate educational practices and consistent daily routines. They are conscientious in following the children’s rhythm and pace. I particularly appreciated how seamless and carefree my children’s potty training experiences were !! As a mother of French-American children, I have been very pleased to see that my children’s receptive and expressive French language has been kept in regular practice via short, playful mini-lessons during their stay at Au Bonheur des Enfants. They are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, treating our daughter like family every single day. The immersive, engaging setting at Au Bonheur des Enfants encouraged our daughter’s overall growth and development. We were amazed at how much she blossomed during her time there, learning important social skills and gaining confidence in her abilities. We choose to send our child to Au Bonheur des Enfants because we wanted an excellent environment for them to grow and thrive. Here they provide ample free play time, structured learning to prepare for school, a healthy food regime, effectively no screen time, and all while learning a second language. Khadija and Saad really go above and beyond as evidenced by the food, providing a large variety of fruit and entrees for the children, while also taking allergies and food preferences into account. In addition, every birthday is celebrated with a party and my child is always happy to see them. Overall, all I can say is c'est magnifique!

I'm so glad I found this place for my daughter. Khadija and Saad are kind, patient, and very supportive. I can see that they truly care and love my daughter. The facility is clean, they prepare fresh meals for the kids every day, and they give each child the attention they need. It’s also fun to hear my daughter occasionally say a few French words at home!

Our son has been going to Au Bonheur des Infants for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier to have him enrolled here! Khadija and Saad are so professional in all that they do and you can see they truly care for each child, our son lights up when he sees them. We love that the day is structured mixed with lessons and play. Everything is clean and organized. They provide food taking into consideration any dietary or allergy restrictions, of course. Khadija always makes a habit to check in with me and see how I’m doing as a new parent too, which is so kind. Most importantly though I feel like our son is in a safe, caring environment and I have never doubted that for a second since the first day of drop off. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and can’t wait to watch our son thrive even further in their care!
